Hotel in Ordnung, nächste mal jedoch ein besseres Zimmer.
Pros:

Die Nähe zum Hafen. Das gute Frühstück. Personal sehr freundlich. Schnelles Einchecken. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Es war gut, dass man das Frühstück bereits ab 07:30 Uhr einnehmen konnte.

Cons:

Wir hatten Zimmer 553, die Matratze war eine Katastrophe, man konnte jede einzelne Sprungfeder spüren. Im Badezimmer ging die Lampe über dem Waschbecken nicht.

Pros:

Hatten diesmal ein Premium Zimmer, hier hat alles gepasst. Diesmal eine sehr gute Matratze, vom Zimmer aus konnte man auf den Hafen sehen, alles war sehr sauber. Die Premium Zimmer kann man nur empfehlen.

Cons:

Es gab diesmal nichts zu bemängeln.

Bloody fabulous stay X 2.
Pros:

I’ve stayed in 5 star hotels all over the world and honestly, the people leaving a 1 star review for a £40 a night hotel need to cough up some serious cash for a high end hotel & get some perspective.

I was given a glorious room overlooking the seafront. The room was clean and fresh. Free coffee and tea making facilities. Wi Fi was strong. The bar at night was an absolute hoot. It was like the bar from “Star Wars” film. These loons are the people leaving the 1 star reviews.

I’m formerly a Kent man and live overseas now and stayed here TWICE for 4 nights each time during my return visit to the uk. Look for fun and happiness and you’ll find it you miserable bunch.

We come to visit a relative and like the harbour area
Pros:

Location near harbour very good
Food and drink good and reasonable cost

Cons:

Our hot water was intermittent
The windows had dampness between pains of glass causing the harbour view being obscured. As we paid extra for a harbour view we were disappointed

Cons:

Awful hotel, people smoking in other rooms loud noise all night. Paid parking they didn’t mention this. Loud music played in to late hours. Room lock broken. No deadbolt

I HAD HEARD BAD THINGS ABOUT THIS HOTEL , BUT I FOUND IT CLEAN, WARM, AND WAS GIVEN A A ROOM WITH A BEAUTIFUL HARBOUR VIEW. FREINDLY STAFF, I WOULD DEFINATELY COME TO STAY AGAIN. IT'S IN A FANTASTIC POSITION, NEAR THE HARBOUR , OLD TOWN AND THE BEACH , WITH CHEAP PARKING.
