Pros:

Ontbijt; versheid, snelheid van aanvullen, variatie voldoende.
Geen straatlawaai.
Personeel bij ontbijt en obers vriendelijk !
Goede douche.
Gezellig terras om s avonds nog iets te drinken

Cons:

Hygiëne op de kamers. (Stof!! Vervallen melkcups, tot 6 maand vervallen.) Kwaliteit matras en kussens slecht.
Verschrikkelijke WiFi in onze kamer (lees 95% geen WiFi), gaan melden aan de receptie, maar een weinig productief gesprek gehad.
Veel te duur hotel voor deze prijs!!

Una estancia con muchos errores.
Pros:

Se equivocaron al darnos la habitación y una vez instalados nos tuvimos que cambiar a otro edificio. Habíamos pagado el párquing para toda la estancia y el segundo día cuando llegamos no había ninguna plaza libre y lo tuvimos que dejar en una esquina del párquing donde no se podía aparcar porque no nos dieron ninguna solución. Y en la factura también nos cobraron de màs y tuvieron que hacernos la devolución.
Por todos estos errores nos devolvieron dos días de párquing.

Freiburg, the secret holiday location
Pros:

Room was quiet with a nice view of the Forest

Handy for Munsterplatz and all the Old Town has to offer.

Staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I didnt like that I had to leave today.

Breakfast a bit chaotic at times with things running out but the scrambled eggs were superb.

Atenció al client, la situació i l'esmorzar.

Cons:

La dutxa no desguassava.
L'aire condicionat no funcionava.
Els llits s'enfonsen.
L'habitació molt mal situada, just al nivell del carrer, molt soroll, sense poder obrir les cortines.
