El cuarto de baño, antiguo y con muchas teclas para cambiar. Y la puerta de salir al balcon, no podia abrirla nadie, solo porbqur pareciabque iba a romperse cada vez que accediamos. Creo que necestaria una pequeña reforma.

Buenas comida y piscina, horrible mantenimiento. Si te dan miedo los ascensores, no reserves aquí.
Pros:

Lo mejor del hotel es el bufet, la amabilidad del personal y la piscina con sus toboganes.
Hay mucha variedad de comida y la calidad es buena.

Cons:

El mantenimiento del hotel es terrible. La limpieza muy regular, los baños son antiguos y, en nuestro caso, con malos olores. El mantenimiento del hotel deja mucho que desear, sobre todo en los ascensores, Nosotros nos quedamos dos veces encerrados en el mismo ascensor, lo decías en recepción y no hacían caso. Adjunto foto de cómo estaba la botonera de uno de los ascensores, que después de 3 días nos fuimos y seguía así.
El precio caro para cómo está el hotel, la cuarta estrella le queda grande.

I thought the staff were all very friendl and helpful, especially a life guard Sergio who went above and beyond to help my kids on numerous times and also had good fun with them. Kids entertainment was very good. Food wasn't bad, kids and I felt we had plenty of choice.

Cons:

I didn't like the rooms, they could do with a revamp. Beds were comfy but the pillows very uncomfortable.
Shower was great, full power house pressure.

Best holiday we’ve had and probably the cheapest we’ve done

There was so much for the kids to do and for the price you really can’t go wrong I don’t usually write reviews but we booked this hotel last minute and we weren’t expecting much but we had the best holiday ever
