Tutto stupendo!!
The hotel is quite nice! Also the lounge on the 15th floor is cozy! They offer free shuttle buses and welcome biscuits and chocolate. The hotel is not far away from airport, if you don’t rely on uber which might takes longer to wait which may therefore miss the flight, just have the hotel to get you a taxi instantly!
Another advantage is the staffs are quite passionate and liking their jobs providing a feeling of warmth.

This was my birthday weekend and we both love Florence and this time decided to stay at the doubletree instead of the garden inn Well the staff are amazing and very friendly! The room was fine big enough for us two. And very clean. We ate in the bar first night and steak was delicious, hubs dinner he enjoyed also
Easy to get to the city centre with the courtesy van ! Bit of a mix up on breakfast being delivered to my room ( birthday wanted to laze in bed lol )
Defo will come back to stay here !
Very good hotel and the team is very helpfull, Giovanni the shuttle commander, he is very good and nice, he helped us for the transfers from hotel to tram line both side, by tram city center is 15 min away , shuutle is 5 min son in 20 min you are in the city center
The front desk staff are absolutely amazing along with the shuttle drivers. They were all so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. It’s a nice perk that they drive you to the closest tram in order to get around the city via public transportation.

Towel not change rubbish not empty toilet was flooded they never the mug not really good
Comfortable very large bed with nice feather pillows.
Food was ok but not amazing. The waiter Marco was very attentive and did recommend a nice desert. Don’t have the tiramisu but the cooked pear.

und das Feuer im Kamin hat den ganzen Abend in eine stille Magie gehüllt
Was mir nicht gefallen hat, war, dass es weder ein Schwimmbad noch einen Fitnessraum gab.
