Great location on the seafront and the staff were lovely from when you walked into reception! Gerry in the bar made our night on Friday with great Guinness and food snack recommendations, and the lovely manager in the bar that served us dinner on Saturday was charming and excellent host.
Nothing really.
The only constructive comments I could give is there was alot of furniture and large lamps in the room making it feel a little clustered.
And personally I'm not a fan of bed throws and additional cushions.. I never feel comfortable about when they were last cleaned!
Food is amazing.
Staff go out of their way to help.
Jack who works in the bar is excellent.
Wish their was a pool
The food, the location, the friendly staff, the ambience
Nothing to mention
Fantastic stay! Brillant food and staff were great especailly John , cant wait too return!!
Breakfast was extremely good and super location.
More seats in bar
Breakfast was excellent in terms of the food available, and in terms of the view from the breakfast room. The room was modern, spacious, and clean.
Enjoyed an exceptional meal in the evening.
We didn't pay extra for a sea view, and we certainly didn't get one...outside was a wall!
convenient location to shuttle for cliffs of Moher
Website stated the hotel had a free shuttle to cliffs of moher, which is no longer true. Website stated the bus stop for the Galway bus was across the street which is also not true. It is actually a 20 min drive on your own.
Breakfast excellent.
The vies from the room was awful.
The room was beautiful and the views were incredible! Such a beautiful hotel and extremely pleasant staff.
The bathroom had a little damp smell.
The whole Christmas vibe around the place. John Burke’s bar was exceptional
Absolutely nothing
