Nice small hotel in a great location next to the castle.
Pros:

Great location next to the castle. Comfortable room, nice breakfast, friendly staff. The peacocks are a feature. Quite a few nice restaurants in the vicinity e.g. Audrey’s.

Súper recomendable!!
Pros:

El hotel súper bonito y bien cuidado. El persona muy amable. Con amenities que se valoran muchísimo. Me encantó!

Cons:

Lo único es que el transporte no puede acercarse mucho al hotel y al final siempre hay que caminar algo. Con el frío y las subidas se hace pesado, pero no imposible.

A great experience. I would love to come back and visit again.
Pros:

The location is great - within the castle walls. I only stayed one night as there was nothing else available, but I would have liked to stay longer. The staff and facilities were great. The location was perfect to leave from for the tour to Sintra. The peacock calls are a royal touch.

Cons:

There was nothing I did not like.

Ideal to explore Lisbon
Pros:

Besides that the location is perfect to explore the city, the hotel itself is extremely comfortable and the staff is really friendly and helpful. The amenities are great end will definitely recommend it.

Besondere zentrale Lage im Burgviertel in Alfama, direkt am Castelo Sao Jorge, sehr gute Anbindung über Bus 737,
viele Restaurants in Laufreichweite,
sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück,
täglich wechselnder Kuchen und süße Pasteten, jederzeit Kaffee und Tee in der Lounge,
alles sehr gepflegt, Zimmer mit Klimanlage, schöner Innenhof mit Bänken
freundliches, hilfreiches Personal, immer ansprechbar für Auskünfte oder Services.

Sehr schöner Ausgangspunkt um die Stadt zu erkunden.
Pros:

Sehr sauber, gemütlich und ruhig. Trotz der wunderbaren Lage direkt am Castel. Man sollte gut zu Fuss sein, hat aber dann einen tollen Ausgangspunkt, die Stadt zu erkunden. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Pros:

we had a great room, great staff, great breakfast, free glass of Cava in the early evening, cakes etc - it was so good - if we do go back to Lisbon - i will head back to this beautiful hotel.

Cozy holiday retreat

The location of this hotel is amazing, being surrounded by peacocks and beautiful courtyards is such a treat. The staff were so helpful and kind the whole stay, and the buffet breakfast was incredible. We loved our stay and hope to be back.

Rincón de escondido en el corazón histórico de la ciudad.
Pros:

Precioso edificio histórico en el corazón del castillo de Sao Jorge. La estancia está llena de detalles de cortesía por parte del hotel. Los pavos reales del recinto son un atractivo añadido. Lugar idílico.

Cons:

Para mi todo estuvo genial, pero hay que ser muy consciente de la ubicación en lo más alto de la ciudad.
