Buen hotel y buena comida
Pros:

En general es un hotel donde disfrutas mucho tiene de todo para estar todo el día entretenido.
Si hablamos del personal q trabaja en el, sin duda los mejores son los camareros/as de las barras, amables, simpáticos, muy trabajadores y siempre de buen humor y con una sonrisa, ya q no será fácil su trabajo, ya q no paran de trabajar,son los q más trabajo tienen y la paciencia q tienen es de admirar!!! Les doy un 10. Que les suban el.sueldo!!!! Se lo merecen!!!
También recalcar que la directora del hotel, es un amor de persona, sin duda tiene el puesto bien merecido!!!

El trato q Dan los empleados de recepción, en general son unos antipáticos y nada amables, solo un hombre q me atendió, fue cordial y correcto, no recuerdo el nombre... pero varias chicas q me atendieron, una atención nefasta, poca gana y si tenía un incidente, no tenían ninguna gana de darme una solución, creo q deben de ser más amables, ya q son los q están ahí para recibir a los clientes, si hicieran una renovación, creo q el hotel ganaría mucho mas.

U have the best staff, they where amazing and make up for everything we weren’t happy about.
Pros:

Staff was amazing and the food was very good. Location was good and the rooms where clean.

Cons:

The hotel is outdated and needs an upgrade. We where on 17th floor with a pool view, but one elevator was out of order and the other one was really slow so it took alot of time to go to our room!! And the door and window to the balcony was very stiff and hard to open and close and was not isolated, so it was very noisy.

Mala experiencia con la hoteleria de Benidor y Alicante

Instalaciones y juegos sirve para chicos de hasta 5 años. ( que no es mi caso ) .Tiene Aire Acondicionado. EL Bar daba servicio de bebida todo el tiempo. Para estancias cortas de 3 noches máximo

Hotel viejo y descuidado. Los ascensores con problemas. La habitacion estaba sin mantenimiento ( ejemplo la tapa del inodoro rota, Poco servicios al cliente entre hoteles de la misma cadena. Ruidoso. Mala experiencia en todo el proceso con este hotel ( reservas, pagos, mensages y no dan los mismos servicios de transporte porque lo hice via booking). El servicio buffet dista de la calidad de la comida española.

Pros:

El buffet muy bien y muy variado.
Además se podía desayunar hasta las 10;30 lo cual esta muy bien para no tener que madrugar.
La piscina tiene un tamaño normal, para alojar tanta gente sin problemas y se puede nadar un poco.
El agua estaba un poco sucia y habían cositas negras flotando...pero bien.
La playa relativamente cerca, por lo que puedes ir a pasar el rato dando un paseo.
Las habitaciones estan muy bien,con una buena terraza para salir si fumar o dejar la ropa tendida.
Nos dejaron unas fuentes de pasteles y fruta en el mueble bar, que reponían todos los dias.

Cons:

Lo primero que me parece un abuso el precio para lo que realmente es.
Me parece super mal que tengas que dejar la habitación a las 10 AM cuando el check in puede ser hasta las 17PM(a nosotros nos dieron la habitación a las 15 PM).
Si comes el primer dia, aunque tengas ultra todo incluido, el dia de ida, no tienes mas que desayuno .
Te dicen que te puedes quedar a disfrutar de las instalaciones y puedes picotear algo en el snack de la piscina, pero cuando nos dijeron el dia de antes que teníamos que dejar la habitación tan pronto, de la decepción decidimos irnos nada mas desayunar.
Lo de "siete dias seis noches" las noches bien, pero "siete dias" entre comillas porque para mi son cinco días completos y dos a mitad, lo cual se queda en seis (hablo de disfrute de habitación)
Los toboganes estan bien, pero hay seis mas o menos, por lo que en un dia los nanos lo aborrecen.
Animación para los niños, casi nula, he estado en otros hoteles que no paran de hacer cosas y aquí te despistabas y ya se habían acabado las actividades de agua, que son las mas divertidas.
En el buffet los postres como natillas o arroz con leche"calientes" hable con el cheff para comentarlo y con una sonrisa me dijo que ahí era asi...OK el manda.
Esto lo pongo como nota para viajeros, el autobús que lleva al robin hood, en la salida entre hoteles, tarda 20 min en ir pero la vuelta son 90 min(solo para que lo tengan en cuenta)

Juste moyen malgré un bon potentiel.
Pros:

Les toboggans et l'emplacement avec la plage à 5 minutes à pied.
Disponibilité et réactivité du personnel. Bienveillance et rigueur des animateurs des toboggans.

Cons:

Odeur désagréable dans la chambre et certains équipements usés. L'hôtel a besoin de rénovation. Malgré l'effort continu des équipes de nettoyage, l'hygiène est à améliorer.

Les équipes du lobby ont réagi dès notre réclamation pour nous changer de chambre.
