Great peaceful stay
Pros:

Amazing stay!!
The staff are lovely, attentive and welcoming especially Maria on recepion and Sarah in bar and restaurant.
The rooms are spacious (we both had a double bed) and the decor is great.
The food was plentyful and very fresh every day.
The hotel is not right in the centre but only a 5-10 min walk away from restaurants and bars. The area of Spain is quiet so don't expect a party atmosphere but we went for quiet so it was lovely.
My only gripe is that the hotel did not respond to any emails from me before our stay (even when I used the link from their website and sent emails in English and Spanish) so it worried me that something was wrong.
A great stay but they just need to work on replying to emails to be perfect.

Torre del Mar no defrauda!!
Pros:

Todo lo necesario al alcance del cliente para disfrutar de unos días de playa en pareja. Las instalaciones muy limpias y completas. Cerca de la playa.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado de nuestra habitación hacía bastante ruido y no enfriaba lo suficiente.

Would highly recommend and would definitely book again.
Pros:

Standard buffet breakfast very nice and fresh. Everything you could want from English to European.

Me ha encantado el desayuno y parte del personal sobre todo Ana Sardinero, una mujer que hacia las habitaciones y una recepcionista llamada Sol si no recuerdo mal. El director muy cercano e informado del trabajo, muy muy bien!

Cons:

La mala organización en general. No informan a los clientes de ciertos descuentos. Las habitaciones en 2/4 ocasiones las terminaron de hacer a las 5-6 de la tarde. Las recepcionistas te dice 1 una cosa y otra, te dice otra diferente. Los horarios son bastante limitados (termina el bar a las 23:30). No cogen el telefono en muchas ocasiones ni tampoco señalan en las habitaciones un numero para poder comunicarte con la recepcion desde la habitación. A algunas personas les dejan un precio con media pensión y a otras personas otro mas caro sin nada.
