O quarto tinha cortinas velhas, furadas e caídas. Chão sujo se andasse sem chinelo o pé ficava sujo. Os amenties não eram repostos. Café da manhã apesar de ter muita opção tudo com cara de velho e incomível. Academia minúscula!

De ter retornado um dia ao hotel e não estar arrumado o quarto. Isso à 14h40. falaram que a política do hotel é arrumar o quarto até 17h. Muito estranha a explicação já que o check in é a partir das 15. En5ltão, quem está hospedado aguarda até 17h e quem entre o faz às 15h? Estranho, ainda, terem oferecido não ter o quarto arrumado. Fiquei 4 noites, como poderia ficar sem arrumação do quarto? Só o oferecimento dessa "opção" é lamentável, já que o único beneficiário é o hotel

Sehr modernes, grosses Zimmer. Die Lage des Hotels war super.

Cons:

Das Schlafsofa im dreier Zimmer war eine riesen Katastrophe. Jeden Morgen hatte ich davon starke Rückenschmerzen. Also für den Preis darf man mehr erwarten! Zudem war die Klimaanlage so laut das wir sie ausstellen mussten.

Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter waren außergewöhnlich freundlich u. aufmerksam, gleichzeitig absolut natürlich.

Cons:

Ich hatte dem angebotenen -kostenpflichtigen- Upgrade gerne zugestimmt, es letztlich aber dennoch nicht erhalten.

Obwohl das Personal sehr nett und motiviert war werden wir bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Lissabon ein anderes Hotel buc

Die Lage zur Metro und die Rooftop Bar/Pool/Aussicht. Am Abreisetag wurde uns, bedingt durch eines No-Shows, ein kostenfreies Zimmer von 15-18h zur Verfügung gestellt. Das war sehr großzügig!

Cons:

Die Suite 611 war sehr dunkel, direkt über dem Müllsammelplatz, der jede Nacht gefüllt und geleert wurde, ohne separatem WC. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis hat für uns nicht gestimmt. Eine Umbuchung inkl. Downgrading war innerhalb der 4 Nächte leider nicht möglich, da das Haus immer ausgebucht war😏.

Hotel fica dentro de uma galeria, então quando você chega na rua acaba não vendo ele claramente..., a localização é perfeita, avenida liberdade aos lados das grandes lojas e pontos turísticos.
Acesso aos melhores restaurantes podem ser feitos todos a pé a partir do hotel.
Quarto bem grande, banheiro também é grande, isso foi muito bom pois estávamos em fim de viagem e o tamanho do quarto facilitou para manejarmos as malas.

The location is very good and everything is quite accessible.
The staff is excellent, very professional, friendly, competent and efficient.

Cons:

The lobby is overwhelmed by an overly intense incense fragrance, which I found overwhelming. Unfortunately it very seriously affected my wife who is asthmatic, so she either stayed out of the lobby or nipped through to the lifts or the front door.
