Room not made up for check-in. lifts not working leaving us to climb 7 floors twice, overall poor quality of linen, towels and furnishings. So disappointed we didn't stay for breakfast

Solo dos ascensores para el hotel en funcionamiento y que pasamos un susto cuando pasamos de la planta 4 al bajo ..cuando íbamos de subida

Fin de semana relajante en hotel mejorable
Pros:

Nos dieron una suite aunque tenían reservada una habitación normal, lo cual fue de agradecer. Era muy grande y con vistas directamente al mar, la cama y almohadas muy cómodas.

Cons:

En la habitación habían algunos desperfectos fácilmente reparables si bien no afectaron a nuestra estancia. El restaurante es de calidad media, no estaba al nivel de un 4 estrellas. Tenían algunos alimentos sin gluten para el desayuno y pan sin gluten en las comidas, pero el riesgo de contaminación cruzada no estaba muy controlado.
