The shower was excellent.Simple to use with plenty of shampoo and cleaning gel.
The new checking in procedure. Why complicate service with barcodes smartphones etc?.Prior to this checking in was perfectly easy.
Not told that the restaurant wasn’t operating for evening meals.. Also not told the nightclub would be open until 2 o’clock midweek.
The staff were polite.
The room was dated, smelt musty, appeared clean but had no air circulation or ventilation and despite a fan was a constant 31 degrees for 2 days causing me to suffer heat stroke and go to hospital. I therefore had to check out 2 days early and go somewhere else. There was no water and no eating facilities in the hotel.
Staff great. Accomodating.
Expensive car park charges. Rooms very hot. Noisy.
Its close to the beach
Very old, mold in the bathroom, a window that doesn’t close properly, and a lot of noise from the bar. It urgently needs renovating. I wouldn’t stay here again.
Comfortable
We had booked breakfast but it wasn't available.
Our room was directly above the noisy venue. Areas of the hotel were more quiet and there were rooms available on booking.com but the person on the desk said she was unable to anything about seeing other rooms. There were no onlther staff in the hotel.
Room surprisingly comfy, even if generally basic, it had everything I needed.
Signage into carpark was so confusing with logos but not the hotel name,- just coming off the roundabout- that we missed it and had to go round before entering
Excellent location with onsite parking although this was extra. Shower was powerful and luckily cold.
Bar and dining closed, room had no ventilation, small fan which was unusable. Very tired/dated room. Small sash window literally falling apart.
Everything is very good for the money.
Die Party bis morgen um 2:00
Nice athmosphere, elegant and classy hotel
The main entrance is locked at night, and staff can be slow to answer the reception door
Great location. Walk to town centre, beach, Odeon cinema and Sightseeing Tour Bus. Also walk to Beach Breezer bus 70 to Christchurch. Staff were polite and pleasant. I had no working shower but it was fixed quickly.
Hotel has been sold to new owners and is awaiting renovation. Some parts very shabby. WiFi poor in room. No breakfast served.
Good location—close to the center and the sea.
There were no towels in the room. I asked for some, but I was given only one small one. It was inconvenient.
The location’s good and it was clean
If you stay on a Friday or a Saturday it will be noisy due to the bars below but my biggest complaint is that the bed I slept in had bed bugs and I was bitten all down one side of my body
Close to the convention center.
Faded glory. Poor maintenance. Don’t go anywhere near Friday or Saturday, the noise from the nightclub is insufferable.
