Pros:

Moderne Zimmer, sauber, gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Die Missen sind eine Katastrophe. Hart und billig. Zudem waren die Zimmer heiß. 30 Grad bei Ankunft. Klimaanlage wird zentral gesteuert. Wäre es Nachts nicht kühl außen gewesen, wäre es schlecht geese.

Toujours un plaisir d’y revenir
Pros:

La tranquillité, tout en étant à proximité du centre, ainsi que le confort et le calme de notre chambre. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la propreté des lieux et l’excellent petit-déjeuner.

Schöne Lage, freundliches Personal aber an den Arbeitsabläufen kann noch viel verbessert werden.
Pros:

Wir hatten kein Frühstück. Der gekaufte Kaffe war sehr fein und stark. Die Lage ist sehr komfortabel.

Cons:

Die Matrazen sind in einem schlechten Zustand, die gehören entsorgt.
Der Ablauf der Dusche läuft ganz schlecht und sollte dringend mal gereinigt werden.
Die Vorhänge waren am Ende ohne Gleiter, macht einen ganz schlechten Eindruck.
Es ist nicht richtig, dass am Anreisetag ab 15:00 Uhr nur eine Person an der Reception ist, Lange Wartezeit!!
Das Servicepersonal ist freundlich aber sehr unprofessionell.

Die Lage, das Essen und die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist super.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Dreibettzimmer und hatten das 3. Bett nicht gemacht und auch nur 2 Handtücher und 2 Gläser.
Wurde aber dann gleich gemacht.

Prima hotel, slechte service qua parkeren
Pros:

Locatie is top. Binnen paar minuten loop je naar centrum. Kamer was verder prima. Redelijk tot goed bed en fijne douche.

Cons:

Het parkeren. 1 van de redenen waarom we voor deze locatie kozen was het privé parkeren wat ze zeggen aan te bieden. Vervolgens hoor je na het boeken, na een aantal keer vragen, dat de parkeergarage is volgeboekt. Alternatief is een andere parkeergarage nabij. Prima parkeergarage en ook op paar minuten loopafstand maar wij moesten voor nog geen twee dagen bijna 50 euro betalen.....vindt dat het hotel hier meer mee moet doen; als je parkeren aanbiedt zorg dan dat er plek is of dat de prijs die klanten ergens anders moeten betalen niet zo veel hoger is.

Außen hui innen pfui - bei dem Preis verlange ich mehr

Personal war nett

Cons:

Klimaanlage defekt - Filter wechseln
Mülleimer voll
Kaputte Bettdecke
zum Teil dreckige Bettwäsche und Haare im Bett
.... es war zum Glück ein Doppelbett
