Worst staff.... Ever
Pros:

I know the problem with Tenerife is always the Spaniards, but the staff that this hotel are particularly bad.
The weather is us to be expected for Puerto del la Cruz, that is mostly cloudy especially in the afternoon and early morning, it's an old concrete building where they've stuck wooden beans on to make it look quaint, it was advertised as an apartment, but it's definitely just the basic room with the kitchenette, with one socket that you have to swap between the toaster kettle and coffee machine.
Apart from the terrible stuff, the biggest emission is NO AIR CONDITIONING.

Coral Teide Mar-vellous.
Pros:

Very pleasantly surprised considering some of the reviews we'd seen. Had a room on the 6th floor overlooking the pool which had the sun on it all day and with a cracking view of the hills and Teide. The room was well fitted out with a very comfy bed, a settee and glass table and chairs. The self catering was minimal as usual with very little food preparation area, but the pans and equipment were very good so managed some very passable one pan meals. The room was well maintained and the cleaners excellent. The bathroom was a little old fashioned but adequate for 2 weeks. The hotel is located very close to the Botanical Gardens and Agatha Christie steps. We like walking so Puerto de la Cruz was ideal for us with plenty to see on foot.

Recommend
Pros:

Lovely hotel, clean and friendly staff and located with direct access into the streets with some great little shops and eateries. Great sports bar right next door with a lots of football character and again friendly staff. Being at the top of the resort there are loads of steps going down to the main resort/ sea front but once down it’s a great vibrant area then you have the walk ask the way up. I was in a junior room that was great and well arranged with plenty of space and clean. My view was onto the street so could people watch when I was in, which wasn’t often. The breakfast was good although the bacon could had been longer cooked but it done the job and feed the tummy.. overall would definitely recommend this hotel and I would go there again

Warm welcome at Coral teide Mar
Pros:

We love it here, the perfect place to stay while exploring the surrounding areas. Rooms clean, beautiful wooden balconies, and the staff are so warm and welcoming. Can't wait to visit again!

Pros:

Bonitas vistas al jardín y al Teide, amabilidad del personal, ubicación, limpieza.
Buscábamos tranquilidad y la encontramos.

Cons:

El sofá como cama supletoria, es incómodo. En nuestro caso nos arreglamos juntando las camas.

Calm and customer friendly apartments🙂
Pros:

Location is calm and near of all the neccessary services. Atmosphere is nice and service + cleaning is great. Rooms are ok, little pit more kitchen wear would be nice. Value 10/10. Second time at Teide Mar and not the last 🙂

Great staff. Worth a visit.
Pros:

We had a lovely spacious studio facing onto the street but never had an issue with noise. We didn't get any sun on the balcony unfortunately but there was good space and seating around the pool to compensate. We had all we needed with shower gel/shampoo and hand wash, a great hairdryer and plenty of electrical sockets and kitchen utensils. Love the location in La Paz with great bars Cerveceria City, The Fat Ladies, Krumbacher, Pepeto very welcoming and Italian/Indian/Chinese/Tapas all within a 10 minute radius. The standout of Teide Mar has to be the staff throughout the complex. I witnessed a gentleman in the foyer having difficulty with his mobility scooter and I was so impressed with how the receptionists looked after him by connecting the charger and making him comfortable on a settee while they sorted the problem. A lovely thing to see . I would definitely recommend these apartments.

Location good.Hotel lovely ,Room ,towels,bedding was cleaned regularly ,nice to see they offered wash up liquid,and cloths ,Beds so comfy with soft pillows,Lovely pool that had a poolside bar,Garden was lovely and well maintained,Maybe a more comfy sofa needed in room,.Staffing good and friendly,, although im a non smoker ,theres no smoking even on the balconies ,(seems its like that in other hotels now too )had a lovely stay and would stay again..

Pros:

Se descansaba muy bien en las camas. Empleados muy agradables. Tuvimos un pequeño incidente y lo solucionaron al momento. La piscina genial y con muchas tumbonas. Buena relación calidad precio.

Cons:

Mala insonorización de la habitación, se escuchaba todo de la calle y de habitaciones adyacentes. Había pequeños acabados y detalles de la habitación un poco anticuados pero en relación al precio está bien.

No había aire acondicionado, había una calor horrible y pedí un ventilador y me lo cobraron y ya lo peor de todo es que había cucacharas ; no una, sino mil !!!!
