You have to book here!
Pros:

We stayed here for a multiple-day meeting. Great service and friendly staff - always with a big smile. In particular Paola who served us in the restaurant.
The meeting room is great with a fantastic view and roof terrace. The hotel rooms are nicely decorated, clean and very specious. We all enjoyed the stay!

Wonderful Lisbon Hotel
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the NH Collection Lisbon and were truly impressed by the level of service. Check-in was excellent—despite not giving much advance notice of our flight schedule, the team accommodated us with an early check-in and a room upgrade, which we greatly appreciated.

Room service was consistently great, and we loved the thoughtful extra touches throughout our stay, including welcome snacks, chocolates, and even extra towels brought proactively when staff noticed we might need them. Those personal details really made us feel well taken care of.

Our only complaint was that the bed was quite firm, and we could feel the springs, which impacted our comfort at night. That said, the outstanding service and genuinely personal feel of the hotel more than made up for it.

Overall, we would absolutely stay here again and recommend the NH Collection Lisbon for its hospitality and attentive staff.

Excellent stay
Pros:

The hotel is on a privileged location in Lisbon. Close to several touristic spots and it’s well connected with public transport.

The location of the NH Collection Lisboa Liberdade is, in my opinion, one of the best in central Lisbon. It's easy to walk to the main attractions of Lisbon's historic center, and it's also close to renowned restaurants, shops, and personal services. The accommodations prioritize sophisticated design without excess, creating a harmonious and tranquil atmosphere for guests. A highlight is the excellent breakfast, enhanced by the exceptional hospitality and attention of the staff, making breakfast an even more special moment. It's impossible not to mention the impeccable work of the sous-chef, Mr. Rui Cruz.

Not a Hotel Anymore but Truly My Home in Lisbon

I’ve been staying at NH Collection Avenida da Liberdade for many years, and it genuinely feels like my home in Lisbon. Every arrival comes with a warm welcome and the familiar words “welcome to your home” — and they truly live up to that promise.
What makes this hotel special is the people. I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Margarida, Inês and Paula, who perfectly represent the professionalism, care, and warmth of this hotel. At the same time, this feeling extends to the entire team — reception, housekeeping, and restaurant staff all contribute to an atmosphere that is welcoming and consistently excellent.
The rooms are beautiful, quiet, very comfortable, and impeccably clean, and the location on Avenida da Liberdade is ideal: central, elegant, and perfect for enjoying Lisbon whether for business or leisure.
What truly stands out is consistency. Year after year, the service never drops — which is why I always come back and always recommend this hotel without hesitation.
If you’re looking for a top hotel in Lisbon with outstanding service, a prime location, and a team that makes you feel at home, this is the place.

Poderia ter sido melhor.
Pros:

Eu gostei do espaço e da limpeza.

Cons:

O hotel está em obras e por isso não gostei de dois itens :

1.barulho de britadeira vindo da laje a partir das 9h30 da manhã .
Fiquei indignado como um hotel do nível do NH , permite que hóspedes ocupem um quarto que está afetado por barulho de obras ( muito alto).
2. Academia fechada para reparo ou reforma ( não entendi direito). Isso não estava escrito no booking e paguei por isso.
