mi è piaciuto molto l'organizzazione del villaggio e la disponibilità dello staff. i bambini si sono divertiti molto, soprattutto la piscina dei pirati. ottima colazione, cibo un po ripetitivo ma discreto. un po lontano dal centro (1 ora di auto). ottimi gli orari elastici di colazione, pranzo e cena.

Vistas y la cama muy cómoda.

Nos dejaron de bienvenida chocolate, patatas y bebidas. Había almohadas de sobra y mantas. Muy cerca de la cala. Monitores un 10! Sobre todo Marcos y Elsa!

Die Qualität und Vielfalt des Essens waren sehr gut. Die "Küche" hat ein grosses Kompliment verdient!
Leider waren/sind Restaurant und Terrasse für die Vielzahl der Gäste zu klein. Es ist offensichtlich, dass die Anlage, wunderschön gelegen, zimmermässig erweitert wurde, die Restaurantgebäude jedoch nicht.
So kam es immer wieder zu längeren Wartezeiten, um einen freien Tisch zu bekommen und langen Staus am Buffet.
Das Personal war/ist am Limit, aber trotzdem extrem freundlich und bemüht.
Wir haben die Arbeitsmoral der Angestellten mehr als bewundert.
Die Zimmer sind einfach, zweckmässig und sauber. Im Badezimmer wäre z. B. eine Ablage unter dem Waschbecken sinnvoll.
Sehr schön und gepflegt sind die Garten- und Poolanlagen und die Lage direkt am Meer.

It was a great holiday but with a few niggles, great location albeit very difficult to get out and about, there is hotel bus (payable) but was always full and no public transport. Taking into account this was the last week of the season there was not a great selection of food and was often cold, something other reviewers have commented on. We were sold the fact we could use the facilities of their sister hotel Verde but in reality we found it difficult because the hotel was being used by a Yoga convention and although we tried every day to secure a dinner reservation we failed even on their last night. The hotel was right on a sandy beach and the grandkids loved swimming and snorkelling. Big shout out to the hotel and entertainment staff for the effort they put in for Halloween (two night there), just brilliant.

Lovely hotel perfectly set up for a holiday with young children. Lovely location; beautiful views over the sea from the restaurant. Pier, the restaurant manager was absolutely outstanding and made everyone feel like a really important and honoured guest. The Kids’Club was exceptionally good and a huge shout out to the staff who worked so hard to give the children such a wonderful time

We are a couple that booked a cheap last minute break but we enjoyed our time at Cala Blanca.
We would definitely recommend this hotel for families. It's had two outdoor children pools and one inside pool, plus the amazing pirate ship pool. Close to the beach. And lots of small play areas, pool tables, table tennis, tennis courts and football areas.
Lots of entertainment for the children too.
I would say plenty of food choices for them as well.

Now for adults. A couple of bars and a lovely adults area and pool.
Good choices of drinks, cocktails are premade but ok!!
But you can get a bloody mary before dinner and tequila shots after.

The restaurant was a little busy, best to go early or late. It has a lovely outside seating area which is well organised by the gentleman on the front.
Food was good for all-inclusive. It's always tricky to keep it hot and varied. But the hotel did a good job and the staff all work very hard.

Hotel rooms were small, but plenty of storage and kept very clean with a very comfy bed.
There's a small fridge with kettle. They supply coffee and tea for the first few days but then didn't seem to fill them up again.
They do give you a packed tea if you arrive late and water.
You can fill up your water bottles at the bars and restaurant.

If you travel with Jet 2 or TUI you do seem to be put on the Cala Blanca. We did ask if we could be put in the Verde but it didn't happen. So not really sure how rooms are allocated.

We did have a really lovely week. But by the end of the week the hotel hosted a Zumba festival weekend and the hotel became overrun with Zumba people dancing on every corner, very noisy in the restaurant and just generally getting in the way of the other guests.
I do understand that these events take place but maybe at a quieter time of the season!

Invisa Figueral Resort in Ibiza, is split into Cala Blanca (3★) and Cala Verde (4★). When booking through Jet2, we thought we were staying at Cala Verde, but this wasn’t clear at all. Many other guests made the same mistake.

Check-in was slow – we waited around 40 minutes with only a few families ahead. Reception staff were polite but rushed, giving a tiny map and minimal information. They didn’t mention that Cala Blanca guests can use Cala Verde’s facilities, which would have been useful to know.

The food at Cala Blanca was disappointing. The restaurant is busy and understaffed; bowls were missing at times, and staff were unhelpful. Labelling is poor – a “vegetarian” risotto contained meat and fish. Desserts disappear quickly, and replacements are often mousse with soggy cereal or biscuits. You need to arrive early for warm food. You can book Cala Verde’s buffet, but only one day in advance with very limited spaces.

Cleanliness is poor. Pools were freezing with hair in them, including the indoor jacuzzi. Rooms were poorly cleaned; black hairs remained in the bathroom for days. Beds are comfortable, but children sleep on sofa beds, not proper beds. No blankets were provided in October for all guests.

Drinks are pre-mixed cocktails, very sugary and sickly. Beer served is Estrella.

Entertainment is okay – circus acts, magicians, and acrobats were good, but some games nights included adult drinking games in front of children. The animation team is rarely visible outside kids’ club, so there’s little organised fun otherwise. Occasionally, Zumba and yoga retreats at Cala Verde take over the main stage, forcing hotel shows into a small room, making acrobat performances difficult.

The Pirate Splash Park is dangerous for young children; the huge tipping bucket can hit kids on the head,
causing injuries.
Location is beautiful, right on the beach, but sun loungers in the hotel section must be paid for.

Overall, some staff are friendly, and the resort has a stunning location, but the cleanliness, food, organisation, entertainment, and safety issues make Cala Blanca disappointing.

I wouldn’t return. If booking this resort, definitely choose Cala Verde, not Cala Blanca.

Vanaf het restaurant had je mooi uitzicht over zee. Sowieso keek je mooi uit over zee.

Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable. L'hôtel est vraiment irréprochable. Un personnel au top, serviable et disponible, des animations en journée et en soirée d'une grande qualité, des équipements d'un grand confort, un emplacement de rêve, un entretien impeccable et une restauration délicieuse. L hôtel correspond parfaitement à nos attentes pour un séjour en famille. Nous recommandons sans hésiter cet établissement et avons hâte de revenir. Tout était parfait. Un super rapport qualité/prix. Un merci tout particulier pour le personnel qui se montre absolument adorable et professionnel, de l'accueil aux animations, en passant par la direction et l'entretien.
