The location of this hotel near the motorway was very attractive
Pros:

This is a modern hotel with lots of extra facilities.
It’s the first Japanese style toilet I have experienced in Europe. We were in Japan a month ago and I loved them!!
The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was large with a double walk in shower, a large bath and double wash hand basins.
The living room area lacked style and the decor could have been much more exciting. A plant or 2, a few paintings , some cushions on the extremely uncomfortable sofa would all have helped.
The outside pool was very nice too.
The staff were all helpful including the breakfast staff. V nice!

Un hotel fantástico y con todo tipo de servicios, ideal para descubrir una ciudad de obligada visita como Cáceres. Lo mejor, sin duda, es la maravillosa atención de todo el personal; especialmente del equipo de recepción, quienes fueron clave para ayudarnos a solventar algunos imprevistos con gran amabilidad y eficacia. ¡Un trato de diez!

Overall comfortable stay which suited our needs
Pros:

Beds very comfortable, balcony access was nice for us. Staff very helpful, especially for parking bike in secure parking. Gym facility excellent . Pool area very nice

Modern comfortabel hotel om een paar nachten te verblijven
Pros:

Heel fijn hotel, aan de rand van een woonwijk.
Moderne ruime kamer, met een heel comfortabel bed, voldoende kastruimte en een kluisje
Geruisloze airco, bureau, Nespresso app en een waterkoker.
Een moderne fauteuil, voldoende stroompunten, usb aansluiting naast het bed.

Badkamer met inloopdouche, aparte toilet en bidet.

Ontbijt
Zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet, en veel keuze.

Tevens heeft het hotel een groot beschut buiten zwembad met gratis ligbedden en badhanddoeken
Er wordt ook toezicht gehouden
( Diepte 1.40 meter tot 2.10 meter diep)

Restaurant
's avonds geopend vanaf 20.30 uur
We hebben er 2 maal gegeten, alles van goede kwaliteit.

Tip:openbaar vervoer naar het centrum van Càceres
Neem de voetgangersbrug tegenover het hotel, en loop naar de kleine rotonde.
Hier komt bus 7 elke 20 minuten, en het weekend om de 30 minuten. (€1,10 per persoon mei 2026)

Stayed twice one time on way to Cadiz and second on way back to ferry
Pros:

Easy stop off point to Cadiz. Lovely Resteraunt serve great gin and tonics in bar!

Cons:

Missing little touches in room eg complementary wine .

Estancia muy confortale
Pros:

Me gustó todo en general, tiene unas buenas instalaciones, aunque la piscina estaba cerrada, pero pudimos disfrutar del jardín. Las habitaciones son amplias, con una decoración moderna y sobre todo, en la recepción del Hotel, tienes detalles como agua con limón, gominolas y cava, a tu disposición.

Coincidieron varios eventos durante los días que estuvimos alojados y al final te repercuten

Muy decepcionante
Cons:

La habitación triple es una doble con cama supletoria encajonada, NO es triple. Una de las camas (de las fijas) hacía muchísimo ruido al moverte, era tremendamente incómoda. Los productos de aseo (champú y gel dos en uno), horribles. Desde luego no es la calidad que espero en un Barceló.
