Immer wieder eine schöne Zeit in diesem Hotel

Und gefällt das Hotel im allgemeinen sehr. Die Lage, das Personal und der wunderschön angelegte Garten.

Cons:

Zimmer im Turm, zur Straße und Busbahnhof gelegen. Die Aussicht ist toll, aber der früh morgendliche Lärm nicht.

Breakfast and dinner meals were incredibly varied and delicious! Staff super friendly and kind. Pool area was nice. Hotel was very green. Near bus station and walking distance to restaurants and amenities.

A hidden gem with a truly special atmosphere
Pros:

This was my second stay at Parque Tropical, and it felt just as wonderful as the first—if not better. This boutique hotel is a true hidden gem in Playa del Inglés, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere that genuinely feels like coming back to family.
The staff are fantastic—friendly, attentive, and always going the extra mile. The food is a real highlight: excellent selection, outstanding quality, and everything made with fresh ingredients. The lunch bar menu is varied, and the portions are very generous.
The garden is beautifully designed, creating a peaceful and tropical setting throughout the hotel, and the location is ideal—just a short walk to the beach.
The entertainment team also deserves special mention. They bring great energy, and the evening programs are always enjoyable. The Sunday lunch paella, paired with the show, is definitely something not to miss.

Das beste Hotel in Maspalomas
Pros:

Tolle Lage direkt an der Strandpromenade, schöner Pool im Innenhof, umgeben von Palmen, Poollandschaft schön von der „Außenwelt“ abgeschirmt, was ich sehr wertvoll finde und was keine Selbstverständlichkeit ist - was ich beim Spazieren merkte!
Wunderschöne, traditionelle Architektur.
Sauber, schönes großes Zimmer mit Balkon. Sehr bequemes Bett.
Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich.
Auch das Katzenhaus mit Verpflegung hat mir sehr gut gefallen.
Global-Busstation gleich neben dem Hotel, Global-Bus der Linie 66 bringt einen stündlich in 30 Minuten zum und vom Flughafen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Cons:

Mir fehlte das Trinkwasser auf dem Zimmer. Ein Wasserspender wäre noch besser gewesen, denn ich fülle gerne eine einzige Flasche immer wieder auf. Der einzige Wasserspender war im Fitnessstudio und spendete nur eiskaltes Wasser. Es gab auch keinen Wasserkocher im Zimmer, glücklicherweise konnte ich einen leihen.
Die Kopfkissen sind sehr hart.
Während ich unterm Strich mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden bin und es beim nächsten GC-Urlaub gerne wieder buche, war dieser Urlaub meine schlechteste Booking-Erfahrung. Fallt bloß nicht darauf rein, wenn euch von Booking ein „kostenloses Flughafentaxi“ angeboten wird. In meinem und anderen Fällen, die es auch mitgebucht hatten, hat es nicht existiert! Und leider hat Booking immer noch nicht angemessen auf meine Reklamation reagiert.

Pros:

Hotel pulitissimo, con spazi ampi, un giardino stupendo e posizione molto comoda. Personale molto cortese, con sempre un'occhio di riguardo per la nostra bambina. Colazione ottima e varia, cena abbastanza buona, pensata per la clientela principale dell'hotel, costituita da tedeschi.

Cons:

L'animazione serale si conclude alle 22 ogni sera e dalla nostra camera si sentiva come fossimo lì, questo ha creato un po' di disagio al sonno della nostra bambina piccola.

Really great hotel but...
Pros:

Wonderful pool area and the dinner menu was exceptional every night.

Cons:

We asked for a sea view expecting to be located at the beach end of the apartments. Whilst our room had the sea view we asked for, it was directly above a busy bus station and noisy busy road day and night. A thin, badly fitting door did nothing to stop the noise. If you are offered a room in this tower block, ask for a transfer to a room overlooking the pool.

Pros:

We liked the location. The hotel is located very close to a bus station and playa del Veril and playa Ingles.

Cons:

We didn't like the restaurant so much, all the tables were located very close to each other. In comparison with other hotels we have noticed that the buffet did not have so much to choose from.

Pros:

Un établissement dans un jardin tropical magnifique et très bien entretenu, du personnel chaleureux et à l’écoute
À quelques marches de la plage 👍
Jolie piscine, transats confortables, serviettes de bain incluses, tarifs bar et en-cas plus que corrects
Excellent petit déjeuner et repas du soir sous forme de buffet très bon et possibilité de profiter de la petite terrasse avec un peu de patience
Merci pour l’emplacement de la chambre vue jardin

Cons:

Animation essentiellement en allemand( ou anglais)
Rafraîchissement souhaité surtout au niveau de l’espace fitness
Attente pour manger en terrasse ( peu de place)
