Deixou muito a desejar, sentimos que fomos enganados.

O ar condicionado, e o mini club

Cons:

O hotel é muito antigo , faltam atualizações. A limpeza é muito fraca (cabelos em todo o lado no quarto, areia, tudo cheio de pó. Nas áreas comuns é raro encontrar um chão limpo, ou mesmo uma mesa). Tanto nas habitações como nas áreas comuns.
No restaurante do piso -1 chegou a cair água em cima de nós.
As fotos enganam bastante, os espaços são muito pequenos na realidade. E o hotel tem realmente muitos hóspedes o que faz com que seja ainda mais pequeno.

No está mal, aunque con mejoras.
Pros:

La ubicación, la zona de juegos, la piscina.

Cons:

La comida. Algunas como el salmón no sabía a nada, aunque es verdad que había otra comida que estaba muy rica. El hotel sí que es verdad que necesita poco a poco una reforma. El ascensor en las últimas plantas por ejemplo no funcionaba, aunque en general está bien.

Pros:

El hotel está muy bien, el tener dos comedores con los horarios te da mucha opción si no vas a uno vas al otro la piscina con la terraza en la parte de arriba también muy bien

Cons:

La comida… poca variedad eso sí en el salón de arriba más variedad que en el de abajo

Muy cercano a la playa, el personal encantador(un abrazo enorme especialmente a Fabiola del comedor Granada), la comida buenísima y todo muy limpio.

El trato del personal, sobré todo el personal de recepción y la chica de la limpieza.

Cons:

La habitación, y el baño bastante antiguas.Falta de secadores, no hemos tenido terraza, y creó que es muy importante, teniendo en cuenta que es zona de playa.

El personal muy agradable. La situación muy céntrica. La comida muy buena en cuanto a variedad y calidad.

Cons:

Difícil usar los ascensores, pocos para tantos huéspedes.
Hubo grandes grupos de huéspedes (familias de 20 o mas personas) que no se comportaban civicamente.

Gostei da localização, da variedade de pratos no restaurante

A limpeza deveria ser muito melhor tanto nos quartos como nas áreas comuns e principalmente no restaurante onde muitas vezes encontrei louça mal lavada.
