We booked a 4 star all inclusive holiday with Jet2 at the Invisa Figueral Resort .It's not made clear which part you would stay.Stayed in the Cala Blanca which is 100% not a 4star resort.
Check in :- slow
Food:- ok, bit repetative, especially the deserts.
Drinks :- fresh juices like water, cocktails terrible. I had to buy my own beer from the local Spar shop to feel like i was having an alcholic drink.
Staff - friendly
Entertainment :- good
Location - stunning
Beach - lovely ( have to pay £10 for each sunlounger)
Mini Bar :- errr no ( two cans of pop first day only)
All Inclusive :- ( 🤣 )
Al A Carte Rest :- pay
Tennis :- pay unless 1-3pm
Pool Table :- pay
Table Tennis :- good luck finding anyone with the ball n bats
Paddle Boards - Pay
Adults only bar - pay( when it's open that is)
Rooms - very basic, terrible TV, entertainment.
Overall - good for kids and 3star hotel. 100% not anyway near 4star All Inclusive.
Reading previous comments it's clear the management haven't taken any action such as kids in the Adult Only Pool and door locks not working, We're currently staying and unable to close or lock our door if we leave the room ( being fixed tomorrow 🙏)

Super pour les enfants, le mini club accessible avec parents si les enfants sont trop petits, le personnel top, supers animations le soirs, mini disco tous les soirs pour les petits et grands spectacles après de très bonne qualité. La formule tout compris est appréciable avec des enfants.

Have just returned from a fantastic stay at the Invisa Hotel Club Cala Blanca.
The most amazing location with the best view. Food was excellent and lots of choice for the whole family. Plenty of space round the pools and none of this rushing to get a sunbed at the crack of dawn either. We would wander down about 9am and there were always plenty available. Always lots of shade too. Having direct access to the very sandy, pretty beach meant we could enjoy the best of both worlds. Because it is located on a hillside it is a very long , steep walk to parts of it so might not suit everyone, but didn't bother us.

Adults only zone was a joke. Not supervised and children in there every day. Including screaming toddlers We were there with our own young children and one of the hotel’s attractions was that the adults in our party could all enjoy some peaceful time in that area. We complained to reception twice but nothing was done about it

Tricky to grade this one properly as we did have a wonderful week and the hotel overall was better than we were expecting and was good value.

If you have a dietary requirement or a food allergy though there are real problems.

Food pros....loads of choice. Dedicated vegetarian section. Plenty of options for vegetarians and vegans. Varied menu. Most food was tasty. Empty dishes replenished quickly. Food was hot.

Food cons..... The labelling was shocking and dangerous. In the veggie section the labels didn't change all week and they were only correct for one meal in the entire week. I finally worked out that the first 2 meals may or may not contain dairy and the next 3 were vegan but I had to check every single day what was safe to eat, even though I had told the hotel in advance of my allergy and been assured that everything was labelled. There are very few staff able to advise so it's a wait every time to find out.
Salads have one label that says "various" and lists all allergens, meaning you don't know which ones contain which allergen.
Not enough tongs so lots of cross contamination in some sections.

For everyone else the place is wonderful.

Room:
We had an iconic pool view room which was exactly as pictured on the website. Air con worked well. Could have done with a blanket for the bed though as did get cold with only one sheet, even though it was a very warm week.
Fridge was a good size and the room had plenty of storage and plug sockets. Bathroom was lovely.

Location:
Very large complex and you will get plenty of exercise getting around. The grounds are lovely and well maintained so it never felt like a trek.

Hotel bus is great to get to the local town and the local public bus is also handy, although only runs every 2 hours so we got cabs sometimes.

Facilities:
Not enough sunbeds and the family pools aren't big enough really but we had fun in them. Sunbeds were well maintained and comfortable. Parasols need replacing in some areas.

Communal areas were kept clean and glasses were cleared regularly.

Sunbed rules are clearly displayed and they are strict with removing towels if removed too early, which is great.

The wave surf simulator is brilliant, with a good discount if you have an iconic rooms or book online.

Entertainment wasn't a big draw for us but it seemed popular and there was always something going on.

No shop but one is not needed as there are 2 shops directly outside the hotel.

Staff
Reception staff were friendly and helpful every time we needed them.

Bar staff were quick and efficient and kept queues low. They were always busy.

What a brilliant hotel in a stunning location. This had everything we wanted and more.

