Dreadful accommodation & I want my £248 back.
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

Room 107 which I booked for my daughter (who's pregnant} & her toddler was baking hot. The thermostat was broken, the fan was also broken & so was the air-conditioning unit. She couldn't sleep at all & also her toddler who normally sleeps through was awake a lot of the night. A disaster & totally unacceptable! The corridors were like an oven too.

Perfect location/large extremely comfortable room
Pros:

Beautiful property, the room was huge which I wasn’t expecting, bed was super comfortable and tv was a nice size. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property is in the perfect location as we did the seaford to Eastbourne hike. It was lovely being so close to the pier and to have so many food options available close by.

Cons:

The room was a bit tired, curtains could do with being replaced, it has so much potential that if spruced up a bit they could charge so much more for the size of the room. However for the cost/location it’s so reasonably priced the tired decor really didn’t bother me, the room had everything we needed and was very comfortable, I’d stay here again.

Great place to stay in Eastbourne
Pros:

Viesnīca atrodas ļoti labā vietā, netālu no centrālās dzelzceļa stacijas (10-15 min. ar kājām) un pie promenādes, kur paveras lielisks skats uz jūru. Netālu no viesnīcas atrodas gājēju iela, kur ir dažāda veida lieliski mazie restorāniņi un ātrās ēstuves, suvenīru veikali, labdarības veikali un apģērbu veikali u.c., kur iegādāties sev viskārotākās lietas.
Iebraucot Īstbornā netālu (5 min. gājienā) no dzelzceļa stacijas, atrodas liels iepirkšanās centrs The Beacon. Gan iepirkšanās centrā, gan ejot uz viesnīcu ir dažādi krodziņi un restorāni.
Esot nākamreiz Īstbornā noteikti izvēlēsimies šeit palikt! Izcils serviss un izcila lokācija !

Cons:

Viss bija lieliski !
