Pros:

Personal amable y habitación muy limpia y en buen estado. Instalaciones también. La comida del desayuno muy rica y vale la pena para empezar el día. Recomendado tanto para parejas como para familias (y viajeros solitarios).

Nice place for a base in Tenerife.
Pros:

We have just left the apartments after a weeks stay. The apartment we booked was basic and parts were needing a good update/refurb. It must of once been a duplex as there was still stairs but the room upstairs had been shut off, that’s probably the attic room that you can book. Our apartment looked into the golf course at the back which was noisy in the morning with tractors. The room was prone to have small insects in it due to the bushes/grasses at hold course. The staff were nice and pleasant. The small bar/food area was good. The cleaners only cleaned on certain days but the rooms were cleaned to a good standard. The location of the hotel is further out and takes around 10/15 mins to walk to beach or las americas. The pool area was nice and quiet and enough beds to go around.

Would I come back? Probably not due to location and dated room.

Great holiday for our 1st visit
Pros:

We arrived on Feb 13th for a week stay. We are a family of five and had a two story apartment. The apartment was clean and spacious and cleaned daily. The bar staff were very welcoming and friendly. The pool was a lovely size and there was a lifeguard on daily. There was also daily activities to take part in run by lovely staff. We especially enjoyed the Aqua aerobics . There is a supermarket across the road which has anything that you might require. It is about 15 mins walk to the main shopping streets . The hotel has a relaxed atmosphere. The night time entertainment finishes about 9:30 but that didn’t bother us.We had a great time and will return.

Good company with friends hotel was clean but dated in parts
Pros:

Some of the rooms are dated the nighttime entertainment is shockingly bad or none existent and the restaurant is overpriced and the food is bland only a handful of choices we ate out mostly or cooked ourselves but tried the restaurant twice both times it was terrible

Pros:

Location - good, on a main road with swim up rooms on the road. A 20 min walk into town with a big supermarket opposite and a few shops/cafes and bit of a kiddy park. If you want to be nearer to the beach and main strip then you need to choose the BEACH hotel not Beach Golf which appears to be a replica but located more centrally

Rooms - we had a duplex which was enormous, 2 single beds and a double sofa bed upstairs with dressing area and big shower room and same downstairs with kitchen and decent sized balcony. Kitchen well stocked with ample facilities to self cater
A little basic abs dated and a bit of maintenance needed particularly upstairs but cleaned most days and beds comfy. Staircase steep and creaky!
Garden rooms nice but one side of hotel on the shade and it’s more of a terrace than a garden as open but each have sunbeds, tables and chairs

Pool area - nice sized pool, opens at 9am, loads of sunbeds with padded ones on far terrace. Level 3 has a few sun terraces too if you are not bothered being next to pool. Always spotless with grassed area. Pool bar area and restaurant - prices reasonable - 2 euro for small beer. Little hotel shop.
Can hire pool towels and there is a shower room and luggage room - we couldn’t get late check out, don’t think many can but it’s 12pm so not too bad

Liked hotel and room size fab but downside was room location - room’s reception block side are noisy - we were above the outside disco/dj area (277) and was next to the cleaners storage room. They start around 7.30/8am and were so noisy shouting to each other and banging around then the trolleys going up and down the landings fast made a right noise so never got a lie in and woken up early by them every morning - would prefer black opposite but think the quieter areas are more shaded and either by road/golf course so few rooms that are too n sun and quieter

Also allow groups - a dozen noisy young lads arrived……no issues, well behaved but bad g groups like that is loud and it’s a family hotel….

No outside pool toilets - they are in reception

Overall fab and not much they can do about the rooms
