I was very happy when I arrived in the hotel and they made me feel like home again doesn’t matter what country I go to staff always make me feel home

Amazing hotel! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful - went above and beyond to make our stay special for us, as it was our anniversary. Complimentary lemonade drink on arrival from the bar was perfecta long journey. The rooftop bar and views were stunning. The room is luxurious and spacious. In a great location, within walking distance of everything. Couldn't fault it. Would highly recommend.

Lovely hotel in prime location within walking distance of shops, restaurants, Lisbon landmarks and tourist attractions and Tagus river. Wonderful, friendly and professional staff who were very welcoming. We were greeted with a welcome drink of fresh lemonade which was really appreciated. We booked a suite on the 9th floor which was beautifully appointed and very clean and had a terrace overlooking Lisbon with views to St Jorge’s Castle. The bed was large and comfortable with duvet and comfortable pillows. Buffet style breakfast was plentiful with a great choice of items. Evening turn down service with complimentary bottled water and a little chocolate on each pillow. We left our suitcase with the hotel on our last day in Lisbon and were pleasantly surprised to find a little bag of jelly beans with a note attached when we collected our suitcase. It is all these little touches plus the warm and friendly welcome which make this hotel a “go to” destination for anyone visiting Lisbon.

En el NH Collection Lisboa Liberdade sabes que vas a encontrar un nivel sólido de confort que no suele fallar, pero en este caso en particular nos encantó su rooftop, con muy buenas vistas, que lo hace aún más especial. Queremos destacar también la amabilidad de todo el personal en general y, en especial, la de los barmans del bar de recepción y del rooftop, que tuvieron un trato excelente con nosotros.

I had a wonderful stay—thank you for the excellent amenities and warm hospitality. The view over Lisbon was absolutely stunning and made my visit even more special.

Charming hotel in fantastic location close to everything. Stands out with extremely attentive and friendly staff in every position - at the bar, breakfast, lobby - absolutely unique.

Localização excelente!

Staff were exceptional, so friendly and helpful at every turn. The spacious room was clean and had some little extras which I found helpful such as a make-up mirror. Our room service meal was great. Loved the location, plenty of eateries around, supermarket downstairs and within walking distance of many places of interest. Nice bar downstairs for a drinks and a snack menu. Also a short walk from Metro station when travelling to/from the airport. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel location was perfect on the beautiful Liberdade Avenue. Close to many attractions. We liked having a supermarket just downstairs. The breakfast was excellent with an extensive array of items. The room was spacious with good hanging space for 2 women. There were two very comfortable chairs and we appreciated the half bottle of red wine (10 euros). The bathroom was also spacious with a large walk-in shower. The room lighting was really good. We liked the glass elevators. The staff were very pleasant and friendly, particularly the lobby bartender-I didn't catch his name but he was Brazilian. We enjoyed drinks and snacks there one evening and he was always greeted us when he saw us. Very attractive and cosy bar. The rooftop had amazing views. I wish we could have been there when the pool and bar were open.

A fost exact conform așteptărilor. Hotelul se află pe bulevardul principal la distanță scurtă de toate obiectivele turistice și zona de shopping. Personalul foarte receptiv și de ajutor la solicitările noastre. De ziua mea de naștere au trimis în cameră o șampanie și prăjituri, foarte plăcut. Micul dejun cu opțiuni foarte variate și delicioase. Totul a fost la superlativ.
