Pros:

Absolutely everything

The style is beautiful and the hotel is extremely clean.
Parking is a breeze, and valet is available.
Customer service is wonderful and unpretentious, I enjoyed being greeted by Jacob in the hall on my way for my morning coffee!
Location is top-notch that alone is a reason to stay here.
Plenty of entertainment around, walking distance to the historic shops and next-door to the train station.
Rooms are clean and the beds are actually comfortable.
Food options are endless, without you even needing to leave the hotel. The adjacent food hall is next level convenience. Plus the hotel restaurant is good !
I’m not really big on reviews but this establishment 100% deserved it. Thank you for exceeding my expectations and showing me that customer service isn’t dead.

Mid. Not bad but not impressive

Room wasn’t prepared when we arrived. I called ahead with some requests and those were not ready. Also the room was not as described. I was told there was a sitting area, etc and it was a standard queen room with no frills. Request early arrival and had confirmation for approval. We arrived later due to flight and room was still not ready.

unexpected stay in Dallas, were on connecting flight to PHX, my husband had a medical emergency
Pros:

it's a beautiful vintage hotel!

Cons:

the initial greeting from the host. She initially was a little rude but gladly came around. I do need to get my refund resolved. I am being charged for a two night stay and we were only there for half of one night.
