We love Napa Mermaid
Pros:

This is the 2nd time we have stayed there this year as we love it so much. The location is perfect, the breakfast is amazing, such great options and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Plus the beds are super comfy!

Cons:

When we arrived and checked in we asked if it was possible to have a late checkout on the day we leave as our flight wasn't til 10pm,the receptionist said she would see what she could do for a complimentary one as we are returning guests.
On the departure day, we were told they can do it for €60, when we queried about it being complementary they said there aren't any rooms available.

Very nice family stay with a baby
Pros:

Very nice hotel, we had a very comfortable stay

Cons:

The "modern" bathroom with the glass walls - not very good for a sleeping baby in the room, but this is more on us, as we've chosen the room (as there were no other available), although we had seen pictures of it :)

Wszystko było na najwyższym poziomie. To był już nasz drugi pobyt w tym hotelu i na pewno wybierzemy go ponownie przy kolejnej podróży na Cypr. Cały personel jest niezwykle gościnny, serdeczny i dba o komfort gości na każdym kroku. Pokój przepięknie urządzony, pyszna kawa, świetnej jakości kosmetyki, a także miękkie, wygodne ręczniki, szlafroki i kapcie. Czuliśmy się niesamowicie zaopiekowani! Leżaki w strefie basenowej bardzo wygodne, a jedzenie przepyszne! Są też dostępne różne zajęcia i aktywności oraz jest strefa SPA. Gorąco polecam każdemu!

Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Service!
Pros:

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. It is located in a lovely, peaceful area with easy access to a clean and beautiful beach, making it the perfect getaway spot.
The rooms are extremely spacious, beautifully maintained, and come equipped with everything you could possibly need—including an incredible jacuzzi! Cleaning was flawless throughout our entire stay.
To top it off, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival. The staff truly went above and beyond by organizing a special surprise for my partner’s name day, which made our trip unforgettable.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great hospitality, and a relaxing vacation. We will definitely be back!

Pros:

Usluga i hotel su zaista na nivou. Osoblje je divno, bazen je super, hrana takođe. Jako je sve čisto. Definitivno smo prezadovoljni.

Pros:

Красивый отель чуть в стороне от самого центра. Номер достаточно большой, все есть. Очень удобная кровать! Прекрасный завтрак.
Напротив отеля прекрасный пляж с чистым морем и песочком. Есть душ, передевалка, туалет - все бесплатное.

מלון טוב מאוד. היינו 3 ימים במלון שידרגו אותו לחדר סוויטת גרנד. החדר היה ענק, נוף מדהים לבריכה ולים, ג'קוזי במרפסת, בריכה נהדרת ארוחת בוקר מעולה. מי שמגיע עם רכב יש חניה חופשית במלון. נסענו לכיון מרכז עם רכב לדעתי למי שאין רכב זה יהיה לו קצת רחוק ברגל. בכל מקרה ממליצה מאוד על המלון.
אהבנו.

ארוחת ערב. לי אישית לא היה מה לאכול ובדיעבד הייתי מוותרת על ארוחת ערב והייתי אוכלת בחוץ.
