Pros:

De ligging, achteruitgang is super handig.

Cons:

Zeer teleurstellend verblijf.

Het grote zwembad (belangrijkste reden van mijn boeking) was volledig gesloten zonder duidelijke voorafgaande melding. Er bleef slechts een klein zwembad over.

De airconditioning werkte niet (enkel ventilatie), waardoor slapen door de hitte erg moeilijk was. Daarnaast was er op vrijdagavond veel geluidsoverlast van het hotel naast ons, met muziek tot ongeveer middernacht.

Ook de lift was regelmatig buiten gebruik, wat erg onhandig was. Zeker aangezien mijn kamer op het hoogste verdiep lag.

De ligging en het uitzicht zijn goed, maar dat kan de vele gebreken niet compenseren. Dit hotel voldoet niet aan de verwachtingen die worden gewekt bij het boeken en het zien van de foto’s.

Iets te ver van de luchthaven. €65 voor de taxirit x2 bijrekenen dus.

Questionable location but great staff.
Pros:

The hotel was nice from the outside and they have 2 beautiful pools. Staff was accommodating (see below) and friendly. Breakfast was great and great selection.

Cons:

When we first entered our room we noticed lots of ants. When we initially brought it up to staff we were asked to wait for a technician for 30 minutes. After 45 minutes of waiting, my hubby went down a second time to ask if service guy was coming. Hubby insisted on another room and they were kind enough to give us an alternate accommodation and they surprised us with a junior suite and apologized for the inconvenience. They truly do care about guests. Unfortunately the entertainment was designed for the elderly and we felt uncomfortable outside of the resort as we were being followed by people who were standing at a bus stop staring at people who did not actually end up taking the bus. This twice with the same people.

La ubicación

Cons:

Casi todo, poca limpieza, las camas no son confortables, mucho ruido, hubo noche de bingo y música para animar al inserso,sin tener en cuenta al huésped que va a descansar o que va en familia con niños. Duró la fiesta hasta casi las 00:00h de la noche por lo que era imposible dormir.
Con respecto al desayuno, aunque había variedad era de poca calidad.
Para no volver.

Pros:

Habitaciones increíbles (tuvimos suites junior) y personal muy atento

Cons:

Queremos destacar que el personal (camareros, recepción, socorrista y limpieza) ofrece muy buen servicio pese a los pocos medios con los que cuentan.

Lo negativo es la gestión: no hay patatas (solo sirven revuelto), no hay granizados (las maquinas apagadas) ni helados, y las bebidas del todo incluido o no están disponibles o se agotan rápidamente.

En la piscina, entendiendo que no se puede usar cristal, sirven las bebidas en vasos muy pequeños (tipo 20 cl); se supone que había vasos de plástico más grandes pero casualmente siempre estaban agotados. Además, de tres piscinas solo había una abierta.

Uno de los días, incluso el snack-bar, que es el bar de la piscina reservado para el todo incluido no se abrió, por lo que el que no llegase a tiempo para el desayuno ya no pudo comer nada hasta que se abrió el buffet para la comida.

El horario de las comidas no se adapta demasiado a las costumbres españolas, en especial la cena, que a las 21'30 se cerraba. Y el snack bar también tenía un horario reducido (a las 18'30 cerraba...), por lo que tenías que salir de la piscina y entrar al hotel para pedir consumiciones (y no vamos a entrar en las colas que había para pedir....).
