Beautiful and comfortable place !
Pros:

Amazing place, very friendly staff and confortable place. Close to the city by foot and close to all the most beautiful beaches by car. They even allowed us to take a shower with clean towel at the end of our last day because our flight was really late. 100% recommend !

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Lage war sehr zentral und doch ruhig und entspannt. Es gibt einen Strand in der Nähe, welcher in ein paar Gehminuten erreichbar ist. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig.

Cons:

Leider wurden die Bettwäsche während des ganzen Aufenthalts nicht gewechselt und die Reinigung erfolgt nur sehr oberflächlich bis gar nicht ( Tisch voller Staub, Haare auf dem Boden). Es lief Wasser aus den Fugen der Dusche Richtung Bett, welche Hausschuhe durchnässt hat.

Pros:

wundervolle lage genau am Meer mit 1 min zu fuß zum stand, sehr modern, sehr freundlich, haben ein zimmer upgrade ohne zu fragen bekommen in die 2. beste Zimmerkategorie! Personal sehr sehr freundlich und bemüht!

Le petit déjeuner excellent, varié, pour tout les goûts de chacun.

Ottima posizione per soggiornare ad Ayia Napa
Pros:

Struttura pulita e accogliente, camera vista mare decisamente molto bella, colazione varia e abbondante, posizione veramente eccellente fronte spiaggia.

Cons:

Purtroppo una delle addette alla reception avrebbe bisogno di un corso intensivo per ripassare almeno le basi della customer care.
Per il resto, ad eccezione di questa receptionist, lo staff era gentile e disponibile.

city center, shops very covenient distance, great view from the balcony, good breakfast

Cons:

Sauna had a weird smell (mold) - both wet and dry one; Pillow not so good quality, furniture dated, pool water did not feel very clean
