Very good
Pros:

Location was excellent and rooms were nice but small.

Cons:

Winter season has no air conditioning and temperatures reached 86 degrees with no options for cooling. Tried opening a window and welcomed several buzzing mosquitos.

Amazing reception and a wonderful hotel.
Pros:

Excellent reception when we arrived by Rita who greeted us with a lovely smile and checked us in quickly. She Gary’s information about the hotel and provided us with a detailed map of the area which she took time to explain.
Our room was fantastic. Clean and a very comfortable large bed.
Rita and her team were always there to help us.
We can’t speak highly enough of the hotel and staff.

Um bom hotel para ficar em Catania, desde que o problema do ar condicionado seja resolvido.
Pros:

O cafe da manhã foi absoutamente fantastico. Poucos hoteis deste nivel terão um igual. E inigualavel o croissant recheado de creme de pistachio. Muita variedade de frios, paes, bolos, doces, etc. O staff sempre atento, educado e prestativo. O local não poderia ser melhor. No meio da via Etneia. Centro de tudo em Catania. Perto do Metro, de bons restaurantes e dos principais pontos turisticos. Usei como cidade base para visitar em bate-volta, Taormina, Siracusa, Messina e Outlet Village.

Cons:

o ar condicionado do quarto deixou a desejar, pois apesar de existir o controle, ele era bloqueado. E mesmo pedindo a recepção para reduzir a temperatura fui informado que não era possivel em função do sistema bloquear até eles mesmos. E com isto nem o ar reverso do banheiro funcionava, o que é um problema serio.
