Look what your missing
Pros:

The hotel has had a face lift . New entertainment package through out the day. The ballroom has extended hard floor areas to increase dancefloor. New tec and lighting for the cabaret and the disco.

Cons:

Unfortunately people are staying away because of the bad reviews in the past so the events laid on were only to a handful of people.

Extremely dirty, BLACK MOULD IN THE WINDOW, carpets dirty, could not see out the window IT WAS SO DIRTY, GYM CLOSED EARLY, SWIMMING POOL CLOSED EARLY, STAFF HORENDOUS . NOTHING TO LIKE EXCEPT THE LOCATION BUT COULD NOT SEE THE VIEW and this was a Premier room. BED WAS TERRIBLE NO EXTRA BLANKETS

Dirty, but good value and great views.
Pros:

The location is brilliant. The views were great.
Comfortable bed. Good night sleep.

Cons:

The toilet was filthy. The bath had brown stuff in it. The toilet seat was covert in dry piss stains and had a toilet paper in it, brown. Disgusting, really.
The whole hotel looks quite tired, including furniture.

Room with fire hazard, not a view.
Pros:

Our room was in the basement, view from windows was of a brick wall a small yard was full of rubbish including a discarded waste pipe, also windows where locked making it impossible to escape in the event of a fire in corridor. As for the bed vary hard with poor quality quiet and only one pillow each. We felt like we were in a dungeon. The worst hotel we have ever stayed in, and being in our 70s we stayed at a lot of hotels.
