Great Birthday Weekend Stay!
Pros:

Great location, walking distance to almost everything! Clean, spacious, and quiet

Cons:

That the bar was temporary closed and NO waffles for breakfast.

The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly but the charge to park was ridiculous.

When we walked into our room after check in, first thing we see is an empty trip cup sitting on the desk, guess the cleaning staff left it behind. Wasn’t really impressed with that, there was also hair in the shower and no trash bags in any of the cans.

The property location was not great. - Staff need to be retrained in the art of customer service.

The staff are not well trained in the art of customer service. When late at night I asked one of the front desk people for additional bottled water, she refused and said, "You already got some free water." That's not the way to treat your guest, given that your pricing was much higher than some of the boutique hotels in downtown with a lot more amenities

At check-in the front desk was very difficult with my wife and it created a lot of stress for her. In addition the parking costs are very high at $25 per day. Finally we kept requesting room service and it was poor each time, no vacuuming, no cleaning of bathroom.

Cumplió con las expectativas!
Pros:

Está bien ubicado, tiene un estacionamiento exactamente al lado, lo que facilita mucho el viaje para quienes estamos recorriendo Estados Unidos de ciudad en ciudad. El hotel cumple con todo lo que promete. El desayuno estuvo bien.

Room was dirty, I got charged twice for the same room and lady with mask and gloves on at the front dest was rude and had an attitude when I asked about being charged twice so I will receive my $325 back in 5 business day.

This place is surrounded by a lot of attractions, and has great customer service.
Pros:

I liked the location in relation to Busch Stadium. It was an easy drive, and located near a lot of great places to explore.

Cons:

The parking was a tad bit complicated, and small.

Great city view, Arch etc from a comfy room with a nice breakfast included
Pros:

We had a great view to the city, room was nice and parking garage right there so easy access. Breakfast was great too

Cons:

I liked it a lot only a warning to others that although it looks close to the arch, it is a 1 1/2 mile walk.
