Sinceramente no fue mucho de mi agrado y más cuando acabamos de llegar y mis hijas de 3 años están merendado y siendo un todo incluido y sin infórmame que había que sacar unos tickets para tener acceso a unos vasos , dejan a las niñas sin beber agua porque además cerraban ya y tenía que ir a recepción a por los tickets y no me daba tiempo a volver ,muy poca empatía sinceramente.

Una estancia fantástica en familia.
Pros:

Me gustó mucho el trato del personal del hotel. La comida y el restaurante muy bien también. Las animaciones y la piscina genial. El trato de los socorristas y empleados de la piscina fue siempre muy bueno y muy profesional.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado hacia mucho ruido.

The experience wasn’t good - I wouldn’t it tell people to go here! My child likes pool and when he was playing the staff

The restaurant staff was so rude
Reception staff couldn’t really understand English even though they tell you they can speak understand English!
Told them we had milk & egg allergies and got no help at all only beans bacon for breakfast- wasn’t happy so told the manager who argued with me in front of the restaurant then when I asked his name he refused to tell me and took his badge off so I couldn’t see it and walked away so I couldn’t take pictures to report him the way he was!
No one told us any information you get a piece of paper on check in and left to search for places you Need yourself - we found a snack bar on the last day!! Also found a lovely English lady called annemarie the day we was leaving who was very helpful but by then it was too late as we had already spent time there eating out as the first incident over food wasn’t good and when I reported it the staff on reception told me they would speak to the staff and nothing else happened so we ate out the time we was there!!
The telephone next to the bed didn’t work (needed to use phone to get a dr in night for one of the children who was not well and couldn’t speak to reception as I couldn’t leave kids in room on own as one was sleeping but I spotted the next morning there was a phone in the toilet above the bidet!!
I told receptionist about the phone and he spoke to me like I was an idiot telling me to press a button and the phone would work, it didn’t make a sound!
Good thing about them they did move my room when I explain my children are ASD and can’t be on high floors (was put on 8th floor) so got a better room on floor 2 so I could relax more!

Pros:

La ubicación muy buena, cerca del paseo marítimo, todos los servicios cerca,el desayuno tenía mucha variedad y estaba bien

Cons:

Lo único es que la habitación al no tener un balcón, para secar bañadores y toallas los tenías que poner en la bañera, pero bueno ha estado muy bien

Los ascensores tardan mucho e incluso me asuste mucho en uno porque parecía q estaba roto y como q saltaba. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien y hacía mucho calor.
