Loved the pool , staff , the choice of tv channels , the ultra all inclusive benefits where you can use your all inclusive in bars and restraunts outside of the hotel ... trips to the zoo and water parks for free .. I really did have a brilliant week away . The mini bar in the room also got stocked every day .

Cons:

I found the bed very uncomfortable. Also it can get very noisy at night with people getting out the lifts drunk and shouting

La verdad que el trato del personal es muy bueno, son muy amables todos. Y la comida del buffet es muy buena también tiene de todo.
Lo único es que le falta más iluminación a las habitaciones y los baños están un poco viejos creo he una reforma vendría bien, pero luego todo lo demás muy bien!

Cool place, but impossible to sleep

Cool pool area and spacious rooms!

Cons:

Extremely noisy and simply no possibility to sleep as you could hear every single word being said in all the surrounding rooms. Sheets were no good. Ice cold pool, even the one for the smallest kids. No vegetables for breakfast.

Buen hotel y buena comida
Pros:

En general es un hotel donde disfrutas mucho tiene de todo para estar todo el día entretenido.
Si hablamos del personal q trabaja en el, sin duda los mejores son los camareros/as de las barras, amables, simpáticos, muy trabajadores y siempre de buen humor y con una sonrisa, ya q no será fácil su trabajo, ya q no paran de trabajar,son los q más trabajo tienen y la paciencia q tienen es de admirar!!! Les doy un 10. Que les suban el.sueldo!!!! Se lo merecen!!!
También recalcar que la directora del hotel, es un amor de persona, sin duda tiene el puesto bien merecido!!!

El trato q Dan los empleados de recepción, en general son unos antipáticos y nada amables, solo un hombre q me atendió, fue cordial y correcto, no recuerdo el nombre... pero varias chicas q me atendieron, una atención nefasta, poca gana y si tenía un incidente, no tenían ninguna gana de darme una solución, creo q deben de ser más amables, ya q son los q están ahí para recibir a los clientes, si hicieran una renovación, creo q el hotel ganaría mucho mas.

U have the best staff, they where amazing and make up for everything we weren’t happy about.

Staff was amazing and the food was very good. Location was good and the rooms where clean.

Cons:

The hotel is outdated and needs an upgrade. We where on 17th floor with a pool view, but one elevator was out of order and the other one was really slow so it took alot of time to go to our room!! And the door and window to the balcony was very stiff and hard to open and close and was not isolated, so it was very noisy.

Mala experiencia con la hoteleria de Benidor y Alicante

Instalaciones y juegos sirve para chicos de hasta 5 años. ( que no es mi caso ) .Tiene Aire Acondicionado. EL Bar daba servicio de bebida todo el tiempo. Para estancias cortas de 3 noches máximo

Cons:

Hotel viejo y descuidado. Los ascensores con problemas. La habitacion estaba sin mantenimiento ( ejemplo la tapa del inodoro rota, Poco servicios al cliente entre hoteles de la misma cadena. Ruidoso. Mala experiencia en todo el proceso con este hotel ( reservas, pagos, mensages y no dan los mismos servicios de transporte porque lo hice via booking). El servicio buffet dista de la calidad de la comida española.
