Luna Club Hotel Yoga & Spa

We stayed at Luna Club Hotel Yoga & Spa as a family and enjoyed the calm atmosphere and the overall organization of the hotel. The environment felt welcoming and suitable for spending time together, with enough space to relax without feeling crowded. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the stay felt well paced and easygoing. A pleasant option for families looking for a relaxed holiday setting near the coast.

Suppose to be 4 star . Far from it . Scruffy bedrooms . No coffee or tea in the rooms . Bath/shower difficult to.get out of . No hand rails . More like a canteen than a restaurant. Food cold . Cheap ingredients. Very repetitive. No cold meats in the evening if you wanted salad . No stand out staff . Infact some of the staff in the restaurant with rude ! . No service with a smile !!
No atmosphere in the bar in the evenings.
If you want a deluxe stay on a holiday . Avoid here !!

The Hotel is very nice, location perfect, some staff very kind and professional and others simply incompetent. The room cleaning was needy. We didn’t get fresh towels, even they were lying on the floor. No toilet paper refills. The breakfast cutlery sometimes unclean. Bar staff extremely friendly and very sweet. After all a 50/50 recommendation. The value for money is good, so we would come back again. We had a good time!

El hotel en instalaciones generales y habitaciones muy bien, cuenta con una piscina para adultos genial, y la de uso común también muy agradable muchas hamacas, como negativo las camas balinesas con un coste extra y la peor parte se la lleva el comedor, variedad y calidad correctos simplemente y que los horarios sean nada nacionales eso resta ya que entiendo que su turismo mayoritario sea extranjero peo cenar a las 21:00 en verano es un sacrilegio… el horario pone a las 21:30 pero a esa hora ya recogen la comida.. destacar el trabajo del personal de comedor Joseff y Sheila en concreto aunque el resto muy atento también!

C'est l'hôtel le plus nul que j'ai fait en Espagne. Un hôtel de radin j'ai jamais vu ça. Le spa est payant 15 € par jour par personne. Donc si vous êtes trois ça fait 45 € par jour en plus alors que tous les hôtels d'Espagne ont le spa gratuit. À l'extérieur sur les tables les vases sont collées, les boules de glace c'est des billes pour les melons. De plus chose que je n'ai jamais vu nulle part on vous demande une caution pour la chambre. En vérité dans cet hôtel vous pouvez doubler le prix de votre voyage si vous voulez faire quelque chose. Nous venions de passer une semaine dans un hôtel superbe quand on a pris deux nuits pour finir notre voyage dans cet hôtel on était déprimé. Tout était payant

A Fuir ! j’ai payé 4 nuits à 200€ par nuit, la chambre n’a jamais été nettoyée (et ce n’est pas faute d’avoir demandé plusieurs fois, et on a fini par juste me donner du PQ à l’accueil), j’ai été coincée dans l’ascenseur (sans aucune empathie du staff), l’hôtel remplit les bouteilles d’eau minérale des chambres avec de l’eau du robinet et les ferment de nouveau (l’accueil me dit qu’avec la chaleur la capsule a sautée… pour finalement me dire qu’ils se font voler les décapsuleurs donc les femmes de chambre enlève les bouchons … moui bien sûr), la Clim ne fonctionne qu’à moitié, j’ai mis 4 jours à ce qu’il change le téléphone de la chambre, l’hôtel 4 étoiles partagent toutes ces parties communes (resto, piscines etc) avec un autre hôtel en face ce qui le rend overbooké, l’hôtel n’est pas sur la ligne de front de mer mais dans un espece de terrain vague derrière, le parking sécurisé avec une corde (lol) est à 20€ par nuit, et tout est extrêmement cher à l’intérieur (un cocktail pornstar est à 15€)

El hotel muy tranquilo, algo raro en Malgrat de Mar. Bien situado cerca de la playa. El personal muy amable. Todo muy limpio. Las habitaciones bien insonorizadas, no sé oída nada. La comida de buena calidad pero poca calidad. El parking excesibamente caro para ser simplemente un descampado.

Det är ett mysigt och trevligt hotell. Särskilt utmärks det restaurangen med god mat, rolig och trevlig personal, mycket frukt, goda rätter. Det var tredje gången för mig på hotellet. Rekommenderar.