Great entertainment through the day. There was a pool for entertainment, one for general family time and a dedicated adult pool for quiet time.

The food and drink was amazing and we're all missing the variety and quality on offer.

We have the holiday blues, having to leave the wonderful island behind. We didn't want to come home

Review of stay at Cala Blanca 5-12th Aug. 2 adults 2 kids age 5 and 2

Paid £3500 ish about 6 weeks prior. Booked a superior premium room with TUI.

Flew from Bournemouth. Flights and airport both sides really easy. We were landed, through security/passports/finger prints, collected luggage and left on a transfer bus within 1 hour. Much better than last year in Majorca where it was probably about 3 hours between landing and leaving !! Better system with buses this year. You had an allocated bus as opposed to just queuing. Transfer was bang on 90 mins.

Arrived at hotel at about 12 and room was ready. No queuing really to check in. Lady was really friendly and explained all the details of the hotel and how to get everywhere. She then got us a shuttle taxi to the room.

Room- We were in C block which was near a pool and the pirate island was behind us. We had a sea view which we didn’t pay for. We had a weird set up where you went up stairs onto a terrace and entered through the patio doors. We didn’t have the balcony worries you do in some hotels, but it was also accessible to all. But that didn’t actually worry us. Room was small ish but we knew what we had booked. The double bed is 2 singles pushed together and the kids were on a pull out which was a good size. The bedroom had a fridge and they gave a couple of bottles of water, crisps and a couple of cans of coke/fanta. Room was clean. Best cleaners I have experienced in a hotel. Turned up every day without fail. Very friendly. Gave loads of towels and toilet rolls. She even gave the kids some bonus bottles of water just because they were chatting.

Food - Usual AI. Could be very busy at times. Kids loved the robots and the man on the door was very friendly. Could have had more staff at times clearing tables and replenishing food and plates etc but all staff were lovely. Lots of seafood which my husband loved but limited meat. When there was steak and ribs it was beautiful. Most days there was pork chops, chicken if you were lucky. Vegetarian seemed ok. If you had allergies you had to ask. I would have been concerned over cross contamination but I think they might have been bringing people fresh stuff from the kitchen as there were often people hanging around by the door. My mum is coeliac so I am quite vigilant and I think I would have been concerned had she been with us.
Salads were good but a lot had seafood in. The food itself was quite tasty. But it did get quite samey, despite them having varied theme nights. American night was one to avoid!
As usual with Ai, desserts are questionable.
Breakfast - good selection. Excellent hash browns! Normal (British) sausages were available. Lovely pastries. Pancakes some days. Didn’t see omelettes. Usual cereals etc. lots of fruit.
Tex mex restaurant- lovely location. Nice but limited food. We went in the evening. Was very quiet when we went which made it a more relaxed experience.

Drinks- limited selection of alcohol on AI. Soft drinks were fine. It was actually coke. Watered down cocktails. Small glasses. Didn’t bother us but if you are going for the drinking I think it would be a bit annoying.

Location- to be honest, we booked this knowing we wouldn’t really leave the hotel. It was miles from anything but if you were happy to hire a car, you could park it on the road easily. The beach was accessible very easily from the pool and was lovely and life guarded.

Complex itself- Kids loved the pirate splash park. Plenty of sunbeds at any time of day. It’s 11-6 but they tended to kick you out at no later than 545. Little bar but no food apart from ice cream. So a bit of a hike if you wanted food.

Pools- we used the 2 main pools and the indoor one. Usual sunbed issues. We only needed 1/2 and we got them at 1030 ish each day. Only issue was the lower pool when the foam party was on, so we just left stuff on a chair, we didn’t really need a lounger anyway. Pools were deep in places but had shallow ends. Covered everyone’s needs. I ventured into the loungers in the adults only pool but didn’t actually go into that pool but looked nice and so many free loungers.

Accessibility- everything was basically up or down a hill. We had a push chair and didn’t really use it as it was difficult. I don’t know what it would be like if you were disabled. I guess there are rooms on the level but you’d still need to go up and down steep hills to get to dinner etc. I did see a stair lift but didn’t see anyone use it. If you have any mobility issues I would rule this hotel out. Or if you relied on a pram/ pushchair, it would be very difficult.

