Overall good. Simple breakfast.

Coffee machine dirty and not changed from last use

Service was friendly and I have no complaints. The room didn’t match up with the pictures; they look much better on the site. The room was overall clean but definitely needs TLC.

Staff was nice and location was good

Very limited check in and out windows. Never saw a single employee my entire stay. Checked in the late evening via a ring camera (as well as checkout around 8am) to get my pin for the room, no deadbolt on door, no towels to use for showering. Whole property unsupervised without staff anywhere which also made it feel unsafe.

The room itself wasn’t bad since we just needed a place to sleep. You couldn’t control your own room temp and the room was just basic. The outside wasn’t very welcoming. When we checked in we did it over the phone so we didn’t interact with anyone

The pictures are not realistic. Would completely avoid!

This is a flop house motel. It was discussing and it no as advertised. No bathtub and it was a massive disappointment. I will never trust hotels.com anymore.

Loud highway noise. Room was too warm, and we had no way to adjust temperature ourselves. The front desk person said he'd adjust it for us, but we still were sweating all night. Bed bounced and creaked loudly at the slightest movement. Pillows on bed were very dense and uncomfortable. All of these things contributed to the worst night of sleep we've ever experienced in a hotel. Bright spot lights on ceiling pointed at our faces when lying in bed, no dim bedside lighting. Hot and cold water reversed at bathroom sink. Shampoo was empty in shower. There was barely enough room for two of us to stand in the micro "lobby" with its Ring camera setup to summon a staff member and bulletproof glass to check in through. Large potholes in driveway/parking lot. And there was a vehicle left running with its driver's door standing open, in a no parking spot, positioned like someone had just dumped it there after stealing it. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Loud at 5 am

Good rates. Close to the Aliant Energy Centre where many event are held

There appears to be multiple families living full-time in this facility. There is zero sound insulation and I could hear every sound even four rooms down the hall. The room next-door had a number of people partying, loud music, standing outside smoking and taking up parking spaces. My room was clean, well appointed and comfortable, but the amount of noise was overwhelming even with earplugs.
