Mid. Not bad but not impressive

Room wasn’t prepared when we arrived. I called ahead with some requests and those were not ready. Also the room was not as described. I was told there was a sitting area, etc and it was a standard queen room with no frills. Request early arrival and had confirmation for approval. We arrived later due to flight and room was still not ready.

unexpected stay in Dallas, were on connecting flight to PHX, my husband had a medical emergency
Pros:

it's a beautiful vintage hotel!

Cons:

the initial greeting from the host. She initially was a little rude but gladly came around. I do need to get my refund resolved. I am being charged for a two night stay and we were only there for half of one night.

Such a great hotel in quaint Grapevine!!!
Pros:

Wow! What an unexpected surprise! This was one of the best hotels that we have ever stayed in and we travel A LOT! Great staff, great food and an incredible rooftop bar! Would make another trip to Grapevine just to stay in this hotel!
