We had a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great.

Great location, amazing staff but hotel does require modernisation.
Pros:

Staff were excellent, so friendly and accommodating. Reception and bar area nice and modern.

Cons:

The rest of the hotel is very dated, the light switch button to the side of the bed literally fell out when touched, there was a stain and cobweb on the ceiling in the bedroom, bathroom very dated.

Wonderful
Pros:

Lovely stay,
Hotel is walking distance to everything.
The breakfast was lovely and had a good choice.
The man on reception was very welcoming he always greeted us with a big smile and a hello.
This was our 2nd time staying and will stay again.

Close to beach and venue we was seeing a show at

Cons:

Loud music on too late midnight would be late enough.
No toilet roll in any of the ladies toilets
. Breakfast coffee and continatal was poor

I had a great time in Bournemouth but the load revellers and cheap pillows interrupted my sleep.
Pros:

Great location near the Pier

Cons:

Had a night club and revellers coming out at 4am woke me up. I could hear the music on the third floor. Take ear plugs.

The staff were fine close to beach and shops .

Cons:

Beware of weekends as nightclub in hotel does not stop till 4am and is very loud !! We were awke all night .

At booking says some rooms are noisy , but didn't expect bass /music blaring out till 4am , also poor water pressure, I urinate faster than the shower pressure

Better off at the premier inn
Pros:

It was central to where we needed to be which was the pavilion theatre.

Cons:

Noisy and the rooms dated. As soon as I booked I was warned about the nightclub noise until 2am. Try 430 in the morning. Admittedly the clocks went forward but that still made 330am. For no reason at all our smoke alarm sounded at 2am. The rooms were dated and old fashioned. I wouldn’t stay here again
