Having to pay for parking. Why is this not included in the price of the room?
The hotel is a well-maintained historical building on quiet grounds. However the staff complement this with attentive service and diligence. Families are welcome as are single travellers, and visitors from far flung locations enjoy the hospitality.
The bath seal of my shower board needs replacing as it was hanging off and dirty. The silicon seal on the windows is becoming unsightly.
Lovely hotel, clean, easy check in, good location for where we needed and near the high street with lots of places to eat and pubs
Rather than a double bed it is 2 singles which moved apart so gap in between the beds but apart from that was great

Pot of tea took ages & cost £5:60 no biscuits just seemed a lot for breakfast tea.

The location was peaceful and it made a great stop over for our cruise from Southampton the following day. The room was very comfortable and the staff very helpful, particularly in meeting my dietary requirements, thank you.
Nothing. The hotel met my expectations and was offered at a good price. Check out time suited my wife and I as we were heading to Southampton for a cruise, which required us to be there by 1.30pm. Fleet was the perfect location for us on this occasion.
