War für uns ok, waren nur eine Nacht.
Pros:

Wir hatten kein Frühstück. Das Zimmer und das Hotel insgesamt fanden wir sehr schön und gemütlich. Die Betten waren bequem. Der Empfang war auch sehr nett.

Cons:

Die Lage ist nicht sehr gut. Nachts war es laut, da in einer nahegelegenen Einfahrt Obdachlose gelegen haben. Auch die nähere Umgebung ist nicht gerade einladend, aber das empfindet jeder anders.

Lovely old style hotel in a convenient location.
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful old style decor. Good breakfast. Comfortable rooms. Walking distance to train station and central Hamburg. Some great restaurants nearby.

Cons:

It didn’t particularly bother us but the surrounding area is a bit ‘seedy’. To be expected in a big city near the main train station. Nonetheless we actually found it quite interesting and even entertaining, and never felt unsafe at all.

Außergewöhnliches Hotel für City-Trip
Pros:

Alle MitarbeiterInnen sind sehr freundlich. Die Lage nahe dem Hauptbahnhof ist super, man ist auch gleich bei der Metro. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes, sauberes Zimmer mit eigenem WC. Das Hotel ist super schön im englischen Stil eingerichtet und dekoriert. Besonders toll fanden wir, dass es im Zimmer eine kleine Kaffeemaschine gab, wo man sich täglich frischen Kaffee machen kann.

Cons:

Das Stadtviertel nahe dem Hauptbahnhof ist natürlich ein Brennpunkt, aber fanden wir nicht so störend. Wenn man nicht alleine ist, kann man gut hinlaufen. Zum Hotel selbst kann ich absolut nichts schlechtes sagen!

Süßes Hotel in toller Lage
Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter waren alle super freundlich und haben uns jede Frage äußerst hilfsbereit beantwortet. Die zentrale Lage zum Hauptbahnhof war auch super praktisch.

Cons:

Auf dem nächtlichen Weg vom Bahnhof zum Hotel fühlten wir uns nicht ganz so sicher.
