Please note the breakfast timetables:
- Monday to Friday: 07:00 - 10:30;
- Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 - 12:00.
Early breakfast is available upon previous request, at least 24 hours prior.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Please note that on Sundays and bank holidays, late check-out is possible free of charge but upon availability and only until 13:00. On these days, breakfast is served until 12:00.
Please note that pets are allowed upon request and subject to approval.
Dogs and cats are allowed, the maximum weight is 25 kg. A charge of 35 € per pet, per night will be applied (max. 2 pets per room). Guide dogs free of charge.

Ligging en zwembad.
Veel geld voor weinig comfort, harde bedden en warme kamers.
El hotel tiene una localización muy buena para visitar Lisboa. El staff del hotel, son profesionales y súper amables, te ayudan con cualquier cosa que necesites. La piscina y visitas una pasada y para finalizar el desayuno muy rico y variado.

- La ubicación fue lo que más me gustó.
- El desayuno tipo buffet, estaba fenomenal.
- El agua, galletas, caramelos y bombones de cortesía en la recepción estaba muy bien.
- El aire acondicionado funcionaba fenomenal y era muy fácil de usar.
- No me gustó que no pude reservar una sola habitación para el matrimonio y nuestro hijo que eramos los 3 huéspedes. Me vi obligada a reservar dos habitaciones.
- Al reservar dos habitaciones pedí que estuviesen comunicadas por una puerta o lo más cerca posible y no fue así, nos pusieron lejos.
- Otra cosa que no me gustó nada fue que la habitación de matrimonio nos pusieran al lado de 3 cuartos de servicio (con ruidos todo el día porque, como digo, eran del servicio del hotel) y de ahí salían todas las limpiadoras por la mañana bien temprano. Dicha habitación también estaba al final de un pasillo, con vistas nefastas a los tubos de refrigeración de todo el hotel.
- La piscina no estaba limpia, el gresite, entre sus juntas, estaban negras.
- En ningún lado se indica que te cobran 80 euros de fianza por cada habitación por adelantado. Por esto, yo tuve que pagar 160 € de más. Aunque te los devuelvan, me parece una pasada.
- Las camas, para mi gusto, como en todos los hoteles, están como vencidas para fuera, es decir, queda un bulto en medio y cuando te tumbas parece que está caída para los lados.
Muy cómodo y confortable
I stayed here for several business meetings, choosing the hotel specifically because two of my main meeting locations were right on the same street. Lisbon is always worth a visit, but being able to combine work and convenience like this was fantastic. The hotel is well-kept, though a few areas could use a bit of minor touch-up work—nothing dramatic, but at this price point and location, details like that matter. My room was very comfortable and spacious, and the overall facilities were quite clean. The rooftop terrace is a great spot for a nightcap. Location-wise, it's excellent: close to the airport (about €15–20 by taxi) and surrounded by great restaurants for business dinners, though I didn't try the hotel's own restaurant. Above all, the service was outstanding—the staff was top-notch!

Our room had a really odd beeping/buzzing noise that went off every few minutes first night it irritated us but we got used to it.

Pool great location
A few minor details in the room required attention. Which was disappointing given the price. The staff immediately responded and offered a complimentary breakfast in return. Excellent service but just a little more attention to minor details needed.

La atención del personal, la ubicación y el desayuno excelente.
Esmorzar perfecte, excepte que has de demanar si vols ous o truita, no estan a disposició en el bufet (es perd temps i obligues a tenir persones servint), i amb productes locals, es nota una direcció de cuina impecable.
El personal excel·lent, professionals, educats, amables i resolutius.
La piscina perfecte per relaxar-se.
Pàrquing disponible, imprescindible per una gran ciutat i un hotel cèntric.
Els llits nous i molt amplis, coixins impecables, perfecte l'opció de poder renunciar a la neteja diària per evitar malbarataments i feines innecessàries
Sembla que predomini el disseny a la funcionalitat, habitacions molt grans però mal distribuïdes, armari petit, lavabo incomplet i per exemple sense penjatovalloles de mà, sense rentador, el paper higiènic petit i escàs, la cafetera de càpsules no funcionava...
