B&B Hotel Firenze Pitti Palace al Ponte Vecchio

The hotel is situated literally at the end of the Ponte Vecchio, perfect for visiting all the local sights. The staff were warm and welcoming, the rooms are of a good size with all you need for your stay. The breakfast was plentiful and varied and the coffee was delicious! I would highly recommend.

This was my second stay at this hotel in Florence, this time with my best friend on her first visit to the city. I had such great memories from staying here with my family in 2024, and it was just as wonderful returning again.
The location is perfect, close to Ponte Vecchio and within walking distance of all the main sights. Since my last visit, the hotel has been beautifully renovated, including a new breakfast area on the sixth floor with stunning views of the Duomo and a lovely relaxation lounge.
The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming throughout our stay. A special thank you to Younis, the manager, and his team for looking after us so well and upgrading us to a beautiful, spacious suite. Younis also gave us some great local recommendations which made our trip even more special.
I would highly recommend this hotel — fantastic location, beautiful rooms, and exceptional service.

I chose this place because I knew it’d be fine, and it was steps away from where our niece is living. I was happily surprised. Very comfortable bed in a clean, bright room with polished wood and in great condition. Friendly front desk staff, and a good breakfast that I was surprised was included with my booking. Would absolutely stay again, and for longer, if visiting Florence. Location is amazing for any tourist-oriented visit.

Rooms lacking power point in bathroom, face towel, spare blanket and pillow, The shower gel is about six feet high up on the wall, a smaller person would be unable to reach it. Otherwise, lovely staff, with a special mention to the rooftop restaurant where the ladies who made my morning coffee laughed at my Italian pronunciation for two coffees.

The room was a good size and had comfortable bed. Great view from the window. The breakfast offering was great and it was in a room with a great view of the city.

Horrible hotel. Front lobby is locked at night, leaving guests locked in. When I left a negative review about discovering I was locked in the hotel at 5:30 AM, hotel manager had a clerk call my room to harass me. The room 505 was filthy. Second evening when we returned from a day touring, toothpaste was still in the bathroom sink, no fresh towels, no toilet paper. This hotel should be avoided at all costs!!

This location is awesome if you plan to visit the museums, churches and historic sites. Almost everything is less than a 30 minute walk. The staff is friendly and helpful.

This is our 4th time to stay at Pitti Palace al Pointe Vecchio. Before always a couple, this time we brought the family. Waking up to fabulous coffee made special by Martina, she and her staff made the start of each day perfect. The hotel is perfectly placed, walkable to almost everything and the front desk was extremely helpful. We enjoyed not only The David, but all Florence had to offer, and traveled to Rome, spent time in amazing Tuscany and beautiful Cinqua Terra. So very hard to say goodbye.

We had a great time in Florence and the location of the hotel made it worthwhile. It’s located right off the Ponte Vecchio and within a few steps of a lot of great restaurants and mini markets for daily needs. The terrace where breakfast is offered had amazing views in the morning of the Palazzo Vecchio and the duomo of Santa Maria del Fiore. We’d definitely stay here again for the the proximity of nearby places.
