Great Location, Mixed Experience
Pros:

The location was fantastic—right in the heart of the historic district and within walking distance to tours, restaurants, excursions, and entertainment. The view from the balcony was spectacular and definitely a highlight of the stay. I also appreciated the front desk upgrading my room and providing breakfast tickets for my birthday, which was a thoughtful and welcoming gesture.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there were several issues that took away from the experience. The daily parking was expensive, and there was ongoing miscommunication with valet parking and charges not being correctly applied to my room. The hot tub was out of order, and the room had a slight odor. On checkout day, housekeeping entered our room around 8:30 a.m. while my husband and I were still in bed. Although staff said an adjustment would be made to our charges, my card was still billed in full, and it was difficult to reach a manager afterward. Overall, the stay started strong but fizzled at the end, and next time I visit, I will try a different hotel.

Geweldige locatie en prima studio kamer, jammer van de parking service

De locatie was geweldig, studiokamer was ook top

Cons:

De parking: valet service van het hotel maar ook weer niet (privé persoon?) kwam zeer onprofessioneel over. Het was niet mogelijk om gewoon te betalen (zonder met een link te werken die we niet konden ontvangen omwille van een niet werkend gsm nummer. Uiteindelijk toch de auto weggezet en cash betaald maar moesten hen veel meer betalen. Lieten ook de raam openstaan in een open onbewaakte garage. Als we niet nog iets uit de auto hadden moeten halen, wisten we dit niet eens en kon de auto leeggeroofd worden. Jammer!

Great for the solo travelers.
Pros:

Really great hotel right in the middle of it all. Everything I wanted to see was in walking distance. The hotel is very nice and clean and has a very upscale look.

One of my top hotel stays ever!
Pros:

This hotel exceeded all expectations! The front desk and other employees were beyond courteous and helpful. The rooms were large and comfortable and included a sound machine to block out hallway and street noise. The restaurant prices were incredibly low with excellent breakfasts and free coffee. We enjoyed the large restaurant and bar area to visit with friends who were with us in Savannah.
