I liked everything about this property… so much charm, a real colonial-style palace; wonderful owners and staff… but with affordable prices and the ability to use the kitchen and “feel at home”. People meet around the coffee machine and share tips and life experiences. Beautiful patios and gardens and a swimming pool to refresh after a day of visits.
Maybe the fact that our rooms were too “modern” for the style of the house itself - I would have preferred keeping the “colonial” charm instead… but that is only my taste - rooms were perfectly equipped and fine!
Fabulous place to rest and disconnect ! I’m fully recommending it for a beautiful stay in Merida !
Wonderful apartments!
A building of exceptional architecture, with very beautiful and distinctive room design. The rooms are fully equipped with all essential amenities, comfortable beds, wardrobes, and well-appointed bathrooms. A warm swimming pool and a cozy, private garden add to the experience. We were also impressed by Batiste’s warm and pleasant communication.
The villa is absolutely stunning! It should rather be called a palace. A beautiful building with high ceilings and colorful ceramic floors. As soon as you enter, you feel the serenety and calmness of this place. It felt like being in a fairytale. We ended up spending a lot of time at the villa instead of sightseeing because it is such a special place!
The pictures online look beautiful but in real life it looks even better.
Host Batiste was very welcoming and provided us with lots of useful tips about things to do in Merida. The staff of this place is excellent. Extremely nice and they keep the place meticulously clean.
We are hoping to come back to this magical place!
Peaceful oasis and a little slice of heaven. So much charm and character at the hotel and Batiste was very helpful and attentive.

A bit far of a walk from main square but super quiet
Very nice hotel with an amazing inside courtyard. The rooms are big, nice and comfortable.
The room was beyond my expectations, and was extremely comfortable. Staff were very helpful and available for unexpected issues. Overall, this is a great place to stay.
It was a bit of a walk both from the bus station (I got both to and from Merida by bus) and to the city center - although either was prohibitively far away.

Host was superb, happy to answer any questions or sort any transport for us. Met the owners who showed us round the entire place, it was beautiful.
The only issue we had was that we didn’t have longer in Merida, the hotel was beautiful.
