This hotel is not good. Food for breakfast is uneadeable. Pool is freezing since more than two weeks. Sack the management team.

Super comfortable and well-appointed rooms. Breakfast at the Club Lounge was great with many cold and hot choices, plus the staff was very friendly. Airport shuttle was consistently on time. My only criticism is the excessive calls Front Desk makes to your room... I requested a wake-up call and even when I answered the first time, they called me four other times.
We've stayed at this hotel for 19yrs + never disappoints checked in by lambiw with
professionalism and a big smile made our morning all the staff are fa ous but big shout out to our guy Orhrsha always polite and friendly opened every car door always interested in our day ahead and smiling hes a credit to front of house
This gym is fantastic. There are a lot of machines, all is clean and the crew is awesome. I met one of the workers, Nikhil, a very gent.le and available guy. You won’t be disappointed.
Stayed in Club room at Hotel for 6 nights. Great room.
Facilities on site were excellent. 3 pools plus 25m Lane swimming pool. Gym. And lots of restaurants .
Didn't really need to go off site although we did for typical sightseeing trips.
A special mention shoukd go to the Club Lounge staff who were super friendly and attentive. In particular Shwe, Jardine and their manager Aries.
They really looked after us and made us feel special.

Fantastic staff team throughout the stay. Bhano who looked after our two rooms was attentive at all times and checked that everything was to our satisfaction . The rooms are well equipped for a relaxing holiday .
It felt like it had been ages since I was last here in Le Royal Club. However, none of that mattered as the welcoming atmosphere, was the same as I remembered it. Some of the old faces I remembered were one, but many still remained.
Almost as if on cue, I saw Sreesha at the front desk to check me in. We both recognized each other immediately. Next, I saw Shiva, the Security for the Le Royal Club. We both smiled and greeted each other warmly. It was at that moment that I felt everything would be alright. Many familiar faces did remain.
I stayed for the New Year's (2026) festivities., which included hanging out for Happy Hour. Bhavika was still there ensuring that her team was accommodating the guests in their usal professional way. I was introduced to a new group, which included Sanjib, Vinit, Lynn, Yint, Nirbika, Mr. Jiku, and Shwe.
Lekshmi assisted me in ordering a car to take me to the airport upon my later checkout.
All in all, my most recent visit felt like I had never go anywhere. The team never missed a beat to make me feel right at home in Le Royal Club.
Excellent 2nd stay at this resort, big shout out to Anthony who totally helped with checking in after a long flight mid morning, and went above and beyond to allocate a room so i could get refreshed and feel human again
the resort has several pools, restaurants and is the typical high standard of service you would expect
The Club food is very good, and the main breakfast has huge and vast choices for everyone
would definitely do a lay over here again to refresh and it's 5 mins from the airport

I spent at around 2 months in Le Meridien for business purposes with access to the Lounge. I have to say I haven't eat better omelettes than those prepared from Madhusha. Even 6 30 in the morning this guy is always smiling and positive, a very kind person. The service in the Lounge shouldn't be so good also without the service provided from Jagdish and Sanjeeta. All the time focused on every detail, smiling, a great staff really

Family stay (teenage kids), 4 nights, Le Royal Club section. Good base for families in a quieter area away from downtown. Small quiet pool, lounge was top notch for breakfast, afternoon tea, small dinner. Special thanks to Shwe for her attentive service! All staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.
