Great hotel for being touristy
Pros:

The location at the end of Ponte Vecchio was perfect for sightseeing. It was wonderful to see Younes every time we passed through the lobby. The A/C worked much better than that of our hotel in Rome.

Cons:

Breakfast was...OK. The food did the job. The room was very humid on the top floor and felt a bit like a greenhouse.

Of all the places we stayed in Europe 3 week trip this was my least favorite
Pros:

Starting with the good, the location was great, they cleaned the room everyday which was really nice as so many places are creatively getting out of that. Staff was nice enough, but I found this as a hidden gem from the Tour guy... it was not as nice as I was expecting.

Cons:

The room was small not very pretty, how do they make things look so good on line? And the bed was really hard and it never really cooled off in the room. The rooftop area where we could supposedly enjoy a glass of wine, was closed off. And the alternate area was hot and swampy no air conditioning at all and it was closed in with a weird window plasticy covering so you couldn't really enjoy the view. However Florence was really really hot while we were there.

Prime location, poor value.
Pros:

The location was amazing.

Cons:

The sink was clogged, and the issue was not fixed even after the room was cleaned. The towels were not properly replaced—one bath towel had simply been rolled up and left in the room. In addition, the air conditioning did not work at all, making the room extremely hot and uncomfortable.

Pros:

Très bel accueil de Younes et Anouar qui ont répondu très vite à toutes mes demandes/questions.
Top situation, au pied du Ponté Vecchio on peut tout faire à pieds après le travail.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuné, pas possible d’obtenir un jus d’orange pressé et le choix est très basic.
Sinon très bel vue !

Wirklich gutes Hotel mit ordentlicher Ausstattung, jedoch bei Preis-Leistung nicht optimal.
Pros:

Die Lage ist unschlagbar, da logistisch ein guter Startpunkt zur Stadterkundung noch dazu an einem historischen Ort (Ponte Vecchio). Gute Ausstattung der Zimmer. Bei Anreise mit Auto konnten wir direkt vor dem Hotel parken und es wurde anschließend in ein Parkhaus gefahren. Der Loungebereich war sehr ansprechend. Top!!

Cons:

Die Hotelfenster sind leider sehr hellhörig und man hört den (lebendigen) Stadtverkehr. Die Dachterrasse ware zu keinem Zeitpunkt wie auf den Fotos ersichtlich frei geöffnet, vermutlich aufgrund der Temperaturen. Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel, aber der Preis ist trotzdem sehr hoch und parken kostet ordentlich extra.

Loved the location, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the ice machine, the clean modern bathroom, breakfast being included.

Cons:

Room struggled to keep cool in the hot weather. Unfortunately the ice machine broke down on the last day.
