Todo. Ubicacion a escasos 10' del centro. La atencion del peraonal. La habitacion y el desayuno es fantastico

Por poner un pero.... las habitaciones que dan a la calle quiza deberian de tener puertas cristaleras insonorizadas porque se escucha el transito de vehiculos y las tapa de una de las alcantarillas

Good city break hotel
Pros:

Perfect for our 4 nights in Porto. We had an early flight in so were thankful to be able to leave our luggage prior to checking in. Check in was easy, triple room was spacious but not set up for 3 on arrival - this was quickly rectified but took all evening to receive pillows for the 3rd bed! Beds comfortable, but sleep was interrupted by a truck ? emptying glass around 4-6am every morning - so take earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Easy walking distance to historic centre, and we comfortably walked all around Porto whilst there. Would recommend the Palais de Cristal for a stunning sunset view 10 mins away. Check out was at 12 and you are again able to leave luggage if needed. Would recommend for a good base for sightseeing!

Highly reccomended
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location, about a 10-minute walk from downtown. The nearest subway station was 800 meters away, so we chose to walk everywhere. There were great restaurants and bars nearby, and the neighborhood had a nice atmosphere.

Cons:

Breakfast was also very good, though one morning at 7 a.m. it was so crowded that we couldn’t get in and had to wait about 15-20 minutes.

Esmorzar continental que es podria millorar

Cons:

Habitacions grans i netes, pero amb forta pudor que provenia dels conductes de l’aire. Ens vam queixar a recepció per demanar un canvi d’habitacions i, després de queixes i fer-nos esperar ens van canviar les habitacions pero no el mateix dia. Vam haver de dormir en habitacions amb mala olor. Vam fer una reclamació per escrit i l’hotel ha respost que no valoren cap compensació per la pèrdua de temps, poca agilitat en les gestions i no han tingut en compte el bon tracte al client. Anirem a l’omic a interposar la queixa per tal que facin revisió del conductes de ventilació.

Os quartos são grandes e confortáveis, assim como o banheiro. O café da manhã é variado.

Funcionários da recepção nada gentis ou prestativos. O hotel está distante dos principais pontos de interesse da cidade, mas é possível caminhar.
