Room quality not as good as first time. Poor ceiling lighting in bathroom area. Shower in bath as opposed to walk in shower not explained.
Complimentary fizz not offered on this occasion so no consistency.

Pros:

Outstanding location and service. We got upgraded to a better room at arrival, the staff had a lovely welcoming attitude and had noted our special requests. Great coffee at breakfast!

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit overpriced at 38£ for single a la carte item and basic continental buffet. In addition, staff proposing a deduction from the deposit as a service fee felt like an ambush at checkout.

Fantastic stay, good hotel
Pros:

Well situated, great staff. Lovely hotel.

Cons:

The sound insulation is not the best especially if a V8 engine comes by or a motorbike. The door to the hallway is also not so soundproof.
