Great for bic location
Pros:

Location for bic. Great value hotel and parking. Breakfast very good. Clean. Staff very nice. Room big bed comfy mirror over dressing table . Table and 2 chairs for coffee. Windows you can open and a fan provided. Parking secure and only 8 a night.

Cons:

Pillows very small not comfy. noise , yes we knew just unlucky to be directly over 1812. Bathroom dated and too hot. Didn't have a shower not using a rubber mat thanks. No plug in sink straight to pipes.

Great hotel
Pros:

Location - to BIC, seafront, town and gardens.
Beautiful wooden staircases.
Lovely, large bar - exceptionally well stocked.
Happy Hour!

Good location, clean and value for money.
Pros:

Good location with parking at £8 a night.

Room was big and clean. Paid £89 for the room including breakfast.

Though there were loads of comments mentioning the noise of the disco we never heard anything from it and we were over the function room. Only heard some women shouting out at night for taxis (they were obviously worse for wear and we had the window open).

Cons:

The place is looking a little worn but it was clean and gor the price was good value.
