La posizione.
In generale è un hotel abbastanza datato, il personale è gentile ma nulla di che. Avevo la colazione compresa, ma non ho avuto modo di provarla.
Rien, grosses déception car les photos sur booking sont fausses , pas de plage pour l’hôtel , plage très loin de l’hôtel et payant. Propreté privée.
Puis pas de piscine , un petiot local poubelle transformé en une sois disant piscine , même pas un mettre carré caché dans un local où il faisant 45 degrés

L'accoglienza e stata ottima, e la colazione era buonissima
La camera al nostro arrivo era piena di peli sul letto ed anche dentro la vasca invece il frigo perdeva acqua da sotto, Le prese vicino al letto una era smurata
A szálloda tökéletes választás volt. A személyzet kedves, a szoba tiszta, a reggeli bőséges. Az angol tudást lehetne kicsit fejleszteni, de amit akartunk azt megértették.
Tre i fattori positivi della struttura:
- Staff gentile e disponibile
- Parcheggio privato e custodito
- Buona colazione
Innumerevoli gli aspetti negativi. Appena entrati in camera, abbiamo trovato uno scarafaggio vivo. Ovviamente ci è stato rimosso, ma senza cambio camera. Questo ha comportato uno stato di "stress" non indifferente. Due giorni dopo ce n'è passato uno tra i piedi, anch'esso vivo. Erano le 22. Stavolta, alla mia lamentela di cambio stanza o rimborso, ci hanno proposto un appartamento ubicato nell'altra ala dell'Hotel (ci tengo a precisare tutto ovviamente senza ascensore). Ho dovuto quindi trasferito tutti i miei effetti personali da una parte all'altra, facendo in tutto 4 piani di scale.
Abbiamo buttato anche parte della nostra cena.
Altro punto da sottolineare in negativo: la struttura non ha una spiaggia privata, bensì un lido convenzionato a circa 900 metri dall'hotel, quindi non così vicino e comodo. Una informazione errata che ci ha spiazzati, per certi versi.
Per quanto concerne le camere, abbastanza grandi, ma impossibile utilizzare il Wifi.
Una grande delusione.
La posizione, la colazione e la cortesia e disponibilità del personale,il parcheggio (una rarità per la zona... )
Il comfort della camera inadeguato per un 4 stelle:area condizionata centralizzata e poco modificabile(di notte andava spenta per non gelare, ma poi faceva caldo... ), insonorizzazione camera praticamente inesistente (tutti svegli alle 5e30 insieme alla sveglia del vicino di camera... ), illuminazione scarsa, mobilia vecchia e porte rumorose. Bagno poco funzionale.
The staff was always kind and helpful, and we received quick answers to all our questions and problems. (You can imagine how much that is for a family of four with two small children, in 9 days.)
We were greeted with a wide selection of breakfast options, and each member of the family always found something to their liking. And the coffee was top-notch.
La prima colazione e la professionalità del personale
Ho scelto questo hotel perché sostengono di avere una palestra. La palestra, come la chiamano loro, è una accozzaglia di ferrivecchi da buttare prima possibile.
La posizione, l' accoglienza, la colazione
In un hotel al mare deve essere sempre possibile poter asciugare all' aria un costume , un asciugamano. La stanza che ci è stata assegnata non prevedeva questa possibilità. Alla mia osservazione legata a questa impossibilità mi è stato risposto che al terzo piano era presente un terrazzo dove avrei potuto stendere qualcosa. Sinceramente non mi è sembrata una risposta adeguata e cortese. Non mi sono mai trovata in una situazione simile. Si sarebbe potuto ovviare con un piccolo stendino amovibile da sistemare alla finestra che oltretutto affacciava su uno spazio interno e che non avrebbe arrecato alcun danno al decoro della struttura. Ricordo che è una struttura in una zona balneare.