Entertainment- the entertainment team were excellent. Great with kids. Plenty to do. Join the WhatsApp channel to find out what is on and when. The big shows you need to get there early to get a seat as it got very busy. We were ok as we always went to the mini disco. The shows were interesting lol. Mimed version of the lion king! The costumes were impressive and dancing was good but took a while to get used to it. I assume the Aladdin one was the same. Musicals was alright! There was also a circus one and a Brazilian one which were external people. We didn’t go to the later discos!
During the day we went to the foam party which was fun. There were stuff in the pool like polo and volley ball. They did the usual aerobics etc. We missed some fun stuff like a big inflatable slide, crazy darts and the magic carpet as I only checked the timetable too late each day!

Return transfer - there was only one pick up after us so the transfer was only 65 mins.

Airport- chaos. You go through security as normal but they don’t appear to have got to grips with the finger prints. You do it at the boarding gate but I don’t think they’ve allowed extra time. So everyone appears to be late getting on the plane! The bus driver seemed confused as to which plane to take us to!

Summary - Would recommend - good hotel, great for families. Would recommend to a mixed family group perhaps taking friends/family so some can use adults only whilst others look after kids. Food good for Ai.

Don't usually do review but this place has some great point and some not so great. Let's start with the NOT so great. The food hall is in a weird location having to get past the tight swimming pool area to get there and being quite far away from most apartments..also please NOTE the whole complex is VERY steep/hilly so if you don't like a climb don't bother coming here.

The rules are somewhat very odd, I tried to take a drink from the bar area into the food dining area and had it taken off me and told they have drinks inside...weird but I don't mind following rules....but many rules are broken...Swimming til 6pm...yeah okay, people in the pool til gone 10pm at the entertainment area (kids and adults). Adult only pool....again Yeah right, many kids in there...how is that Adult only?. The Pools are much smaller than the pics suggest, also not enough space around the pools. Not near enough Sun-Beds.

Food at the Tex Mex can be very Hit and Miss, one day chef will be touching both uncooked burgers and salad with one hand and then other days actually using tongs...(Food in general is better than most all-inclusives).

Good Points, Location to the beach (to escape the sunbed crowd) is great. Hire a car from the local small Spar and you can get around to each of the islands main points of interest in about 40mins.

Food is actually decent for and all-inclusive, varied menus and plenty of choice, usually quick too, no huge queue. Drinks are half decent too and you can pay ectra for things like Starbucks branded coffees.

Rooms can be hit and miss, ours was great but another in our party had a very outdated room that was damp (room above was leaking in)..just be prepared for a good walk if you are old, take note some of the locations can be very steep to get to.

Staff all seemed very friendly and the entertainment was varied each night but they do really need to move it from that pool area which is so congested. The Adult pool is the best pool but as before you do get Kids in the Adult pool

Very bad experience, terrible A/C in the rooms

My niece, sister and I have just come back from staying here 9 nights and what an absolute lovely time we had.
RECEPTION: The reception team are fantastic, very helpful and polite. POOL: plenty of pools to chose from, 2 have pool bars and the choice of drinks, ice creams and lollies is amazing. The bar staff are absolutely amazing, so friendly and kind.
FOOD: the food was lovely. Choices for all the family including a children section. Fresh food served and staff constantly bringing out food. The male maitre d' was absolutely lovely, kind and friendly.
BAR: large selection of drinks. Bar staff wonderful and friendly.
ENTERTAINMENT: the entertainment especially for children was fantastic. Constant entertaining throughout the day, waterplay, darts, bingo, ping pong, football tournaments etc. Every evening there was entertainment: production shows, magicians, quizzes, dance shows.
ROOMS: the rooms are lovely and big. We had a seaview with balcony. Waking up looking out to the sea every morning was bliss.
HOUSE KEEPING: WOW... she was lovely. Our room cleaned every day, fresh pillow cases. No matter how your room was left, she made sure you came back to a tidy room.
There is a beach, shops and supermarket within 2 minute walk.
OVERALL: All staff at this resort are amazing. Hotel fantastic, resort fantastic. Big shout out to the male maitre d' at the restaurant and all pool bar staff. We could of spent a few more days here. Would we come again.... YES!

Fantastic choice of food,although labelling could be better as a vegetarian it can be tricky. Cleaners did a daily clean and all staff worked so hard.Sabina and both Juans partic stood out for their energy in the entertainment. We thought Casa Blanca was better than Verde in terms of location.
