Pros:

Hotellet har meget atmosfære og en gennemført indretning. Vores værelse lå ud mod en lys baggård, så der var meget stille.

Cons:

Morgenmaden kunne være bedre; kedelige grøntsager og frugt samt manglende opfyldning af fade. Området ved hotellet kan om aftenen føles utrygt.

Gerne wieder in einem charmanten, persönlich geführten Hotel.
Pros:

Ein wirklich charmantes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal und schönen Altbauzimmern. Wer es schätzt, nicht in einer Kette zu übernachten, sondern von freundlichem Menschen in einem historischen Gebäude zu wohnen, ist hier richtig. Besonders gefallen hat mir die Möglichkeit einen guten Kaffee auf dem Zimmer zu bereiten oder im Kaminzimmer zu nehmen.

Pros:

Clean, warm and quiet hotel, furnished in the style of an English home, with a lot of attention to the small details that make the stay pleasant and memorable. Very comfortable bed.
The reception staff were extremely kind, they offered us an umbrella in the rainy weather.
The breakfast, in a cozy little restaurant, was excellent.

Pros:

Fint lille hotel. Tæt på banegården. Morgenmadsbuffet er ikke særlig stor/varieret.

Cons:

Kvarteret minder om Nørrebro/Nordvest med rigtig mange grønthandlere.

English-inspired charming hotel
Pros:

This hotel exceeded my expectations. I simply loved the English-inspired décor. There's a common room where you can have a nice coffee or tea to the sound of classical music, a real treat. Breakfast is good. Room was comfortable, and the people at the front desk are friendly and helpful. Location is also very practical: you can either walk or take the bus to the harbor or any other attraction in the wonderful city of Hamburg. Highly recommend.

Cons:

Bathroom was small, but nothing serious.

Ein wundervoller angenehmer Aufenthalt mitten in Hamburg
Pros:

Personal sehr freundlich, Frühstück: Auswahl normal, Ambiente und Service sehr freundlich, fast familiär. Zimmer sehr ruhig, sehr gut ausgestattet, Bad/Dusche sehr gut, sehr sauber.
Gesellschaftszimmer sehr liebevoll eingerichtet.

Cons:

(Den fehlenden Aufzug möchte ich nur erwähnen, es geht auch ohne. Gleiches gilt für die steile Treppe und die Plastikfolie auf dem "historischen" Teppich)

Sehr gut !
Pros:

Sehr schönes Haus, Zimmer toll eingerichtet, sauber und super freundliches Person. Empfang war sehr herzlich. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück und ebenso sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter.
