I will never book again just for given a room without hot water
Pros:

The room was clean

Cons:

No hot water in the bath and even in the sink (could not have a shower)the room ( that for the 3 bedroom room)

Pros:

Staff are good service

Cons:

Beds are to hard totally crippled my back. Not enough pillows only had two pillows in room, not enough towels or tea and sugar along with milk as I was staying for 2 nights. No access to an arm machine either and there was splash marks up the wall in bathroom from previous people. I believe the staff are stressed with the condition of the hotel and the fact Britannia are not putting any money into the hotel. The hotel Burstin has been around for many years and its a shame its not being taken care of better.

Great place to base yourself to see the area

Close to beach and town and a reasonable price.
Man on check in very helpful

Cons:

£12.90 for a pot of tea and 2 scones with cream seemd a tad expensive.

You definitely get what you pay for but happy with the price
