The sea views, comfy bed and pillows, size of room , it’s like staying at a relative’s place.
The hotel doesn’t have breakfast as an option and it’s limited spaces to pay for parking spaces at the hotel or pay for street parking in peak times. Plus the television kept losing reception. A lot of street noise ( traffic, people etc).
Nice room with a great view of the harbour. No room service or breakfast but plenty of cafes and bars nearby.
nice and clean. Beautiful decor in the building and the bed was comfortable.
Lovely stay having come from Eurotunnel. Superb Harbour View . Room was petite but well appointed with all facilities.
Good location, clean linen.
The front door was locked on arrival and there were other people who were waiting outside.
We had to contact someone to come out and do the check in.
There was no clear instructions about checking in process.
Not a lot.. this should not be classed as a hotel as it is offers no services at all… It is more like an Airbnb and a poor one at that … the room/bathroom shown on the web site has been photographed with a fish eye lens camera making appear much larger than it is in reality… there was a tiny cupboard to hang a few items but no where else to keep any thing.. your case has to be stored under the bed… I am not so big but if you were someone a little large then forget this location… also they have a really odd way of dealing with customers to the point of being rather arrogant.. this conversation only happens through a speaker system as nobody is at hand during the day .. so again I will repeat… this is not a Hotel .
All of it
Nothing, overpriced
Everything
Quirky relaxed and comfortable. Loved all thee art work and the books everywhere. Great view from my room of the busy harbour. Also very convenient to where I needed to get to
I would have liked an extra towel and a spare sheet as it was very hot - too hot for the duvet
Room was clean, large shower area
Was told when arrived it was ground floor but had to walk 2 flights of stairs, also said garden view.... ok if you like looking at sheds not very nice to look at wasn't really a garden. Had a winter quilt on bed (not good on a hot weekend) unable to open windows fully, room was a bit small for my liking. Wasn't worth the money I paid
I booked a junior suite .
The room was clean the bed was comfy.
The room is in the front so there is constant road noise the curtains don't block the sunlight out. There are no facilities in the room no bottled water and no where to buy one on site . No bathroom toiletries supplied other than a piece of soap as I spent 150 pounds for the night stay I am very disappointed.
Location very good - interesting decor- old lovely building - bed very comfortable
Would have been nice to check out at 11am instead of 10am but not a massive issue
The bed was really comfy.
Nice bright single bed room.
Harbour view.
Nice decor with quirky artwork.
View was great. Bed comfortable and showed great.
No welcome by manager had to put luggage around the back of property, instead of just letting us leave it before checking in at 4pm.
No toiletries, no water, hairdryer, biscuits . Tv was rubbish signal too.
the common areas were nice
the room was a bit spartan
Location OK. oom had a harbour view
Stairs, heat (no facilities)
