Need other parking options besides paid valet parking. Parking shouldn’t be a fee for guest staying at your hotel.
The parking fees
The rooms were nice and comfortable. The Staff was friendly. The location was good for seeing a lot of things.
Parking was a lot of money, and was valet parking, so the tips added up. That was a $200 additional fee overall. It's kind of sad that one has to pay for parking when you choose a downtown hotel.
The location was perfect. Staff was very attentive and accommodating

The valet was super friendly and helpful.
Hotel is nice, BUT do not accept a room that faces Bay St. (odd number rooms). Incredibly noisy from road noise (cars, but also LOUD semi trucks all night long) and drunk people walking down the street.
I think the hotel is also nicer than the Double Tree next door (that has the same noise problem). If you have to stay here, ask for an even number room that faces south!

I liked how walkable we were to everything.
I didn't like that my sheets were dirty upon arrival, and had to request that they be changed. That parking isn't included with your stay, and that you charged $48 a day and not let that be told upfront. I don't like that a security deposit is also asked for at the time of check in, that should be disclosed when a guest is booking their stay. I really feel like those issues should be addressed so that guest can plan there stay better. Some people live on a budget and don.t like surprises.
