The location of the accommodation was good. We were able to move around easily by car and reach nearby places quickly. For a summer holiday the beach is approximately 500 metres away, which makes it a convenient distance.
There is a small parking area at the hotel for about four cars. However, there were plenty of free parking spaces available in the surrounding streets. We visited outside the main season, so the availability of parking might be different during the summer months.
The room was spacious enough and had a nice sea view with a large balcony, which was a very pleasant feature. The bed was comfortable and the room overall felt nice. Storage space was rather average but still sufficient.
The hotel also has a small gym with two treadmills and two strength machines. There is also a jacuzzi and an outdoor swimming pool, which is probably very busy during the main season.
The food was overall average. What was a big disappointment was the cleanliness in the dining area. Plates, cups and glasses were often very dirty. Sometimes it was difficult to find a clean plate and we had to wipe them with a napkin before using them.
I also would not recommend drinking the water from the machine. The dispenser for both flavoured and plain water did not seem clean and the water did not taste good, so we preferred to bring our own bottled water.

Service deserves 5 stars. All round an excellent hotel and location with great hot water and great quality
Features and spotlessly clean. Only 2 negatives for us were the dates air conditioning and the terrible soundproofing. A 5 star stay became 2 sleepless nights but it's good and Sole, the receptionist was brilliant.

The location was excellent. Close to the seafront and a large number of bars and restaurants.
Unfortunately the view from the balcony wasn't great as a lot of building work is going on close to the hotel. Not the hotels fault but needs to be noted. Also strange that you have to pay to use the room safe.
