we book 2 rooms and the guest cant come because airports are close in dubai then im asking to refund the money I paid for 6 nights in 2 rooms no ones bother to response

Cleanliness is a top priority so I will not encourage anyone to visit there .
Pros:

The location is good and enables ease movement. All the staff at the reception are very polite and exceptional. I’m grateful to them.

Cons:

Cleanliness fell short of the standard. My bedspread was never changed for the whole 5 nights of my stay. It’s Amazing that the workers came to clean the room but failed to change the bedspread even though it was visibly dirty.

I don’t like the breakfast selections.

Pros:

Hotel w dalszej dzielnicy niż główne atrakcje, ale zaraz obok stacji metra. Dużo sklepów, restauracji, galeria handlowa, a nawet nocny market obok.
Łozka wygodne, śniadania też ok.

Cons:

Pokój i meble w nim czasy świetności mają już dawno za sobą. Gdyby nie standard pokoju i jego wygląd hotel uznałabym za naprawdę super opcje jak za te pieniądze.
