Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Please note that on Sundays and bank holidays, late check-out is possible free of charge but upon availability and only until 13:00. On these days, breakfast is served until 12:00.

Even on the most busy street, it makes me easy to park my car in the hotel's underground parking. Good view from balcony, good breakfast and beautiful Liberation avenue. I like Lisbon, because of this hotel.

The hotel has a great location. We also really like this hotel chain and have had good experiences with the brand in other destinations. The staff members we interacted with were generally polite and helpful, especially the waiter at the bar who was very apologetic about the unavailable menu items.
Unfortunately, the overall experience was extremely disappointing and did not meet the standard we expected from a four-star hotel, especially considering the price we paid.
The hotel is located in an old building and does not have a particularly attractive or modern design.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable and caused both of us severe back pain. The duvet was placed between two flat sheets rather than using a proper fitted sheet, which did not feel hygienic.
The suite also had several maintenance and cleanliness issues: peeling and uneven wallpaper, a stained and visibly dirty sofa, torn curtains, and a visibly dirty air-conditioning unit. The minibar repeatedly made noises during the night and woke us up.
The Wi-Fi was extremely unreliable, disconnecting every 20–30 minutes and requiring us to log in again each time. The USB charging ports on one side of the bed did not work.
The dining experience was also disappointing. One evening the rooftop bar was unavailable because of a private event, and the restaurant was closed as well. On another evening, we were told that around half of the dishes listed on the bar menu were unavailable, so we left without ordering.
There was also confusion regarding breakfast hours. The hotel information stated that breakfast started at 7:00 AM, but we were told it actually started at 8:00 AM, causing us to miss a breakfast that was included in our booking.
Overall, there were simply too many issues for a hotel of this category and price. We expected a much higher standard and unfortunately would not consider this property a true four-star experience.

Erinomainen ja runsas aamiainen. Katolla sijaitseva baari sekä uima-allas rauhallisia, mukava lisä kaupunki alueen majoittumiseen. Hyvä sijainti shoppailuun, ruokailuun. Henkilökunta oli erittäin mukavia ja saimme myös ilmaisen huone luokan korotuksen, joka oli mukava yllätys.
