Cleanliness was not maintained in bedspread, toilet and they did not provide water bottles, toiletries
Had to ask for it and upon my request they provided. Even a complimentary breakfast was a sham. They were serving as if they were least interested and wanted us to move away from dining table

I LIKE THE BEHAVIOR OF THE STAFF. THE ROOM WAS PRETTY MUCH GOOD AND MET MY EXPECTATIONS. ALSO THE PROPERTY LOOKS GOOD. THE FOOD AND THE SERVICE WERE GREAT OVERALL. THE ROOM HAS AN ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEM AND IT'S PRETTY MUCH GOOD. ALSO THE STAY HAS COMPLEMENTRY BREAKFAST INCLUDED THAT I LIKED THE MOST.
THE HOTEL WAS ON THE BANK OF A BUSY ROAD; AT NIGHT THERE IS TOO MUCH SOUND OF VEHICLES, WHICH DISTURBS MY SLEEP. ALSO THE TOILET SEAT WAS NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY (I THINK THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH THE VACUUM OF THE TOILET SEAT). P.S.—I WAS IN ROOM NO. 201 AND COMPLAINED ABOUT IT TO THE HOTEL STAFF AND THEY ASSURE ME TO FIX IT AND I THINK THEY FIXED IT AFTER MY CHECKOUT.
Homely touch to the place that is run by the owners themselves
Not wheel chair friendly and a bit of a hassle for senior citizens to trudge
NATURE OF THE STAFF WAS AWESOME AND FOOD QUALITY IS EXCEPTIONAL.

The room was very spacious. There were no power cuts. There was availability of hot water 24/7. The staff there specially the guy was very quiet and humble
The location was a bit farther from main shimla! However since it was still on the main road of chota shimla it was connecting to kufri and chail on the way! Food destinations were far away and things closed down pretty fast in the area. The washroom flus had a backflow which was not fixed
Excellent service and very friendly staff... The girl and guy on the desk were exceptionally courteous and sweet.

There was no heating and it was cold, the shower was bad, and the lady seems that she does not love strangers. In fact it is not a hotel, just average B&B with poor brekfast - and in front was only 'Rooms', not hotel

No proper parking space and room allotment. While booking it says good view room but those are not provided after booking those.
