I stay at this hotel every time I visit Kerrville and would recommend
Pros:

The staff is always friendly and makes the stay comfortable

Cons:

I feel that the restrooms are needing to be remodeled or cleaned better. Also, my key card barely works and gives me trouble every time. The guy at the front desk is always nice and gave me a little history on the city. He is very welcoming.

The staff was nice. The ac didn’t work in our room and the maintenance man was so amazing

Cons:

I didn’t like the price for a C class hotel. It needs some Renos. The AC didn’t work in our room and we had to wait for the maintenance man to come in after 8 pm to replace with another one. That all wasn’t worth 134 a night

Questionable
Pros:

Came here 2 yrs ago and it was ok . This time around it was worse. The smell of the hallway was terrible and the room smell was worse. It smelled like wet dog. The air conditioner struggled to cool the room and appeared to be clogged. And made the the dog smell worse. If it wasn't just for one night I'd probably found another hotel
