Nie wieder Eurostar Hotels !!!

Cons:

Wir hatten eine teure Junior Suite gebucht in ruhiger Lage. Es wurde uns nur eine Suite im 1.OG angeboten, nach vorne zur lauten Straße, mit direktem Blick auf 4 große Müllcontainer. Dies war eine Frechheit, bei dem Preis. Nach langen Diskussionen wurde uns nur ein einfaches Zimmer, jedoch in ruhiger Lage angeboten. Wir haben uns gefühlt wie Gäste 2.Klasse: Es gab z.B. kein deutsches Programm im TV ( jedoch russische und afrikanische Sender ). Die Schiebetür am Kleiderschrank war kaputt, die Matratzen der Betten durchgelegen, wir hatten beide Rückenschmerzen. Beim Frühstück war ständig eine Kaffeemaschine kaputt. Das Personal war unfreundlich und lustlos, bis auf wenige Ausnahmen.
Wir buchen gerne und viel über Booking.com, aber so ein schlechtes Hotel hatten wir noch nie zu so einem Preis. Unser Eindruck war, dass die Booking.com-Kunden die schlechteren Zimmer zur Straße hin bekommen.
Wir erwarten und fordern deshalb, von Ihnen als Vertragspartner des Hotels Eurostar eine Entschädigung für nicht erbrachte Leistungen. Wir erwarten eine Rückzahlung oder Gutschrift in Höhe der Differenz des Preises zwischen der Junior Suite und dem einfachen Doppelzimmer.

It was fine
Pros:

Bar area , bar tenders were the friendliest staff there….rooms were comfortable

Cons:

Garbage out front, a little pricey for what it was and front desk could be way more helpful

שהיה הייתה קצרה, צוות אדיב ושירותי , ארוחת בוקר נחמדה מאוד.

ארוחת בוקר נחמדה ,מיקום טוב, צוות אדיב ושירותי.

Cons:

למרות שהגענו קרוב לשעה 23:00 למלון, החדר לא היה מסודר ל3 אורחים (מיטות ומגבות) . מאוחר יותר גילינו שיש סתימה והמים לא ירדו במקלחת ובאמבטיה. חניה לא כלולה ונאלצנו לשלם עוד 15 יורו ללילה. הטלפון ללובי היה משובש ולכן נאלצנו לרדת לקבלה.

Pros:

Les habitacions, lavabos i el llit són confortables i està molt net. Té un bar amb un petit jardinet molt acollidor. Pàrquing exterior molt còmode i imprescindible en una ciutat com Porto.

Cons:

Està a uns 25m caminant del centre i Porto és una ciutat costeruda.

Très mauvais rapport Qualité/Prix. Décevant
Pros:

Bon petit déjeuner

Cons:

La situation géographique, éloignée des centres d'intérêts. L'hôtel qui dispose de peu d'isolation phonique est situé sur une rue très empruntée apportant des nuisances sonores. De plus les 5 bacs à déchets situés à la porte de l'hôtel et collectés à 5h30 du matin écourtent la nuit.
