A pleasant and comfortable stay with friendly service and everything we needed.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Hotellet har tapt seg over flere år, hvor kvaliteten på alt er gått ned.
Pros:

Frokosten var helt ok, men faller gjennom sammenlignet med frokoster i samme prissjikte. Har tapt seg noe gjennom de siste årene.

Beliggenheten er perfekt, på bakgrunn av avstand til sentrum hvor det er gå-avstand, men samtidig langt nok unna til at man slipper støy fra uteliv.

Cons:

Renhold- rommet var angivelig vasket og klart da vi sjekket inn. Samtidig fant vi støv, smuss, flere tilfeller av sorte hår helt åpenlyst rundt om på rommet, og ikke minst rester av avføring i toalettet.

Etter varsling ble noen av hårene fjernet, men utover dette ingen større endring.

Daglig renhold virket også å kun bestå av bretting av seng og håndklær.

Resepsjon- da vi varslet om at rommet ikke var rent ble vi møtt av resepsjonspersonale som var tvilende og mistroende til hva vi sa, og krevde bevis. Da de fikk se bevis ble det konversert på morsmål, før vi fikk beskjed at det ble fikset, uten videre opplysning.

Eine kleine Auszeit in einem tollen Hotel
Pros:

Die Lage vom Hotel war sehr gut, nah zum Strand und ca 20 min in die Innenstadt. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend

Amazing place to stay with family
Pros:

Our stay was amazing. Booked one of the executives suites, with direct access to the pool, bar and restaurant area. Having our own small swimming pool on the rear veranda is amazing for relaxing. Loved everything about our stay, very nice and friendly staff, everything is sparkling clean. Breakfast and dinner buffet are very nice with plenty of options. Hotel is far away enough from all the noisiest places but close enough to walk almost anywhere.
