Salle de jeux pour enfants et manque de personnel au petit déjeuner.

La vue était magnifique

Cons:

La salle de jeux pour enfants était fermée tout le weekend sans information au préalable alors que c'était l'une des raisons qui nous a poussé à choisir cet hôtel pour notre enfant.

Le petit déjeuner était copieux et fabuleux, mais pour un 4 étoiles, il y a un manque de service : un serveur devrait placer les clients à une table ou demander leur numéro de chambre à l'entrée.

Very comfortable hotel with perfect view and spa
Pros:

Very comfortable and cozy hotel. Beautiful mountain view, delicious breakfasts (although the same every day), and very friendly staff. The pool and spa area are excellent. There is also a great lobby with a fireplace, bar, and comfortable armchairs. The location is very good as well.

Cons:

We got stuck in the elevator and had to wait 20 minutes to be rescued.
If I had to point out something negative, it would be that the spa staff are constantly walking around and doing things. They enter the sauna and the nude area, which feels a bit uncomfortable.

Pros:

Very rich breakfast, beautiful location and the area around and inside the hotel; lovely fireplace in the lobby, nice spa, but in all the saunas people were naked, it is not working for all people; mini bar with water, cola, beer were for free in the room; hot water in the lobby, some snacks in the spa area was also nice. Friendly staff, ski room, some restaurants around, only 5 minutes by bus to the train station

Cons:

naked spa ( it is not working for people from different countries), there were some saunas with the sign naked, so would be good to put the sign: with the cloth in another sauna; restaurant is a bit overpriced
