La patinoire extérieure
Accueil de l'hotel pas très sympa, c'est du genre "voici les clés et débrouillez-vous". Et l'accueil du restaurant a été épouvantable avec une personne refusant de nous installer tant qu'on ne réservait pas en ligne, avec empreinte de carte bancaire, alors qu'on était sur place, près à diner et que 40% des tables étaient vides et sont restées vides toute la soirée. Dans les chambes, un radiateur à l'odeur d'essence difficle à supporter et juste une couverture par lit. On a eu froid.
Idéal pour la famille, piscine, salle de jeux, accès à la patinoire, chambre agréable et bien équipée.
La salle de jeux pourrait être mieux garnie de jeux actuels et fonctionnels.
L’emplacement de l’hôtel est magnifique. L’accès aux glissades, sentiers de glace et patinoire à l’extérieur est super. La vue de la chambre (face au lac) est magnifique également. L’équipement de la chambre (mini cuisine) est très pratique.
Les équipements sont désuets. Le lit escamotable doit être déverrouiller par quelqu’un du personnel, les meubles sont abîmés, l’équipement de la cuisine est modeste. La propreté laisse à désirer. Nous avons retrouver des chips et des m&m sous la table et le divan du salon. Des coulisses/taches d’eau sur les murs de la salle de bain…
L’eau de la piscine intérieur est étrangement très opaque aussi
La beauté des extérieurs, des parties communes tout en bois, de la piste de patinage proche de l'hôtel. Le foyer dans la chambre.
La chambre est vétuste, elle est dans son jus elle manque d'entretien et de rafraîchissement. Les équipements ne sont pas suffisants il manque des couverts et d'autres éléments pour cuisiner. Le personnel condescendant et la difficulté pour avoir du café supplémentaire

Toilet and plumbing were a little capricious
Great stay with all the amenities we needed. Cookie and cocoa at 4p was a big hit! We also really enjoyed the amount of space in the lodge to hang outside our our room.
The only thing we noticed was a lack of hooks at the entrance to our room to hang coats. With all our winter gear, that small thing would have been really helpful.
We forgot some of our clothes in the room and got them sent via mail immediately after contacting the hotel. Thanks a lot for that!!!
The ice rink, sled hill and ice skating in the pine grove next to the hotel are included and are just fantastic! Also super nice is the shuttle to and from Montreal Tremblant that runs every half an hour.
Last but not least: in the summer, they have a private beach area at the adjacent lake. It's beautiful and you can use the hotel's SUPs and kayaks for free!
The pool area and the saunas aren't tidy, unfortunately. Even though they close the premises from 9pm till 9am, which should give the staff plenty of time to tidy up so that the area is clean in the morning, at least.
The play/ recreation room would really be in need of further equipment and more stuff for kids to do.
The suite was cozy ,clean and comfortable

L’accueil en arrivant était chaleureux vraiment tout était parfait, chambre avec vu sur le lac gelé.
We returned for the 4th time. The hotel is average, the atmosphere, amenities, location and staff are great!
