Reception persons were very polite and nice.
I have stayed here several times, but this was by far my worst experience. The room was not properly maintained, and to make things worse, the staff’s behavior was unacceptable. The front desk was especially unprofessional and unhelpful. Given that I often book stays here for family-related visits, this experience was very disappointing.

I had a really bad experience , no hygiene, bad food , breakfast is a joke and served so dirty , towels are torn and room was dusty and not cleaned .. i got skin allergy as well, i will never recommend that hotel , its smelly as well , too much disturbance due to clubs , floor shaking all night , i will definetly want a refund

The staff are very accommodating
I was very disappointed 😞, because we want to have a good sleep but we heard the sounds from the club very loud,
And no hotel sleepers, no kettle ,or coffee ,tea
The towels is not new ...
