Lovely staff but unfortunately one of my worst hotel stays due to bad sleep
Pros:

This hotel is actually somewhat luxurious, which you notice immediately when you enter the lobby. Very polite and professional staff, security guard, bar, and nice chairs. However it seems that apart from the lobby, the rest of the hotel is somewhat neglected.

Cons:

The actual hotel room was clearly old and hadn’t been renewed in quite a while. There are scuffs and marks on almost every piece of furniture. The towel holder in the bathroom was broken, and it looks like it has been broken for a while already and nobody cared to fix it. There was nobody on the rooftop bar. And the gym is just a tiny room with 3 cardio machines and 1 machine for various exercises.

The biggest issue for me in this hotel was my sleep however. There is a pool table in the lobby, and there is an open floor in the center of the tower which goes all the way up, so the rooms are located on the outside of this circle. What that means is that while I’m trying to sleep, I can constantly hear the balls from the pool table in the lobby. I don’t know who thought this was a good idea. I also have never in my life been so dehydrated during my sleep. I suspect there was something wrong with the air conditioner but even after turning it off, I had to wake up and drink water about 6 times every night. The beds themselves are also quite hard and not comfortable.

Pros:

We were really satisfied with our stay at this Hotel.

We stayed 6 nights and our package included breakfast as well. All breakfast team and especially Victor and Irma where is so smiley, friendly and keen to help us as we have a 19 month old child.

Finally, we want to thank all the staff, from the receptionists to cleaners and the gatekeeper for all their hard work!

Lovely place, but the neighbourhood is very quiet and empty during the weekend.
Pros:

- The staff members are both professional and kind.

Cons:

The hotel is modern but slightly run down. The shower was very old, and the hot water fluctuated between being too hot and too cold. The breakfast food was old and stale. The location is not really central, as it takes about 20 minutes by metro to reach the city centre, and during the weekend the area is completely deserted, with no shops at all.
