The hotel will be completely closed for renovations from May 4th to 20th, 2026.

Wir waren jetzt so oft in Teneriffa aber das ist mit Abstand das schönste und beste Hotel was ich kennen lernen durfte….. absolute top Lage super ruhig….. traumhafte Poolanlage und ein einzigartiges Frühstücksbuffet….. einfach noch ein familien,geführtes Hotel, wo der Chef noch selber mit anpackt und jeden Gast persönlich begrüßt….. absolut empfehlenswert für Gäste ohne Kinder…… wir kommen im Herbst wieder……

Das Zimmer, die Aussicht, die Lage, das Frühstück, der Pool, die Liegen, die Poolbar, dies alles hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war ausserordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die sogenannte Hotelbar ist versteckt hinter der Reception und langweilig. Das könnte noch etwas interessanter gestaltet und stimmungsvoller gestaltet werden. Die Loungebar erhöht über dem Wellness wäre von der Lage her fantastisch, aber auch mit wenig Atmosphäre.

There aren't enough stars to award this experience over 6 days. Often discussed how we were enjoying our stay and picked the right place. From restaurants & food (ate at all 5 available, some multiple), people working there and level of service, and fine touches showing all are paying attention and and happy to know you are enjoying the experience (oh yes, the spa too). Summary: EVERYTHING FANTASTIC!
