Happy staff from reception, bar, bar staff, and cleaners! Our second stay.
Pros:

All meals as expected

Cons:

Ground flor flat which was a bit on the dark side owing to , perhaps the amount of trees, greenery etc.

Really great hotel but...
Pros:

Wonderful pool area and the dinner menu was exceptional every night.

Cons:

We asked for a sea view expecting to be located at the beach end of the apartments. Whilst our room had the sea view we asked for, it was directly above a busy bus station and noisy busy road day and night. A thin, badly fitting door did nothing to stop the noise. If you are offered a room in this tower block, ask for a transfer to a room overlooking the pool.

Pros:

We liked the location. The hotel is located very close to a bus station and playa del Veril and playa Ingles.

Cons:

We didn't like the restaurant so much, all the tables were located very close to each other. In comparison with other hotels we have noticed that the buffet did not have so much to choose from.

Une oasis parmi les autres hôtels proches
Pros:

Un établissement dans un jardin tropical magnifique et très bien entretenu, du personnel chaleureux et à l’écoute
À quelques marches de la plage 👍
Jolie piscine, transats confortables, serviettes de bain incluses, tarifs bar et en-cas plus que corrects
Excellent petit déjeuner et repas du soir sous forme de buffet très bon et possibilité de profiter de la petite terrasse avec un peu de patience
Merci pour l’emplacement de la chambre vue jardin

Cons:

Animation essentiellement en allemand( ou anglais)
Rafraîchissement souhaité surtout au niveau de l’espace fitness
Attente pour manger en terrasse ( peu de place)

Séjour court mais agréable !
Pros:

L’emplacement , la propreté , le jardin et le personnel toujours prêt à vous aider. Je ne peux juger du reste , je n’ai fait qu’y dormir.

Cons:

Le manque d’une bouteille d’eau et de bouilloire pour thé ou café , pas d’ascenseurs , et les lumières multicolores du jardin la nuit ( ceci restant mon goût personnel..)

Pros:

Die Lage etwas am Rand des großen Trubels und durch Bushalt in jede Richtung vor dem Hotel super
Sehr einfach und professionell Leihauto im Hotel vermittelt und dann auch zum Hotel gebracht
Der tropische Garten mit Poolbereich und Poolbar mit abends auch sehr schöner abwechslungsreich Unterhaltung für so 1 Stunde ist zauberhaft gestaltet und sehr sauber

Cons:

Der Speisebereich ist etwas zu klein, so dass man an und zu warten muss

L'emplacement de l'hotel et il est très joli beaucoup de plantes super le cadre

Cons:

le repas du soir, et le manque de place, car il fallait toujours attendre que l'onsoit placé, cela est très dommage, cela faisait cantine, il faut améliorer, car en plus nous le temps était pas beau donc on pouvait meme pas manger en terrasse donc la salle remplie

Es ist eine sehr schöne Hotelanlage, welche gut gepflegt wird. Das Hotel ist etwas ausserhalb vom Zentrum, was für uns positiv war. Das Frühstücksbuffet war auch gut und reichhaltig mit etwas Abwechslung. Die Mitarbeiter waren immer freundlich, auch beim etwas hektischen Frühstück.

Cons:

Wir hatten etwas Pech mit dem Zimmer, es lag direkt neben dem Restauranteingang und hatte auch nicht so viel Sonne auf der Terrasse. Das Abendessen Buffet war in Ordnung für den Preis, aber nicht überragend. Parkplätze sind leider keine vom Hotel vorhanden.

Sehr freundliches Personal, schöner Innenberreich mit hohen Palmen, kurzer Weg zum Strand, Hotel selbst eher ruhig trotz Umgebung,

Cons:

Das erste Zimmer hatte wenige Meter vor dem Fenster eine Wand, wir erhielten nach drei Tagen ein anderes Zimmer, Restaurant ist knapp bemessen für die vielen Übernachtungsgäste. Dinner in 2 Schichten, dennoch oft Schlange vor dem Eingang. Liegestühle am Pool ebenso wenig in Relation zu der Anzahl der Gäste. Umgebung mit Hotelburgen und Busstation

Unas cortas vacaciones maravillosas que intentaremos repetir.

En general lo mas destacables es el trato del personal en general y especialmente en la atencion del `personal del restaurante.

Cons:

Quizas la antigüedad de las instalaciones, en concreto las habitaciones que a mi entender tendrian que renovarlas.
Por lo demas fue una estancia muy agradable.

Relaxing hotel, great staff and a friendly atmosphere
Pros:

Stayed for a week with my wife for a bit of winter sun, the hotel was ideal for us, away from hectic night life, but still in walking distance of the town, the food was fantastic and the staff were friendly, attentive and the room was very comfortable…….would definitely recommend staying here

Pros:

Lokalizacja, otoczenie, ogród, wyżywienie, dodatki takie jak szlafroki i kapcie.

Cons:

Okropne łóżka, chyba najgorsze w życiu.
Na szczęście zaproponowano nam toppery, więc było trochę lepiej.

Le parc, la taille humaine , la piscine et ses transat, les repas au restaurant, le chambres grandes avec terrasses et qui donnaient sur la piscine ,
L emplacement près des commerces et de la plage

Cons:

L état de la douche, avec seulement un rideau.
Et le problème de fermeture totale des extérieurs en cas de grand vent.
