A wonderful short break in a beautiful friendly city

The position is superb. Literally a few steps and you're on the Ponte Vechio in the heart of the city. Welcoming, helpful reception staff and the ladies in the breakfast room were kind and happy to help. The breakfast choice is generous and great quality. Good gluten free choices. The view from the breakfast patio is wonderful. Super clean rooms, linen and towels changed daily, ice cold air conditioning. Small area with water and snacks in reception, plus free ice. A lovely first floor lounge. Just a perfect break. Thank you

Unsatisfying unfortunately, the worst hotel I have ever stayed
Pros:

This property has a good location but this the only thing. It’s a rundown property with no attention to any details, feels like old folks home on a budget.
No toiletries, horrible pillows, all cracked furniture, bad coffee. Basically a property that operates on a high margin with absolute neglect to the customers.

Cons:

Only location! Nothing else!!!
Even the updated rooms are so cheaply done with luck of comfort and attention to details.
