Ubicación Excepcional!
Pros:

Nos encantó la ubicación, muy cómoda y cuando bajas estás en pleno centro histórico. Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias y el personal super atento

Cons:

No nos gustó que no tuvieran habitaciones contiguas o interconectadas, muy lejos nos tocaron una de la otra y se nos hacía medio incómodo con los chicos.

Beautiful stay in an excellent location
Pros:

It was the best place we stayed during our Italy trip.
Location is perfect, we were a bit unsure of being on the side of the bridge but it was the best decision. Everything is reachable at walking distance and there’s a good mix of high end restaurants and local restaurants. The hotel has a lift which seems to be a rare find in Italy, so no climbing stairs with heavy luggage is a great bonus. Breakfast has gf options which is another great bonus for me. The terrace has a nice view.

Cons:

Room is comfortable, but there were a few marks on the walls.
There is an empty mini bar in the room and when we asked the receptionist he said we could buy the drinks on the vending machine downstairs. Bathroom is quite small, but ok.
