There were roaches in the rooms. My family and I were so uncomfortable. I told the receptionist about roaches and he said nobody had ever said anything and when I continued to let him know that the cleaning cart had Ride spray he didn’t know what else to say! I showed him pictures too.
Place smelled like pee, and the breakfast consisted of cereal, cookies and milk.
Parking was $30!!! While in Holliday Inn,l and Hilton parking is $15!
I will NOT be recommending this place and definitely NOT staying there ever again.

The room that I booked was next to the exit and it was very loud and the room was not clean

The bed was on the floor. And the roaches were in the floor. Horrible. I couldn’t sleep the whole night.

Preface: I stupidly didnt read the reviews. I was in a last minute panic when I booked this hotel.

Upon entering my room and turned on the light there was an acrylic nail that had been pulled off right in the middle of the floor. The room wasn't horrible but definitely had its qwerks. As soon as I went into the bathroom I saw a couple of baby roaches. Then sheets did look clean and the bed werent the best but weren't horrible either. There was no light bulb in the table lamp. When plugged in the TV once its turned on...but doesnt turn off so you had to unplug it when you were done. There wad no ice bucket but I easily asked for one. There was no security lock on the inside or no manual lock on the inside of the handle. After the first night. I woke up the next morning I found a bed bug in my bed. After reading reviews in the hotel I knew there was no point in arguing with management. I had no money to get another hotel and I was 6 hours from home. I didnt get a picture because I just reacted when I saw it and killed it. Went to the local CVS and stripped the sheets off the bed and sprayed both with bed bug spray. The toilet paper was only 1 ply. The main reason I picked this hotel was they offered free breakfast.....went to go look in the morning and its only one choice of cereal and milk, white toast and butter. Then instant coffee with powdered creamer. So very disappointing with their breakfast options. Then the back door to the building where their "Private Parking" is didnt lock. So anyone could walk into the hotel. It is extra for parking but I feel like it should be included if youre paying staying there. So I did make the choice to stay but I really had no other choices to go anywhere. My daughter and I both ended up with bed bug bites. Even after spraying but didnt physically see any more bed bugs. I killed 1-3 roaches a day by the sink and in the bathroom.

Sorry but I can’t find any nice to say about that place .

A/C doesn't work, just a few spots for parking and honestly the pictures in the site look way more different the place actually is. It smelled so much to weed, it is definitely not a place for children. If you are alone or with a friend only for a night that would be ok but honestly, I'm not even sure if it is safe to leave your stuff, there as the doors do not have extra locks. The blankets were clean, but we found a couple of bugs and the mattress was horrible- had not good rest at all because I didn't feel safe hearing people hanging on a close room and I was with my aunt cousin and baby daughter.

You get a super cool Hollywood like experience but the first room they booked us in was a king bed with a very comfortable bed, the AC was only blowing hot air though. The window was wide open when we first got in there too and it was actually cooler in the room with the AC off and window open lol. So I went to the front desk and told them I needed a new room. He said he had to go check out the AC first. He went to try and see what he can do but he couldn’t do anything so thankfully he moved us into a two queen bedroom down the hall. It was much bigger and the AC was wonderful. I was not very happy about that after having to park all the way down the block and then come to a room with no AC… Because you have to pay for parking and I wasn’t about to when it should be free to guests... The parking is in the back so all the spaces in the front were for the residents and you needed a parking pass or you’d be towed. It was an extra $30 for parking. We got up 15 min after breakfast started and there was only one type of cereal and milk. There was butter but no bread… they only put so many out ? Can’t even refill until breakfast was officially over? I still got some but in some tiny aaaa bowls lol I couldn’t believe within only 15 min and it didn’t seem like they were busy. I will not be going back.
