Comments above.
Pros:

No breakfast. Wasn’t advertised.

Cons:

Bathroom was clean but dated. Bath mat… really dated and unhygienic. Had problems with getting in and out of the shower very nice products.
Apart from that everything was clean.

Didn't spoil the reason for going to Bournemouth. Concert at the BIC.
Pros:

Parking good and 50 yards from intended venue.
Room ok, but dreadful floor, very creaky all over. Old hotel, clean but a little bit tired.
Breakfast expensive, especially with a Wetherspoons just down the road.
Would stay there again, but pleas not room 110.

Cons:

See above.

Pros:

Everything was comfortable.

Cons:

£15 to park. And drink was expensive. Could not watch the tv as it did not work and you could not watch it from the beds.

Faulty Towers Hotel
Pros:

Central location was great, room was very spacious.
When we asked if we could relocate rooms as the room was extremely hot staff did arrange a new room the next day.
Housekeeper did a really good job and towels seemed new and fluffy.
We were up on the top floor and it seemed quiet although the bars were empty when we came home around 10:30am.

Cons:

Hotel rooms are outdated and old, windows were falling apart
The whole place needs a massive refurbish.
We were told breakfast was unavailable to purchase when we checked in even tho I had messaged the property the day before to double check this was available. Poor service as we booked this hotel as breakfast was available. Children have to vacate the bar from 7pm, this seems crazy as the bar was empty. I have teenagers, who are well behaved maybe if they welcome families it would be a better atmosphere. Disappointing!

Pros:

Hyvällä sijainnilla oleva hotelli.

Cons:

Viikonloppuna yökerhon meteli kuuluu huoneisiin erittäin hyvin. Arkisin ei ongelmaa ole.

Please read. Ok but only if you don't like sleep
Pros:

Liked that they had adj outside in the sun.

Cons:

Had to pay 15pounds on arrival for parking. Shower was awful. Cracked tile by the bath. Massive badly filled water damage about the bed. In full view while sleeping. Music from the nightclub in hotel kept me away all night. No breakfast offered. Rooms need modernization.

Pros:

The hotel room was surprisingly spacious.

Cons:

Even though the room was spacious, there was mould on the ceiling directly above the bed, which made me feel very uncomfortable and unable to sleep properly. It was honestly disgusting.

On top of that, the shower was not properly cleaned and also looked unhygienic. The overall hotel had a dusty smell throughout, which made the stay unpleasant.

Very disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance standards of this hotel. Not worth for the money. We paid extra £30 for parking for two days.

Pros:

Location was ok, grateful for gated parking which can be accessed via the green at the back of the hotel.
Clean hotel albeit a little dated in its decor.

Cons:

Prior to arrival, I received an email advising that breakfast was no longer available under the new ownership. In fact, there was no food service available at all, including bar food, which was disappointing and not made sufficiently clear at the time of booking.

Guests were also warned about music from Club 1812, which is unfortunately located on the same side of the building as the guest rooms. Thankfully, the outdoor DJ sets finished by around 9pm, so noise was not as disruptive as anticipated.

A further issue was the Wi-Fi service. Although I paid for Wi-Fi access, it only worked in the reception area and not in my room. When I raised this with reception, the response was unhelpful. I was told that the Wi-Fi worked at the desk, but there seemed to be little understanding that paying guests would expect the service to work throughout the hotel, including in their rooms.
Overall, the facilities were adequate but I would not choose to return .

Poor royal Exeter
Pros:

Location only

Cons:

The breakfast was very poor no staff on only what I think was the chef was unable to find menu's for what was on offer to which was only a full English breakfast no vegetarian option.
Two night stay did not see any house keeping at any time had to pay extra for car parking £15 per night shower water running very slowly hotel is very dated and need a upgrade to be able to charge the money they are currently asking for.
Think its more geared up for night club

Disappointed after over 30 years
Pros:

After over 30 years of using the Royal Exeter hotel we wont be using it again. New management means no breakfast which has always been popular and excellent here in the past. Loud noise from bar below means no sleep till it stops about 1 or 2 in the morning!!! And £15 per night charge for parking!!
