Pros:

The location to walking distance of River St and shops. The staff was very friendly and valet parking was very convenient (pricey).

Cons:

We had a balcony therefore we was on E Bay St side which was nosey for passing vehicles. The pillows need to be replaced for better quality. And what for coffee maker as well as additional k-cups available in room.

My boyfriend and I loved the location. The room had a great view of the river.

Cons:

Parking is a separate company from the hotel. They should communicate better. And room service coming in room around 8:30a. Check out is 11a.

It was very good overall.

It was very well located, clean, and our room was very spacious. It had a mini fridge which was convenient and the staff at breakfast was very friendly.

Cons:

It a bit loud at night, we could heard very loud music from outside.

Valet parking paperwork I received said $45 per night which was to pricey then when I got there was told it was $48 a night. When I got the receipt it was
For $181.83 with no sales tax so where did the $37.93 come from. Sounds to me like jacked up prices. I won’t ever use their service again and could very well Force me to look else where for my hotel needs.
