Pros:

Pretty spacious room, and everything clean.
Even though everyone was reserving sunbeds near the pool from early morning, there were enough sunbeds to use.
The food options during the dinner are very nice. Really enjoyed that each night had a different theme.
It was still low season, which made the stay calmer and not so crowded, which was great.

Cons:

Breakfast food is always the same. Lunch is not as good as dinner.
The staff at the bar was refusing to make Mojito or Pina Colada without alcohol. They said only with alcohol 😅 you had only 4 cocktails with no alcohol to chose from, and they were basically the same thing but with different flavour syrup.
The gym operating hours from 10am to 8 pm made it impossible for me to use it. It would be great to have the gym open all day, or at least from 7am, so the people who wake up early could take advantage and get some exercise before the day kicks in.

Hotel tranquilo, perfecto para descansar. Todo muy limpio, habitaciones comodas y buffet estupendo.

Cons:

Unica pega que en el Spa el baño de vapor estaba muy frio y animacion un poco floja en las noches.

Le personnel était correct
Chambre avait un balcon

Cons:

Pas le standard d’un 5 étoiles.

Toutes les piscines étaient glaciales, les enfants avaient les lèvres bleues ! Et ils n’y restaient pas longtemps. La piscine devrait être chauffée, surtout pour les enfants.

Devoir laisser une caution de 15 € par serviette, jamais vu ça dans un 5* !
Devoir acheter le bonnet de bain 2,50 € pour aller à la piscine intérieure qui était froide

Pas d’après shampooing, ni de coton-tige en chambre

Le petit déjeuner n’est pas bon, pas de possibilité de prendre un expresso. Pas de terrasse

Le Restaurant buffet est moyen et les vins médiocres.

Pas de possibilité de dîner dans un restaurant à la carte si on passe moins de 4 nuits en all in

Nous avons demandé à quitter la chambre 2h seulement après le check Out, ils nous ont fait payer 25 € ! Or, normalement, les hôtels le font gracieusement

Parking à 15 € la nuit alors que dans la rue c’est gratuit

Muy buena y por eso repetiremos en este mismo verano
Pros:

Me gustó todo en general. El spa fabuloso, la comida muy bien hecha y mucha variedad.
Las instalaciones , la piscina y la de los niños magnífica.
La animación buena.
Me habría gustado el espectáculo de la noche mejor.
Todo el personal agradable.

Cons:

Por poner una pega diré con respecto a las bebidas que el vino es muy malo, en un hotel de esta categoría no lo veo lógico .
El resto muy bien.

Pros:

The staff, the quality of the hotel, the cleanliness of the rooms and public areas, the food and drinks, pool areas and gardens. Some hotels feel good and you are able to totally relax and this hotel is one of them.

Hotel położony przy samej plaży a jednocześnie e pobliżu sklepy i restauracje. Personel bardzo miły, w pokojach bardzo czysto. Procecco bardzo dobre. Ananasy i banany z owoców bardzo dobre. Pani Animatorka w Kids Clubie przyjazna.

Cons:

Jedzenie średnie, produkty niskiej jakości. Na śniadanie z warzyw tylko pomidor! Lody w zamrażarce na wpół rozpuszczone. Tyle szklarni dookoła a owoce niskiej jakości, banany, ananas dobre. Bułeczki, crossanty wszystko odmrażane i kupione gotowe, nie nadawało się do jedzenia. Kawa straszna. Woda w basenie zimna.
