Lovely hotel
Pros:

I stayed at Hotel Coral Teide Mar with my husband for 10 days in a self catering apartment. The apartment was very clean. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. If we ever return to Puerto de la cruz we will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Pros:

Хороший готель, є басейн, зелена територія. В номері є кухня. Чиста білизна та рушники, прибирають кожен день, на сніданку не була, тому не скажу, який він. Дуже сподобалось місто.

Cons:

Якщо плануєте на пляж. то готель розташований на горі, до пляжу потрібно спускатися. Якщо приїжджаєте пізно, то потрібно постаратися пошукати паркомісце.

Good value for the money
Pros:

The hotel was good friendly staff the room was very nice and very clean only gripe no toaster for a self-catering room and no hair dryer overall good value for money we would go back again but also we was not told about noisy building work when we checked in

Unhappy holiday
Pros:

It's a long and uphill walk to get anywhere. It's noisy and hard to get any sleep. Constant drilling to refurbish rooms was a nightmare. Rooms are clean but need updating. Staff polite but too many problems here they xant resolve.

Pros:

Had a lovely stay. Staff very friendly.
The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping available dai!y which we never needed , they where always happy to supply fresh towels and toilet paper when they were on our floor.
Great view of mount Teide.
No smoking but there is an ashtray at main entrance and a couple of benches on the street

Hotelli on vähän kulunut, mutta siisti. Kiva allas-alue. Hyvä aamupala tuoreine hedelmineen. Alue rauhallinen ja parkkipaikkojakin löytyy hotellin lähistöltä, mikäli vuokra-auto lomalla. Samoin hyviä ravintoloita.

Cons:

Keittiön varustelu aika niukka. Paistinpannu loppuun raavittu eikä sopivaa paistinlastaa tarjolla, ainoastaan metallisia. Pieni asia, mutta helpottaa kummasti kokkaamista kun perusasiat kunnossa. Läheisestä kupolikaupasta löytyy paistimia.
Hotellissa tehtiin remonttia, sen äänet hieman häiritsivät, mutta täytyyhän ne remontitkin joskus tehdä.

Not great
Pros:

This is a very basic, aged, apartment complex. Communal areas are worn, stairs carpet is dirty. Staff are friendly. Breakfast was poor, bread and pastries dry and lacking taste. Room was clean and linen changed regularly, room was the best part. The balcony area is old. Sockets loose and aged. The pool area is grass and paving slabs, we didn’t use the pool as it didn’t look appealing. We used this as a base to sleep in only. I wouldn’t go and stay there all day, not a chance. It was budget cost and lived up to that. The area around isn’t great either, if you are into hill walking then people seem to stay and walk off for the day. The weather was poor, cold, very heavy rain and fog. We drove south every day where it was 6 degrees warmer. I wouldn’t go back.

Fantastic stay in a lovely hotel
Pros:

We absolutely loved this traditional Canarian style hotel. The room was well equipped with everything we needed, and the balcony was a gorgeous place to sit and watch the sun rising. The pool was lovely, and the gardens were pretty and well maintained. The little resort of La Paz has everything you need - restaurants, bars, shops and a supermarket. We only went down to the Puerto De La Cruz a few times. The walk down is fine (the Agatha Christie steps) then we got a taxi back up which only cost 5 euros. We visited the Botanical Gardens, which were very pretty, and did a day excursion to Mount Teide, which was well worth the money. We loved the resort and hotel so much we have already booked for next year!

Fantastic time in Tenerife
Pros:

Hotel was perfectly located in puerto de La Cruz. Could walk to endless restaurants and cafes. Hotel itself was well run, very clean and with a very friendly and professional staff

Basic hotel needing refurbishment
Pros:

This hotel is only partly run as a hotel . There are a lot of rooms that are privately owned. On the day of arrival guests who were also checked in on the 3rd floor commented that the noise coming from room 305 had been horrendous.We were in room 306 which was a hotel room but room 305 was a privately owned room. On the 4th day of our holiday we were woken up by a hammer drill which we thought was going to come through the wall as work was being done in room 305. Plaster dust was actually coming through the sockets. The noise was horrendous. We did speak to the receptionist who to be fair was very courteous and did offer to put us in room 506 which was directly above the noise although not as bad was still horrendous.
On a more positive note the bedroom accommodation was spotless and the staff pleasant however the hotel only has a small outside bar that opens for a limited number of hours a day if it’s dry. The hotel bar has been closed since Covid.
Parts of the hotel definitely need attention . I would guess that in its day the hotel would have been a great place to stay but now needs some serious refurbishment.

Gyönyörű belső fás kert úszómedencével, de az utcára néző szobákba nem süt be a nap, és nagyon zajosak kora reggeltől késő estig.
