Pros:

Il parco tropicale è favoloso, per tutto il giorno c'è personale in giro che cura le piante e pulisce i vialetti. La piscina è molto bella. Le camere sono molto spaziose. Il personale è cordialssimo.

Le jardin arboré et buen entretenu. Buffet avec du choix.

Pas assez de plats typiquement espagnol et surtout le personnel qui vous parle tout le temps en allemand.

Great stay
Pros:

The staff were all so nice .
The cleanliness was first class!
The garden was amazing, I could sit there all day, in the evenings there was entertainment.
Good food, plenty of choice for breakfast and dinner, something different every night.
Very comfy bed.
There is a bus station next to the hotel and you can get the bus from the airport directly to the front door!

Cons:

Nothing to dislike.

Sehr schöne Anlage mit freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Wunderschön angelegter, super gepflegter Garten. Sehr freundliches Personal quer über alle Mitarbeitenden hinweg. Sehr sauber. Gute Lage, nur wenige Minuten zum Strand: achtung: kein direkter Zugang zum Strand, man muss einige Minuten über die Promenade laufen um zum öffentlichen Strand zu kommen.

Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und von sehr guter Qualität.

Cons:

Trotz Wintertemperaturen waren nur 2 Leintücher als Decke vorbereitet, zusätzlich gab es eine Wolldecke zum Selbernehmen. Uns war nur mit den Leintüchern extrem kalt. Für uns sind solche Wolldecken jedoch bezüglich Hygiene immer sehr fraglich. Die nette Reinigungsdame hat uns die Wolldecke dann auf unsere Anfrage hin zwischen die beiden Leintücher gelegt… so war uns nächtens nicht mehr kalt, aber es blieb leider ein ungutes Gefühl.
Richtige, überzogene Decken wären in einem 4 Sterne Haus angebracht.

Die Klimaanlage war bei unserem Einzug nicht steuerbar. Nach einem Anruf bei der Rezeption wurde aber sofort ein Techniker geschickg, der das Problem behoben hat. So konnten wir dann auch heizen.

C’était un séjour reposant, dépaysant et ressourçant avec ce climat toujours doux

Toute la végétation est luxuriante et l’hôtel très propre et très bien entretenu.
Le personnel est sérieux et aux petits soins.
Et les équipements et la nourriture sont extras

Tolles Hotel in guter Lage
Pros:

Extrem freundliche und engagierte Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen. Toller Außenbereich wie in einem botanischen Garten. Für mich ein großer Pluspunkt: Liegen am Pool, welche schon morgens vor dem Frühstück mit Handtüchern reserviert werden, werden von den Mitarbeitern abgeräumt. Topp, dass gegen diese Unsitte vorgegangen wird! Wir hatten Halbpension, große Auswahl morgens wie abends und sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich.
Sehr sauber.

Cons:

Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen, zumindest die Bäder sollten mal renoviert werden.
