Wonderful stay in chic district
Pros:

Perfect place to stay for a few days in Porto, lots of trendy shops and art galleries nearby and wonderful cafes. The staff was super attentive and proficient. We had a very pleasant stay and would recommend to anyone.

Cons:

Just some old installations that would need a bit of renovation.

Oteli her seyi ile cok sevdim. Personel cok guler yuzlu ve yardimciydi. Onceden rezervasyon yaptirmamis olmamiza ragmen arabamizla gittigimizde bize aracimizi park etmek icin imkansizliklar icinde imkan sunduklari icin cok tesekkur ederiz. Odalarimiz gunluk temizlendi. Otelin konumunu ailem ve benim icin mukemmeldi. Tepeden asagiya gidecek sekilde bir rota ile hic yorulmadan fazla tepe cikmadan gunluk sehir gezimizi tamamladik. Kahvalti gayet yeterliydi. Tercih etmeyenler icin cevrede kisa yuruyuslerle yuksek puanli pek cok yemek imkanlari mevcuttu. Lobide yer alan Bar, ufacik bahcesi ile size aksamlari yorgunluk atarken guzel bir dinlenme alani yaratiyordu. Odedigim fiyata gore daha fazla hizmet aldim gibi bir hisle ayrildim.

Pros:

The hotel is clean. As for location it depends which part of the city you prefer to be close to. We stayed closer to Santa Catarina during our first visit to Porto and this location i liked more. Eurostar das Artes is a walking time from that part of the city. Staff were very helpful and good, rooms were nice and clean. Very good bathroom by the way

Adorei o hotel!
Pros:

A localização é ótima, numa região com museus, galerias, comércio e restaurantes. Fica numa parte plana da cidade. O entorno é muito agradável. Fácil de se movimentar. O café da manhã é excelente, com frutas e sucos naturais. O quarto é de tamanho muito bom. O pessoal sempre muito atencioso e educado. Para quem vai de carro, tem garagem própria.

Cons:

Gostei de tudo.

Estadia perfeita
Pros:

O hotel é muito confortável e tem um aroma maravilhoso. O quarto é espaçoso, a cama é fenomenal e o chuveiro perfeito. O café da manhã é variado. Fica próximo de restaurantes, cafés, galerias de arte e lojas espetaculares.

Heel vlot inchecken. Zeer goed ontbijt.

Veel straatlawaai 's nachts. Ramen zijn oud en houden dit niet tegen. Verouderd meubilair en sanitair.

ar condicionado é desligado e todos os dias tivemos que solicitar para liga-o, a troca dos copos usados no dia anterior que não eram reposto na limpeza. Rua escura e containers de lixo na porta do hotel. Café da manhã com poucas opções

Very Spacious Rooms
Pros:

Immediately upon arrival we were welcomed with fresh juice and the traditional pastel de nata which was of course very pleasant for us. The room booked for 3 persons was really very specious. I have never stayed in a hotel with a reasonable price offering such a big room for three persons. The bedding and towels were very clean and new, beds very comfortable. It was very nice to sleep there and get up with the sounds of the seagulls.