Where to start.. This is not a 4* hotel! The left side of the hotel is a 3* and the right is the 4* and the only thing that is different is the rooms you share the pool and the restaurant and reception… the food here is also terrible we came as a full board and have only eaten here twice throughout our whole 6 day trip! There is no English language on the food signs so you have to guess what your eating and it is mostly fish for dinner most nights so as someone who HATES fish it’s been awful , breakfast has sausages, bacon and eggs as your full English, We were the only brits here as well and there is no shop on site closest is about a 5/10 minute walk away from hotel. The spa is 15€ for 2 hours! We actually booked 2 nights in Barcelona whilst we were here as there is nothing around the hotel unless u get a 25 minute taxi to Lloret de mar which is €30 each way just to go do some activities or see people walking around, I definitely would recommend Barcelona to anyone if they do stay at this hotel as train station is 20 minute walk and train is only €5.90 each way per adult! Walls are very thin in the room and rooms are very run down and basic!

The best hotel on the Costa Brava. Very nice service at the reception, in the restaurant, in the bar and the cleaning team. We have been to this hotel for the 6th time and each time we come back like home. The hotel has large rooms with balconies, everything is very clean and fragrant. There is wonderful music playing in the background. There are 2 swimming pools to choose from, one of them for adults. The food is delicious. Made with the best ingredients. Delicious fruit. The hotel's location favors relaxation, it is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The hotel offers great yoga classes and more. I recommend it 100% and I will always go back there.

It is the second time we stay in Luna Club and Spa in Malgrat de Mar. We stayed in October both times, almost at the end of season.This time we purchased the all inclusive package.
-the parking was not free unless the room was booked directly through the hotel website, since we booked through 3rd party we were asked for 15€per day
+ we found parking on the streets around the hotel, but I imagine in high season it is not easy to find and tickets are issued frequently in the area
-the all inclusive drinks package is very limited, only one of each type of drinks is included(one whisky, one gin etc) and lower quality brands. No lemonades or fresh orange juice either, some types of coffee also not included, and the soft drinks were not bottled.
+ food is plentiful and Mediterranean style, always options for fish chicken and vegetarian dishes and most dishes were great
-sometimes the food was really salty, not cooked properly, especially at lunch
-desserts options this year were not great, repetitive types and not tasty overall. On the last stay in 2019 they had a chocolate fountain more assortment of fruits and better desserts
-the all inclusive food options during the day are not great, some fruits,cakes and leftovers from breakfast or lunch, so if you skip lunch and want to eat from the all inclusive bar is not great
+on the all inclusive package there is a free entry to the spa per person, which is great, but from Thursday to Sunday you can only go for 2h. The price was 15€ per day/2h otherwise
+the spa is a must visit experience, although some features were not well kept since our last visit(the chromotherapy shower was broken, some heated chairs as well, less seating areas)
+the rooms are nice and spacious, and kept clean regularly, although on our last stay we had more toiletries provided and the room was cleaned more often
+the additional adult only pool is great, although be minded you have to pay a towel rental fee plus deposit and an additional fee if you want to use the Balinese beds by the pool(15€per day)
+the staff is really good and kind, especially the bar staff and restaurant, many thanks to them, really good customer support and service
+nice entertainment programs throughout or stay(5 out of 7 nights), although not great for youth and teens, not the party kind of vibe, which is why we chose Luna Club
+relaxed and calm atmosphere everywhere, nice sitting areas, lots of sunshine
Overall I recommend the stay at Luna Club for the price difference between Luna Park, but either go for room and breakfast only or for the breakfast and dinner option. I do not recommend the all inclusive as for the price difference you can buy whichever drinks you like and eat on the beach or other restaurants during the day. Also lots of add ons that were not included for all inclusive guests and you still have to pay for them.

Pool area beautiful and clean unfortunately no pool side bathroom. Had to use rest rooms beside restaurant downstairs. Rooms outdated, no fridge or coffee facilities. Bar staff policed ice cubes! One in particular very arrogant and dismissive. Food was nice and good choice although we did not eat in for all meals.
