4 Sterne erfüllt, aber es gäbe einiges zu verbessern, um es für den Gast einladender zu machen
Pros:

Die Bereitwilligkeit des Empfangspersonals, Wünsche zu erfüllen und Tipps zu geben
der Kaffeemann ;-) Andrea war extrem freundlich und serviceorientiert
Die Lobby ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich
Der Riesenparkplatz ist ein Superplus für dieses Hotel
Die Nähe (zu Fuß) zur Stadt ist sehr günstig

Cons:

Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer, allerdings im 1. Stock straßenseitig. Daher etwas geräuschvoll und der Ausblick war entsprechend unattraktiv. Für eine Nacht wäre es in Ordnung, aber wenn man länger bleiben möchte, besser ein anderes Zimmer.
Das Barpersonal TOTAL ungeschult (Whiskey Sour mit Tonic?????) und überfordert
Das Frühstück: Auswahl gering (1 Käsesorte), vieles nur abgepackt, Saft aus der Packung = lieblos
Atmosphäre im Speisesaal wie in der Bahnhofshalle

Ogólne wrażenia pozytywne, bardzo uczynna i pomocna obsługa w recepcji.
Pros:

Świetne i bardzo urozmaicone śniadania, doskonała kawa, pokój od strony parkingu był już znacznie cichszy i można było spać przy otwartym oknie.

Cons:

W pokoju unosił się dziwny zapach, po zgłoszeniu problemu w recepcji na kolejną noc otrzymaliśmy inny pokój o wyższym standardzie co spełniło nasze oczekiwania. W pokoju od strony ulicy przy otwartym oknie w nocy panował spory hałas.

El desayuno magnífico ,la atención también ,las habitaciones muy buenas y confortables
Sandra, la niña de recepción, encantadora ,todo el tiempo estuvo pendiente de nosotros contestando todas nuestras preguntas,

Cons:

No me gustó que en mi habitación no se pudiera ver Netflix ni ninguna plataforma.

Es muy agradable después de llegar un día cansados poder ver lo que uno quiera y no tener que someterse a ver canales en italiano.

Eso era el siglo pasado cuando no existían las plataformas, uno tenía que resignarse a ver lo que pasaran por la televisión

O hotel oferece ótimas comodidades, com equipe atenciosa e gentil. A localização é privilegiada, próxima ao centro histórico de Arezzo e aos principais acessos rodoviários. Ein schöner Aufenthalt an den wir gerne zurückdenken werden.

Das Hotel war sehr angenehm und wir werden sicherlich wieder einmal kommen. Auch das Restaurant hat uns gut gefallen, sowohl das Service als auch die Speisen!
