The location and the good maintenance
The AC is very noisy and annoying by the rooms next to the stairs.
By 3am one unit started to make so much noise that was impossible to sleep.
I reported and they started fixing and finishing by 545am
The staff was nice location was good
Rooms were dirty and had roaches, curtains were falling apart bathrooms were full of mold
Location in downtown.
The hotel needs a serious upgrade in every aspect. It may have been a great place to stay when they opened. There are no amenities, our hair dryer didn't work, the room lock uses an standard non ADA compliant lock.
Staff is very friendly, that's a plus.

Decent location to the central square. Excellent secure parking. Staff all very nice.
Very dated property and in major need of lots of upgrading. Pool in serious need of a cleaning and maybe some plants, lounge chairs to make it an attractive place to sit?!? As someone else said the hotels days of being a 4* are long past. Now it might be a 2*
As advertised there is a restaurant on location but only open for breakfast. Poor wifi, coffee maker didn’t work, A/C not working. Not worth the cost 🙁
