Pros:

The hotel lounges were good.

Cons:

Rooms didn’t get cleaned,coffee and water wasn’t topped up,no hot water,water in the bath not going down,no toilet paper all staff said was sorry and that was the end of it.

Samuel was the best
Pros:

The hotel is quite far away from the city centre but they offer a convenient shuttle to and from the tram line which takes you to the city. The driver Samuel is always smiling and will pick you up any time during the day if you give him a call. The public spaces are new and elegant but the rooms could use a little renovation. The breakfast is quite limited and savoury options are not the best. However, as one should expect from Italy, sweet breakfast, cakes, Cornettos etc were top notch. Compared for prices In the city it may be worth it I guess.

Disatteso le aspettative
Cons:

Ho divuto chiedere di spegnere il condizionamento perchè estremamente rumoro e non regolabile direttamente in stanza, con la conseguenza di una notte non proprio riposante causa temperatura inadeguata.

My New Favorite Hotel
Pros:

I had such a great experience at this hotel that I changed my travel plans to come back one more time before I left Italy. The upgraded rooms on the fifth floor are amazing. Also on the fifth floor, the Executive Lounge, with a beautiful view of Firenze, is open to Diamond members. It features complimentary hot supper food every night and snacks 24/7. The top notch breakfast had the best croissants I've ever had as well as a big variety of other, healthier foods. The shuttle makes it easy to get from SMN station to the hotel via tram. Luca at the front desk stayed on the phone with me and carefully walked me through where to wait for the shuttle when I got confused. Giovanni the van driver actually went to find me when I still couldn't figure it out. And Samuel the other van driver went above and beyond helping me with my heavy luggage. I suggest calling the hotel to double-check the exact time and place to meet the shuttle. All of the desk staff speaks excellent English, which was greatly appreciated. I will definitely be back!

Wonderful experience in Florence Italy
Pros:

Wonderful staff! Clean room. The hotel is far from the city center but provides van ride to and from the hotel to the nearest tram. Very reliable and courteous driver, Samuel, who provides us insights of Florence and surrounding areas. Hotel is in a quiet neighborhood.
