Pros:

The hotel has a wonderful garden where you can relax. A swimming pool and loungers are available. The staff is friendly. Breakfast is delicious. The hotel is conveniently located near the promenade and the ocean.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our room was infested with cockroaches, so we had to change rooms. The rooms need renovation. The staff speaks to guests in German. Even the greeting card was written in German.

O hotel surpreendeu bastante pela positiva.
Pros:

Hotel muito agradável, com jardins grandes, bonitos e extremamente bem cuidados. Ambiente muito calmo e familiar. Funcionários simpáticos, muito prestáveis para atender às nossas necessidades/solicitações. A zona da piscina é muito boa e as espreguiçadeiras são muito confortáveis. Perto da praia, restauração e supermercado. Todo o hotel estava limpo. Oferta de pequeno almoço e jantar variada.

Pros:

Przepiękny hotel, inny od wszystkich w okolicy. Dużo zieleni, wspaniała obsługa, duże pokoje i codzienne animacje. W restauracji śniadania i obiady były bardzo dobre i urozmaicone.

Cons:

W pokojach brak czajnika i szklanek, żeby niż sobie zrobić kawę lub herbatę.

Soggiorno perfetto
Pros:

Soggiorno perfetto sotto ogni aspetto! La struttura è accogliente, curata e ben organizzata. Il cibo è stato davvero ottimo, con piatti di qualità e grande varietà.
La posizione è eccellente: l’hotel si trova proprio di fronte al mare e offre una splendida passeggiata lungomare, ideale per rilassarsi e godersi il panorama. Una posizione davvero ottima per chi desidera vivere il mare senza rinunciare alla comodità.
Un ringraziamento speciale va a tutto lo staff, sempre cortese, professionale e disponibile a soddisfare ogni esigenza con il sorriso.
Consigliatissimo anche per chi viaggia con il proprio cane: l’hotel ha previsto tutto il necessario per gli amici a quattro zampe, facendoli sentire accolti e coccolati come veri ospiti.
Un’esperienza eccellente che sicuramente ripeteremo!

Sluzby a jidlo v hotelu naprosto super, bazen a bar take vyborny.

Cons:

Pri rezervaci jsem pozadovala 2 samostatne postele, ale na pokoji byla postel manzelska. Vyresili jsme rozlozenim pohovky a meli tak 2x dvojluzko :-)

El desayuno estaba bien, correcto. Creo que era adecuado a un hotel pequeño. Estoy acostumbrada a hoteles con más capacidad de habitaciones y por consiguiente más variedad en el desayuno, una vez que asumi la proporción el desayuno me pareció mejor

Cons:

El buffet de la cena, poco variado y claramente orientado al cliente Alemán. Cosa que por otra parte me parece normal ya que eran mayoría los huéspedes alemanes, pero sigo echando en falta una mayor variedad en casi todo, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta que es un 4 estrellas.

Отель очень живописный, утопает в экзотической зелени. Достаточное количество источников воды в виде фонтанов и водопадов позволяет легче переносить жару. Отель небольшой, хотя возможно по меркам Канар вполне себе. Хороший бассейн, выход к морю через калитку, которая отрывается карточным ключом от номера. Еда разнообразная и думаю что очень здоровая. Единственный момент, который поначалу показался странным- это ужин в три смены и на каждую смену выделен всего один час. С непривычки было слегка некомфортно ужинать в течение часа, но потом стало полегче. На завтрак и ужин в ресторан можно зайти только в сопровождении официанта и на ужин никаких шортов и купальников, впрочем в купальных костюмах нельзя и на завтрак. От отеля по красивому ухоженному бульвару можно дойти до дюн и до города Маспаломас. Персонал был очень любезен и позволил нам остаться до нашего вылета на территории отеля. Чек аут в 12:00. Персонала в отеле очень много и они заботятся о своем отеля, так что гости понимают что они в гостях. Мы остались очень довольны. Прямо возле отеля автобусная остановка в аэропорт автобус L66 3,5 евро с человека. Рядом с отелем торговый центр тропикал и шпар. Утром можно наблюдать роскошный рассвет!

A true paradise
Pros:

It was a true paradise. The south of the Canary Islands isn't exactly a green area, but the hotel owners have created a small, very green paradise especially for their tourists. It's a quiet, pleasant place, close to the ocean, the food is incredibly delicious (be sure to take two meals a day, you won't regret it!), the rooms are spacious and charming. An army of staff does everything to maintain this beauty and comfort. I lived on the first floor and had the opportunity to start the day in the most magical way – put on a swimsuit and three minutes after waking up, I was already swimming in the pool.
