Très bel hôtel moderne et récent, beau jardin et très belle piscine, plus qu'assez de transats, très bon petit déjeuner
The breakfast was very good and a special mention for the care taken for our daughter who is celiac. The table had been cleaned and reserved and the cook came out to explain the gluten free options. There was a dedicated toaster. The gym was good. Unfortunately we couldn't use the swimming pool due to the opening times (till 21:00). We were able to park on the street around the hotel.
The checkin took a little longer than expected and the online checkin option which we received did not work. All very minor issues. We were able to park on the street around the hotel.

Hicimos la reserva para dos adultos +2 niños. Uno de ellos de cinco meses y el otro de dos años.. cuando llegamos al Hotel, nos dijeron que nos habían puesto una habitación con litera, a lo que dijimos que nuestros niños no podían dormir en litera y que nos pusieran una cuna de viaje +1 de las literarias. Su respuesta fue que no era posible que teníamos que coger una habitación Junior suite, lo cual dije que no estaba de acuerdo. Así que al final tuvimos que dormir tres en una cama más el bebé en la cuna de viaje tuvieron muy poca empatía. Viajar con niños cada vez está complicando y cada vez está siendo más caro

Sauber, gut eingerichtet, bequem, Parkplatz, freundliches Personal, aber erst am zweiten Tag.
Am ersten Abend war was Personal sehr unfreundlich, an der Rezeption und am Pool. Zimmerservice war telefonisch nicht erreichbar und man musste runtergehen, um die Bestellung abzugeben.

No me gustó la limpieza, nos encontramos ropa de clientes anteriores en el armario y una toalla no estaba lo suficientemente limpia.

Baño genial pero la tabla del wáter habría que cambiarla.....
La limpieza, las instalaciones y el trato con rl personal son inmejorables
