Magris Hotel

The hotel was attractive and staff were great. We had to leave too early to enjoy the breakfast, but we did eat dinner there and it was very good.
The hotel is in a more industrial area so it’s not as convenient to the downtown/historic area. That being said, they do have an evening shuttle to take guests to various locations.
We partially picked this hotel because it states that they have an airport shuttle, which it did not.

Hotel is nice. Area is very industrial and not very clean.

The coverlet on our bed was dirty. Our toilet seat was broken. Our shower didn't work, it dribbled out water.

No airport shuttle although they called a cab very quickly. The original ad said they had an airport shuttle. They do not.
Also-not many places to walk to eat around. It’s very industrial and not particularly a great location. Thankfully their on site restaurant was very good.

Beautiful Hotel

Starting with the positives the staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast had a lot of variety. The negatives, the rooms look nothing like the pictures its a very dated hotel, the AC made a loud noise all night but didn’t work, the shower felt like you would fall through the tub at any minute. The area is quite possibly the ghetto bordered with China town. It is very sketchy industrial area with broken glass and garbage everywhere, and smells of pee. The hotel offers a free night shuttle into town which was great because you likely would be robbed if you attempted to walk to the metro station even during the day. It’s also close to a giant prison. Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else.

The room pictured doesn’t match the actual room. BEWARE OF RED CARPET ROOMS! Given a room w/old disgusting dirty & heavily stained red carpet. Bathroom very outdated & dirty. Complained and counter employee said upgraded rooms are different. He made it right and gave us a clean room w/tile floor. But couldn’t get key card to work though. Gave us physical key to get in and luckily our prior hotel key card worked to get lights & tv on. Also we weren’t allowed to eat in restaurant dinning room bc having a private event so put us downstairs looked like employees’ quarters. Food was not good. We had to check out 5:30am for flight so wasn’t able to have complimentary breakfast starts until 7:30am

Magris Hotel was excellent, It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good and the advice we received regarding various planned trips were spot on. The location was not ideal but it was good value. Enjoyed our stay in Naples.

This property its seats in the middle of industrial area.
People in this property are very nice.

Excellent

The first clerk was super helpful but aside from that it was average. Room had a view of industrial piping, so not great. The surrounding area was VERY dirty.

Really nice staff! The area around is not the best when walking alone in the evening , but no one really bothers you !

It is located outside central Naples. However taking a taxi with special price with taxi takes you there whenever you want. The free shuttle service is only at night. Turn right then right, you will find a tuck shop with all drinks provisions including water. Turn right then left you will find the best Italian restaurant where locals eat which is very reasonable and tasty. All staff at the hotel are excellent. My vip status was recognised with an upgrade. Reception staff are very helpful particularly Mario, Martel’s and two more I forget their names. They are all amazing. Breakfast is repetitive but very nice. Room was just like home on the first floor. We already miss the people at this hotel. Thank you and would highly recommend if you don’t mind taking a taxi for all other excursions

Good hotel

Nice place close to airport and clean. Area not that great but close to subway.

AC is very weak,told them to fix it they came and checked it but it was still poor AC.We didn’t bother to ask again.Water costs money,you only can have it during breakfast.
