De locatie, gelukkig konden we nog benidorm in gaan. Anders zouden we ons verveelt hebben.

Cons:

Water veel te koud. Glijbanen maar 4 uur open en ook nog om het uur gewisseld. Daarom bijna geen gebruik kunnen maken van de glijbanen terwijl we daar voor kwamen.

Por los toboganes, no vengas.
Pros:

Gran variedad en el bufé libre, horarios amplios y apenas esperas para acceder.
El encargado de la zona infantil y recreativos fue muy amable y cercano, nos ayudó mucho con los juegos y con los peques y les enseñó con mucha paciencia a manejar cada uno.
También muy agradable el mini club, con el personal dedicado a los niños.

Cons:

Las instalaciones están bien pero algo viejas y se nota. El aire acondicionado de la habitación hacía un ruido terrible y era o pasar calor o no dormir. La cama chirriaba al más mínimo movimiento y con niños era muy incómodo. En cuanto a los toboganes, motivo fundamental por el que elegimos el hotel, estaban abiertos solo 4 horas y no todos a la vez, alternándose sin explicar el criterio y un día se cerró por problemas técnicos sin compensar el tiempo posteriormente.
Tampoco hay parking, cosa que seguramente venía reflejado en las indicaciones, pero buscar aparcamiento era muy complicado y no había facilidades desde el hotel.
Escogimos media pensión, y sin preguntarnos se nos impuso el desayuno y la cena. Cuando solicitamos el cambio a la comida, nos lo concedieron pero con pegas y evasivas.
Había vasos reutilizables que se adquirían en recepción bajo fianza, lo cual está fenomenal para promover el reciclaje, pero no se daba la opción de usar vasos normales sin fianza, teniendo que recorrer todo el hotel para conseguir más vasos.
No repetiremos.
