The pool was way to cold and the hot tub was missing water

Not much.
Fridge door was broken, AC was LOUD and intermittent not working well. Game room was empty (not what was advertised) pool was freezing cold.
This was the worst weekend hotel experience I have ever had in Tremblant. I would never stay here again. Room was tired and very dated, fridge wouldn't close properly, AC was horrific and only in 1 room working noisy & intermittently at best,loudly turning on all night hardly slept a wink. Master bedroom was like a furnace. The indoor pool was 71 degrees (FREEZING) games room was virtually EMPTY not what is advertised on the website at all. Staff argued with me when I told them game room.was empty, followed me there and said "oh well I didn't know" agreed the pool was 74 when it was 71 (as if the difference mattered. Horrific experience never again.
The restaurant and bar were closed during our stay
Chambre spacieuse, confortable avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un très bon séjour. La vue sur le lac du balcon ainsi que les chaises au bord du lac permettent de se détendre et de profiter encore plus du moment. D'autres petits détails bien pensés dans l'hôtel nous ont permis de passer de bons moments : les livres au coin de la cheminée, la salle de jeu, la piscine, le jacuzzi ...
Nous regrettons de ne pas avoir pu passer plus de temps pour profiter des embarcations sur le lac.
