An ok hotel to stay at but not worth it’s money/Rates
Pros:

The staff members were extremely nice, very respectful very helpful. Location was ok as well.

Cons:

My sink was clogged, my room felt moist/humid even with the air conditioning left on. Random tap water running sound in the middle of the night not sure where it’s coming from I got up to look everything looked normal but I could hear it and then it would stop. The gym was just a show piece, couldn’t do much there. Everytime I came down for coffee it would be out, when asked about it they’d say it’s brewing but it took long and I was getting late for work. Not much options for breakfast.

Pros:

Convenience to where we were going for a 50th wedding. Anniversary party.

Cons:

Well, the air conditioner didn't work. And I didn't wanna call someone at eleven o'clock at night to fix it. I can't sleep without cold air.

Pros:

Clean, comfortable, right beside Smokers ETC if you enjoy cigars!

Cons:

Staff was a bit rude when I told them they gave us the wrong room like it was my fault… when i clearly had proof of my king rook reservation.

Had confirmed reservation, but they had no rooms

I had a confirmed reservation that I booked on Hampton’s web site, but when I arrived at 9:30 pm after a day of traveling the front desk clerk told me they had no rooms and I needed to find lodging elsewhere. I asked if she could help find a room at another Hilton-brand hotel, and she told me no, I was on my own (plus, she told me nearly everywhere else was already sold out, adding insult to injury). She said she would cancel my reservation, but when I asked for written confirmation that my credit card would not be charged for the cancellation, she also said she could not provide that, and the only thing I could do was contact the general manager, who, by the way, wouldn’t be in for another two days.

Pros:

This hotel is dirty, filthy and awful. Don’t stay here. We had two rooms the first one had dirty sheets and the second it not much better.
