Breakfast was excellent. Staff was courteous and helpful. Room staff was fabulous. Location was excellent. .

It was ‘perfect’.
Pros:

It was a beautiful building. Very stylish. We had a great view on Etna. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff were delightful and very attentive. The cleaners were lovely.

Cons:

We loved everything. No complaints whatsoever.

Pros:

La qualità della colazione.

Cons:

La camera era surriscaldata e nell'ultima notte invasa dalle zanzare. Il primo giorno, abbiamo dovuto chiedere di "rifare" la stanza, in seguito a un dimenticanza del personale. Per un hotel di questo livello sono infortuni piuttosto gravi.

Very nice accommodation
Pros:

Very friendly staff with excellent communications prior to our arrival. Helped us to reserve a hotel private transportation to airport which was comfortable, convenient and very reasonable price. The hotel is located in a pedestrian only zone and major sites are all within walking distance. Our suite is newly renovated, clean and comfortable for three adults. Breakfast was very good.
