Tanto las instalaciones como el personal dl hotel, espectacular

Falta d actividad festiva por las noches y en nuestro caso demasiados niños pequeños en la piscina teniendo una piscina con toboganes y demás para ellos

Pros:

Todo en general.
El spa muy bien, aunque el agua no estaba caliente.
La piscina me encantó.
La animación está bien , aunque podría mejorar.
La animación de los niños y los juegos muy bien.
La comida del bufet muy buena.

Cons:

Fuimos al restaurante temático Asia , me pareció malísimo.
Es incomprensible que en un hotel de 5 estrellas tengan algo tan malo!!

Hotel ideal para vacaciones en familia
Pros:

Hotel muy cuidado a pie de playa. Habitaciones muy amplias, cómodas y limpias. Todo el personal muy amable. Hemos ido con nuestro hijo de 1 año, había muchas familias con niños pequeños, tienen además una zona para los peques donde se lo pasan en grande.

Cons:

Por poner un “pero,”el buffet está bien aunque comparado con otros 5 estrellas en los que hemos estado, quizás se queda un poco escaso.
Lo peor el café del desayuno sin duda. Si te lo pides en el bar de la recepción o en el pool bar, el café te lo hacen ellos y está bueno pero el del buffet es el típico café de maquina que parece “aguachirri”.
