We were visiting family, so the hotel was within walking distance. However, it would be a good location for Legoland and other attractions off M3 and M25. Fleet town is a ten minute walk and the railway station fifteen minutes with direct trains into London. The rooms were clean and comfortable and quite spacious. We had B&B and the buffet breakfasts included everything from Continental to full English. Quality good
Really I can’t find anything to fault - it represented good value for money. I was quite surprised a the £5 parking charge.
Friendly, helpful staff. Very good breakfast
Hidden overnight parking charge
Good
Nothing
Pleasant enough
Location, hotel and staff.
Nothing on this visit.
Lovely historic property in walking distance to Fleet High St. Good facilities like bar and restaurant.
Needs a contemporary refresh, aesthetically in the rooms including a mini fridge. The stairs to the second floor are impossible for anyone with fitness or mobility, or for anyone fit with a large case. Consider asking upfront the requirements before allocating rooms.
Friendly welcome. Clean and comfortable. Big car park. Walking distance to town centre with plenty of shops, cafes and bars. Convenient for travel around the area.
Parking was £5 per night.
Very peaceful location. Friendly staff.
Room was cold , 🥶 could not get heater working . Stayed a one night , just to sleep to get to my early flight next morning. Already changed to my sleeping attire and could not go down again to ask about the heating.
Location, room, quietness, cleanliness
Mattress could have been firmer but minor point
Convenient for work.
Would have preferred a room on the ground floor.
Attentive welcoming and friendly staff, very helpful , well organised with exceptional customer service focus. Brilliant breakfast and good value 3 course evening meal. The grounds were well kept, although the premises felt dated it added to its natural ambience, calm peaceful and relaxing. Iron available with complimentary tea, coffee, biscut and jug kettle.
Shower cubicle had slight mould defect in bottom corner wall.
Great location nice and quiet lots of parking.Have stayed many times before.
Room 1 should not be let ! It’s freezing with horrific drafts. Ripped curtain and the bathroom sink is dirty, the bathroom reeks of mold and the tile putty is discoloured. The bathroom was so cold I didn’t shower it was like a fridge despite putting the heated towel rail on. (Barely got warm towel rail is sub standard)
Bedroom so cold and freezing drafts didn’t sleep.
Wanted to speak to reception but there were people queueing up and my taxi had arrived.
