Parking is first come first serve, so if there are no parking spots available for you to park your vehicle despite already paying for parking for a 30 USD per night, the front desk will refund your parking charge and advise you on alternative parking. If parking is paid for by card, it would be refunded in the morning.

Price was more when pay at property and no very clean
Very disappointing and unacceptable stay.
The room had cockroaches, which is especially alarming when traveling with a child. Due to the hotel’s strict no-refund policy, leaving or canceling the reservation was not an option.
Cleanliness was extremely poor. The bedding was dirty, and there was hair on the bed and even inside the refrigerator. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel.
The floor lamp did not have a light bulb, and I was required to pay an unexpected $60 deposit that was never disclosed during the booking process. I was only informed about this at the front desk upon arrival.
Overall, this property does not meet basic standards of cleanliness, safety, or transparency. I would strongly not recommend staying here.
I need to do this because I just want you to be aware that cheap ends being expensive, I expended over 2000 usd and loose more than the double, when making check out, I would non sleep after work I was just postponing the leaving day never had an hotel complained of you being a repetitive customer, they do. So at checkout I was taking down my bags trough the stairs (no elevator) with 0 help and the receptionist asked me to give him my room key (also I was left without a room key for +3 days because I will kept saying I missed and they won't give me a new one) finally when they got me a new one after 3 days, they charged me 30 usd for this. In those days I will need to request help every single time to enter to my room , however I give him the room key as soon he asked me for and I will still have half of my bags upstairs I'm detaining the door because I need to give the uber my bags and I still have bags upstairs but not key to enter the hotel anymore , the reception guy start to grab my personal bags literal the ones you carry with you and put them outside the door on the street side without my permission I said to him please do not touch my bags and keep bringing the others out he said I'm only helping you (they were literal small not like the ones I carried from upstairs heavy but my personal ones) and he put them on the floor after already telling him to don't touch them , he said that I couldn't keep the door open but I'm telling him how I suppose to take my bags out if you already took my keys ( the door of the entrance is closed so you need the key not just for your room but to enter to the lobby ) I didn't want him to put them outside without me viewing because it happen what I was afraid of the most, my Chanel bag is gone with my documents and my cards left and I asked him if there was any cam on the entrance but those cam do not look at the door ...

"I recently stayed at the Hollywood VIP Hotel and had a nightmare experience. We were placed in a first-floor room that was effectively uninhabitable.
The Issues:
No Hot Water: There was absolutely no hot water available during our stay, making it impossible to shower. This is a basic health and safety standard that was not met.
Mechanical Failure: The AC unit was broken and made a deafening, metallic rattling noise all night (I have uploaded a video of this). We could not sleep at all.
Constant Disruptions: Being on the first floor near a back door meant we heard doors slamming every few minutes, shaking the room.
Management Response:
I attempted to resolve this with the front desk at checkout. I provided a written statement and recorded the conversation for my records. They directed me to email globalhotel@gmail.com, but I am still waiting for a formal refund for a room that failed to provide the most basic amenities.
Warning to Travelers: Do not stay here if you value sleep or a hot shower. The location is the only 'pro,' but it is not worth the lack of basic utilities and the extreme noise levels."

L'hôtel n'est pas du tout comme sur les photos très délabrées, une mauvaise odeur des l'entrée de l'hôtel les chambres n'ont parlons même pas.
Surprisingly awful. Wouldn't call it a hotel. Dirty, old and no amenities. No coffee / kettle in room. No shampoo, hot water takes forever.Lights are ok when they work. Bkfst is dry cereal, instant coffee you make yourself. No help getting luggage up the stairs, no lift. No USB ports in room. Minimum bedding, could be cold , minimum towels. Just old and dirty, stair carpet filthy. No cups in room.
Some staff are helpful some are more interested in chatting on their phone.
Exit the backdoor for a quick way to main boulevard, watch out for discarded syringes in the carpark.
Location is it's only saving grace.
Never again.
