מאכזב ביחס לפעם שעברה שהיינו שם אבל המתקנים והצוות מעולים

Pros:

Hotel je vo výbornej lokalite - na okraji mestečka, v noci je tam pokojná atmosfera, do veľmi rušného nočného centra plného reštaurácii , obchodíkov, kolotočov je to peši cca 10-15min. V blizkosti hotela nájdete market. Hotel nie je bezprostredne na pláži, tá je hneď za cestou, za set lehátok so slnečníkom platíte 10eur na deň. Strava v hoteli je vyborná, pochutili sme si (potešila by však zmrzlina v ponuke, tá chybala). Izba bola čistá, vždy dokonale uprataná. Využili sme fitko aj hotelový bazén (bol pri ňom skvelý relax, príjemná voda, nebol tam taký ruch ako vo väčších hoteloch) Touto cestou ďakujeme celému personálu, odvádzajú skvelú prácu. Cítili sme sa veľmi dobre.

Cons:

- Chýbajúca manželská posteľ, postele sa neustále rozchádzali, bolo to veľmi nekomfortné
- Barman pri bazéne ( krátkovlasý) sa k nám správal neprofesionálne, bol netaktný, preto sme služby v tomto bare viac nevyužili.

Excellent hotel, clean, staff were very helpful and warm.
Pros:

Great place, food was good, swimming pool was nice. To get to the city centre you need a taxi or bus, or walk for about 30 min. There is Padel court and Tennis court. Breakfast had variety of things, and it was good.

Cons:

To reach to the beach you need to walk down and back you need to climb up, not that of a problem but its not that close.

Cons:

Spa wasn't free, game zone wasn't free as it is in all hotels in the warld, and also plaje near the hotel was with stones, should be cleaned

Pros:

Nagyon szép szálloda,tisztaság mindenhol, naponta takarítottak, rendkivül kedves személyzet. Az ételek finomak szinte minden este más volt. Két étterem van, az egyikben svédasztal a másikban étlapról lehet rendelni. A kinti medence kilátással a tengerre fantaszrikus. A strand 3 perc kényelmes séta, a szállodával pont szemben van az utca másik oldala. Az esti nyüzsgés 10 -15 kényelmes sétával elérhető. Én ajánlom ezt a szállodát minden szempontból tökéletes.

Cons:

I requested a late check-out from the day I checked in. I was initially told to come back one day before my check-out date. When I did, I was then asked to return on the day of check-out.

On the day of check-out, I went to reception again to request a late check-out. I was told that I would need to pay €10 for each additional hour, which I agreed to. However, I was then informed that the hotel was fully booked and that a late check-out was not possible.

After that, I checked Booking.com, found that a room was available at the hotel, and was able to book it for a full day.
