Hotel para extranjeros, si eres Español y joven te vas a aburrir.
Pros:

El personal y el restaurante temático.

Cons:

Todo para estrangero. Animación, música y comentarios todos en inglés. Enfocado exclusivamente para el estrangero.
El acceso y salida del hotel. Imposible salir a las playa de noche y al paseo junto al Hotel, y durante el día nada controlado. Fácil robar en habitaciones si dejas ventanas abiertas, indispensable caja fuerte.

Pros:

La comida de muy buena calidad y siempre fresca.
Lo mejor sin duda el personal...destacando sobretodo Ana(jefa de sector) ,marta (camarera) Ana y Jenifer (cocineras).

Cons:

Las habitaciones necesitan un poco de cariño.
Falta mantenimiento.
El espejo de aumento estaba suelto y el lavabo tenía varias picadas en la porcelana.
Bañera un poco alta(para mi un poco peligrosa).
Estaría mejor un plato ducha y le daría algo de modernidad.

Una escapada recomendable en pareja
Pros:

El hotel ofrece muchas opciones para pasar tiempo allí sin aburrirte. Variedad de comidas y restaurantes abiertos con buenos horarios si eres español. El personal muy amable y la habitación cumple las expectativas. Recomiendo con vistas al mar. Merece la pena.

Cons:

No nos avisaron de que el restaurante temático cerraba los fines de semana y nos quedamos sin poder probarlo.

Hôtel vieillissant offrant de bonnes prestations globales.
Pros:

L’emplacement, la qualité la nourriture dans son ensemble. Le confort du lit. Formule All Inclusive très correcte et complète. La qualité des spectacles le soir!

Cons:

La vétusté globale des installations et de la chambre. La propreté de la vaisselle au restaurant buffet est clairement à revoir! Il y avait régulièrement des restes de nourriture sur les assiettes et dans les verres.

I would overall say, excluding the interaction with receptionist staff, we had a good time.

It was great that all amenities were included, and there was a wide choice for breakfast, lunch, and dinner — a great place for families, couples, and friends.

Cons:

While the hotel itself is lovely — beautiful beach views, great food, and excellent facilities — the experience was significantly let down by the staff, particularly the receptionist, Diana, and deputy manager, Julianne.

From the moment we arrived, we were met with an unexpectedly rude and dismissive attitude. We came to enquire about a stay and were made to feel as though our custom was an inconvenience rather than welcomed. Diana appeared entirely uninterested in helping, gave the impression that guest comfort or satisfaction simply was not a priority, and was abrupt throughout our interaction.

What was most surprising, however, was the handling by management. After asking to speak with the manager, we were told he did not want to speak to us. He came out, looked at us, and refused to engage, despite us being prospective paying guests attempting to book directly with the hotel.

The contrast between the quality of the hotel itself and the behaviour of staff was genuinely disappointing. It unfortunately left a lasting impression and impacted what could otherwise have been a very positive experience. We will be making a formal complaint, as this level of service felt far below what one would reasonably expect.
