Nice big rooms, friendly staff and great location.
Sometimes there’s no hairdryer or iron but all you have to do is ask and the staff will provide them.
On seafront
Room was cold and there was bits in carpet
Location on the seafront and near the train station was perfect
The facilities are old and dingy, the breakfast was terrible, and there is very little staff service (they wouldn’t even bring toilet roll up to our room).
It was a great price and for what I paid it was great the staff were very helpful and polite
It was all ok
Good location , cheap
Had the worst night sleep ever on our first night. The bed was broken. We both ended up with back ache and exhausted. Told reception and they moved our room and the bed was a lot better.
The rooms could have been a lot cleaner and the furniture could do with a good varnish. All very dated.
Nothing fancy
Cleanliness is not my standard
The location, comfortable room etc
Nothing
Excellent location on the front and close all amenities with private car park. Had a lovely room with a double aspect view.
A small thing but the Wi-Fi is quite weak.
We originally booked the disabled room, it was really poor and it had a distinctive strong urine smell as soon as we opened the door
The breakfast was very poor, the bacon was inedible, the mushrooms recooked, and there was no porridge, overall the hotel is in a poor state
Hotel was spacious and had everything I needed for a nights stay. Room itself had fridge, iron, hairdryer, tea/coffee and kettle. Lovely soap/shampoo in very large bathroom. Dining room had a lovely sea view and buffet breakfast was delicious.
Would benefit with phone charging ports in rooms. The room was very warm, fans were provided.
Everything
The staff were amazing the room and stay was perfect experience
Nothing
Beautifully spacious hotel facing the seafront.
Exceptional clean. Amazing value for money.
The staff were lovely and the decor was immaculate.
Location is about all
Filthy dirty, total disrepair . Staff either invisible or totally disinterested.
Location
Had to move rooms as 1st room very poor condition and bathroom looked shabby
