This location was wonderful and very walkable to most areas of Bruges. We are an older but healthy couple in our late 60's and able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The elevator was a bonus. Room was neat and clean, and to our surprise very quiet. This is a smaller property with a small and very accommodating staff. We were able to check in early. There is a very nice grocery store down the street. date of stay - early October 2026.

Excellent location, friendly, helpful staff, great hotel. Tea and coffee in the room was a bonus you don’t often get on the continent.
The hairdryer in the bathroom was quite dated and not very powerful.
Le cadre était très agréable et le personnel absolument charmant et arrangeant. Nous avons pu laisser notre voiture dans le parking de l'hôtel avant l'heure du check-in, ce qui nous a permis de profiter plus rapidement du centre-ville, là où se trouve la plupart des monuments à voir et à visiter.

Great location, lovely room and friendly staff. The car park was a little bit of a paid as we needed to leave the car outside and go and get the code to get in, but not a big deal as there was space on the corner to park.
I was very happy with the hotel. It's in a central location, the room was clean and spacious, and the staff were very helpful. The bed was really comfortable and I slept well during my stay.

The air conditioning didn’t work and it was stuffy. Solution was to open the window on ground level. It was supposed to be fixed but parts were unavailable. Could be temporary and a one off. Who knows?

Atendimento excelente dos funcionários da recepção e do café. Café da manhã farto, itens de excelente qualidade.

Possui elevador, bar e várias salas e varanda para os hóspedes relaxarem.
O valor do café da manhã um pouco alto, 22 euros por pessoa. Mas é opcional…

Couldn't set room heater higher and 2 out of 3 mornings only had luke warm water in the shower.
